I've always got your back

Gabriel nodded from where he was crouched over on the ground, his hands tied up behind his back. He had similar conversations with Cassius in his mind before; each time, they discussed how he would escape Tartarus and then be cast onto earth to find Nyx. His plans had changed, and Gabriel was no longer going to kill himself. Nyx had been reincarnated so many times already that he did not doubt this cycle would ever end. 

Gabriel sighed and flopped his forehead onto the ground, and closed his eyes. If only his brother was really here. But somehow, he'd not once been to see him. It angered him, but then he was reminded of how his own father was being controlled by Erebus. He didn't know anything, really. His days were spent in the same position, the glowing motion picture of Nyx living another life full of ridiculous hardships that not many would overcome.
