Seo Jin's anger

Ae-Ra took out the handkerchief from inside her long sleeve and looked at Seo Jin's arm. "It is a tiny cut. Don't worry," he told her when she glared at him.

"It's not tiny, General Lee." She tied the handkerchief around his arm and said, "Let's go back. You need to see a doctor. The wound might get infected."

Seo Jin shook his head. "We cannot go back now. I have something to show to you," he stated.

"General Lee, is that even important?" She asked him in a fit of rage.

"Yes. It is important. Also, it's just a minor cut. I have born bigger wounds than this," asserted Seo Jin.

"We are returning to the Residence," Ae-Ra said and held the left hand of Seo Jin. She turned and dragged Seo Jin along with her.

"Ae-Ra, but I have prepared something for you. We will soon be there. After you will see that then we will run to the home. We will go back on the horse," Seo Jin started to convince her.

However, Ae-Ra did not listen to him. They came out of that route. "General Lee, nothing is more important for you than getting treated. Also, someone tried to attack you, so it means your life is in danger. Roaming around the market despite that danger will be foolishness," Ae-Ra reasoned with him. Seo Jin silently listened to her and a smile formed again on his lips.

"You are acting like my wife. So, you have already considered me your husband," Seo Jin teased her. Ae-Ra immediately halted and so did he. She tilted her head to look into his eyes.

"General Lee has saved my life. He is my lifesaver and I shall do my duties towards him. I am his servant," Ae-Ra stated. Seo Jin saw how angry she was. He was only teasing her a little. If he had done it with some other woman, she might have passed him a smile and might have blushed too.

The people passing by them gazed at the two. Ae-Ra noticed that and left the hand of Seo Jin. "Let's go back," she started to walk again. Seo Jin followed her despite his mind refusing him to return. But seeing Ae-Ra, he could not help but go back.

'Today was an unlucky day for me,' Seo Jin told himself. Soon, they both reached near the carriage in which they had come. Dong-Sun was shocked to see them. It had not been twenty minutes and they had already returned.

"General Lee got injured, so we returned," Ae-Ra said and looked at Seo Jin, who had made a pouty face.

Dong-Sun walked to Seo Jin and looked at his arm. "General Lee, what happened? I told you to have security with you," Dong-Sun said. Seo Jin did not reply to him and got into the carriage.

"Why is General Lee angry?" He asked and looked at Ae-Ra.

"I do not know. We need to hurry back, Brother Sun," Ae-Ra told him, who nodded his head. He ordered the porters to carry the carriage and to return to the residence.

"Get in," Seo Jin peeked out of the window and looked at Ae-Ra.

"I will go on foot. Let's not burden the porters. We cannot get late," Ae-Ra replied.

"Come inside else I won't go home," Seo Jin said sternly.

Dong-Sun looked at Ae-Ra and whispered in near her ear, "General Lee will not let this carriage move unless you will get inside." Ae-Ra nodded and got inside the carriage. The porters carried it and went back to the Lee Residence.

Soon, they reached outside the house. Seo Jin went towards his room while Ae-Ra.

The servant opened the door for him and he walked inside. Ae-Ra looked behind to see Dong-Sun and then walked inside.

"General Lee, remove your upper dress. The doctor will be here soon," Ae-Ra told him and lowered her gaze.

"Help me," Seo Jin said.

"Huh?" "I will call a servant," she stated.

"I want you to help me," Seo Jin affirmed with a stern expression.

Ae-Ra nodded and walked to him. She stood in front of him and opened the knot on his sash which was tied around his waist. She put the dagger on the floor desk and then again came in front of him.

"Can General Lee raise his arms?" Ae-Ra requested him.

Seo Jin lifted his arms. Ae-Ra gently removed the upper coat. Seo Jin put his arms down. Ae-Ra checked his right arm and said, "General Lee is irresponsible towards his own body." Seo Jin did not reply to her and she understood that he was angry with her.

Dong-Sun brought the doctor with him to Seo Jin's room, who bowed before him. Ae-Ra stepped back and came towards Dong-Sun, who took the upper coat of Seo Jin from her.

Seo Jin sat down on the mattress around the floor desk while the doctor sat on his right side. He removed the handkerchief that was tied around the wound and put it on the floor desk.

A servant came inside and put the copper vessel on the floor. The doctor soaked the cloth into the water and squeezed out the excess water from it. Seo Jin exposed his right arm to him. Ae-Ra glanced at it and brought her palm near her mouth. 'It looks like a deep wound,' she thought.

The doctor cleaned the wound and applied the powder over the cut. Seo Jin clutched the fabric of the mattress and shut his eyes. He then tied the bandage around it and advised General Lee not to move it much.

The servant took the vessel out while Dong-Sun sent the doctor off.

"Where are you going? Help me in changing my clothes," Seo Jin commanded Ae-Ra and told Dong-Sun to leave. "Didn't you tell me that you are my servant?" He questioned her.

Dong-Sun found Seo Jin was angry not because of one reason but more than one. He walked out of the room, shutting the door behind him.

"I am getting cold. Do it quickly," Seo Jin said coldly.

"Where does General Lee keep his clothes?" Ae-Ra asked him.

"Ask Dong-Sun," replied Seo Jin and took off the jeogori. His upper body was naked to Ae-Ra, who turned and walked out. After a while, Ae-Ra came inside with a new pair of clothes in her hands. She sat down in front of Seo Jin on the cushion. However, she did not look into his eyes even for a second.

She took out the jeogori, the white-colored traditional shirt, and went behind Seo Jin. Getting on her knees, she helped him wear it. While doing so, she saw the cuts on his back that he got probably from battles.

She came to his front, keeping her gaze low. She tied the knots of the jeogori and asked him if he would like to wear the upper jacket.

"Hmm."

Ae-Ra picked the sky blue colored silk upper jacket from the table and stood on her knees. Putting the jacket around his shoulder, she rested back and grasped his left hand. After it was done, she stood up when Seo Jin pulled her down, holding her wrist.

She fell over him and their faces came closer. "General Lee," she whispered and placed her hand on his left shoulder. She tried to get up, but could not as Seo Jin had wrapped his right arm around her waist.

"Why did you say that you are my servant? Answer me while looking into my eyes," He urged her.
