The first act

The moon's darkness enveloped the world whilst also illuminating it with reflected light. In this time period many would be asleep but for some people it was where they were most active. Jumping from tree branch to tree branch masked individuals wearing what looked to dark black suits that covered their entire body and shadowed silverish pristine metal chest pieces, arm guards, vambraces and schynbalds.

They approached what looked like a small encampment that looked like it had been built only hours earlier. The design was defensive and seemed to contain people wearing headbands with a rock like pattern inscribed on it.

"Iwa Shinobi what are they doing here?" One of the people asked being extremely quiet.

"An encampment means one thing. They look like their preparing for war against us. Why though the peace treaty should prevent this?" Another one stated looking at the scene.

"Economics. The other villages are well aware that most missions go to Konoha and Iwa must be deciding that they need to attack us to lesson the amount of missions we get." The clear leader spoke his own thoughts on the matter before looking it over.

"Hebi go and deal with the guard, Neko see if they have any scrolls containing information. I'll go and assassinate the rest of them." The leader gave his orders and they all dispersed to do their jobs.

The night bleed into day as the Anbu reported to the Hokage on their encounter just a few hours later as the Hokage seemed thoughtful for a second.

"I'm sending you 3 into Iwa territory I want you to gather intel nothing else and if you have no choice then fight to get it here. I'll increase border security." The Hokage's tone was authoritative demanding those around him to hear the words and follow them.

"When do we begin?" The question was asked by the leader.

"Tomorrow for now get some rest and prepare." And the 3 disappeared being dismissed by the Hokage who had began to look for something. In his desks secret compartment laid a piece of paper with writing on. "Who are you and why did you write this?" The Hokage asked but received no answer.

The note foretold him of something. 'You may have lead us through the first but can you lead us through the second.' The note had read and although he understood what the meanings were he wondered on how this person knew. Or how they got into his office undetected.

A few minutes away Arisu can be seen preparing for her day at the academy with a thoughtful look on her face.

"'t seems that the war is about to begin. That means that phase 1 of it can begin.'

Her head faced the door and she left the house starting her walk towards the clans library. The academy didn't start until 8:30 and she had 2 hour's before then. She was looking for something she could use as a base for something she wanted to develop.

'It should be plausible in theory, I just need to develop a limited blue print of it.' That was her thought process behind her ideas of an original Suiton Jutsu she was creating and now she was looking into ways to develop the idea.

She read through a few books on techniques that were defensive but none were exactly what she was looking for. Many were just variations of the same technique some weaker others stronger but all of it was not interesting her.

She sighed as she realized that she was the only one that held this idea. And had no choice but to work from scratch.

'It makes sense though even if people thought about it they wouldn't be willing to do something with it after all unless they held knowledge about it from my old world.' She sighed again this time setting up a notebook to jolt down certain theories on how she could get it to operate and how it'll work. 'Maybe the second Hokage thought about it but chose not to make something thinking it'll be worthless on the battlefield.' Her thoughts turned to the only Shinobi capable of pulling water from the atmosphere.

Something she would have to learn her self if she wanted this technique to work. Again another roadblock that was in her way. Yet she knew the technique itself is pretty invaluable and the 3rd was an actual name for the technique she was creating from scratch.

She was also writing the notes in Chinese, Korean and Arabic so nobody but her could understand the notes of the technique she was working on. The fluency with which she wrote was something she had studied for years now.

"What you doing?" A voice from behind her had asked causing Arisu to break from her thoughts as she noted the voice from her clans training sessions.

"Not much Yume."

"But you looked super duper thoughtful there for a second. Yume wonders what you were doing Yume saw you write in Arabic, Yume wonders if like Yume Arisu was also reborn."

"Eh." The shock of those words alone cause Arisu to face the girl Yume.

"Ah sorry sorry Yume forgot that Arisu don't know about Yume being the same as her."

"So you too huh?" Arisu felt herself looking at the strange girl and decided to think for a second. 'Of course it makes logical sense that I'm not the only one in this world to have been reborn here but the idea of meeting one never crossed my mind. I wonder if others in this world also can remember and how many of them met Serephina.'

"You are thinking about something aren't you?" The strange reincarnator asked politely.

"I'm just wondering on how many more are like me and you. Say are you aware that god's exist?" Arisu calmly inquired.

"Oh I know of another one like Yume and Arisu and Yume and he met a goddess before rebirth." The answer didn't surprise Arisu much but she was now interested in this other reincarnator.

"I see can you tell him to meet up with us after classes end if he is in the academy that is." Arisu spoke a bit more with Yume before deciding to head home her notebook in hand and a new outlook on the upcoming war.

'I need to prepare for other reincarnator's that have watched Naruto in the future luckily for me I have an advantage compared to many of them.'

Okay so some of you are maybe wondering why I decided to include other reincarnators into this fanfiction. Look it doesn't make sense that only one person is reborn into another world and nobody else has so I fixed that.

It also severely increases the stakes in the future as now other people from other villages can be reincarnated there with past life memories.
