26 Chapter 26
[A/N: Would have had this chapter out yesterday, but had to leave town and come back which took over an hour of my time that I would have spent writing this chapter, and for those of you who think that we should have switched back to the MC's POV, do take into account we are still quite early in the Marvel MCU story and that at this rate we may have a few hundred chapters till the story will eventually end, plus I am just trying to give a more in-depth feel on the games!]
Sitting within an observation room in front of a computer with over a dozen scientists outside watching and observing the data the many devices on his body kept sending to their computers, sat Agent Phill Coulson.
"Agent Coulson, are you comfortable?" Asked one of the scientists.
Coulson just looked over at the two-way glass and looked down at the many devices that were all over his body before looking back up and refraining from replying with something sarcastic.
"I am ready to go, are you all ready to go?" Agent Coulson asked the scientists.
"We are, Agent Coulson, start up the anomaly!" Shouted one of the leading scientists.
Hearing the sign that he could go, Agent Coulson used the computer mouse to click 'Launch Game' on the steam website.
Suddenly his body went limp as the scientist began to shout out the data on their monitors with the other scientists recording down said data.
"Subject: Agent Phill Coulson appears to be in a comatose state. All vital signs normal!"
"Subject: Agent Phill Coulson has fully entered the anomaly, keep watch of his vital signs!"
...
Meanwhile, within Need For Speed, Coulson was being put through the game's tutorial.
Sitting within a 2020 Toyota Supra, Agent Coulson could be seen looking around the car in a confused state of mind.

Before Agent Coulson's eyes, there were words flashing across his vision with several things appearing along with those words.
They was a Minimap, a Marker along with a path before the car, and a virtual speedometer before his eyes.
The words before his eyes were telling him how to operate the car and how to read his HUD.
Once he got the feel of the car Agent Coulson couldn't help but smile as his next task for the tutorial appeared.
[Learn how your car operates(COMPLETED)]
[Reach 80 MPH without crashing]
[Drive 10 Miles at 100 MPH without crashing]
[Start up the beginner's race!]
With a smile, Coulson pushed the gas pedal and went flying down a road within a beautiful forest on an empty road.
As someone who has driven at much faster speeds he handled the situation before him well and completed the next two tutorial objectives.
Now, all that was left to do in the tutorial was to do the beginner race!
And with that thought, the message floating in the air before his eyes asked if he was ready, and with a single nod, he found himself sitting in his car surrounded by other cars in a different place.
Now he found himself in some kind of sea of grass with few trees as far as the eyes could see.
From the Minimap floating at the corner of his vision, he could see that the race track was a wiggling line that goes on for at least 10 Miles, which gives him plenty of time to get ahead of the competition and try to win this race.
Looking at the timer he found that he still had a minute left until the race starts.
He wonders what was happening in the observation room since everything he is experiencing is being live-streamed to the scientists.
Soon enough the timer started counting down the final seconds.

2...
1...
GO!
With that, Coulson pushed hard down onto the gas pedal and instantly bypassed multiple cars, and entered 5th place.
As Coulson drove as fast as he could down the road he quickly started reaching higher speeds.
70 MPH...
80 MPH...
90 MPH...
100 MPH...
With the speed of the car constantly rising, Coulson quickly passed by two more cars and reached 3rd Place.
Zooming down the road Coulson had to apply the brakes as the road began to curve to the right and left before going back to a straight line.
Once Coulson reached second place, he noticed that whoever was in the first place must have had some kind of experience in racing and Coulson was having difficulties just trying to get past him.
The two racers were getting such a massive lead over the other contestants that they could compete against each other without having to worry about them.
The two were becoming so competitive to get the first place that the unknown competition began trying to block Coulson from getting ahead of him, but with a mind game, Coulson managed to trick the unknown contestant and pass him.
With Coulson now in the lead, he made sure to keep the other contestant behind him and while the other contestant repeatedly tried to get past him, Coulson continued to outsmart him and before he knew it, he could see the finish line!
And it seemed that since the Finish line was in sight, the unknown contestant in 2nd place began getting aggressive!
The unknown contestant began ramming into the back of his car, causing him nearly to lose control of the car!
Coulson couldn't help but curse as the unknown contestant continued to ram his car but the finish line was so close and he would most likely reach it within 15 seconds!
13...!
The unknown contestant started trying to spin Coulson out by slamming into the rear of his car near his tire!
11...!
Blocking his way, Coulson began to sweat as the finish line was getting closer and closer!
8...!
With his attempt being futile, the unknown contestant began trying everything he could to stop Coulson or pass him!
3...!
2...!
1...!
Coulson passed the finish line at 1st Place!
