"If you do something like you did in the forest, I will scream as loud as I can," Joanna warned in a low yet firm tone when Canillas bent over and brought his face to the same level as hers.

Despite the warning, Canillas smiled. "Can you please elaborate on what I did to you in the forest?" He asked, staring at her hazel-colored eyes.

He could finally see them more clearly for the first time, even noticing gold specks on her iris, and it was all thanks to their proximity and the presence of warm light in the room, although those alluring eyes were directed away from him at the moment.

Meanwhile, feeling a warm breath brushing her lips, Joanna felt the warm room suddenly turn colder as a shiver crawled down her spine, making her turn her head away as a response, just like she did in the forest.
