Chapter 28: Uncle Luis and the Family Reunion

Elizabeth POV:

The Next Morning...

Elizabeth: *Yawns* "What a day."

Tony and Darwin: "Shh!"

Elizabeth: "What?"

Tony: "Someone spying on us."

Team Flare Grunt #5: "We. Found. You."

Quilladin (Finn): "What do you want?!"

Frogadier (Geo): "We won't hesitate to stop you all!"

Team Flare Grunt #5: "Whatever!"

Team Flare Grunt #6: "I won't stop until-!"

Team Flare Grunt #7: "Watch out!"

I was tired and confused with everyone else is all awake from their slumber. I looked and was alarmed by a group of Team Flare finding us. We were aware of them by then someone uses its Pokemon to cause damage to run away like cowards. I looked back and saw a Cinderace hoping to one of the trees and runs off, it looks like it is safe us from Team Flare. I get up and Tony deeply sorry for making me quiet, "Sorry about that. I didn't know Team Flare was here." I say, "It's fine, but we have to go. It's not safe here. Everyone, you all know what to do. Let's hurry!"

???: "..."

Cinderace (???): "The kids were safe as you promised."

???: "Good job, Mack."

Cinderace (Mack): "You're very welcome. Were you so happy, knowing you and your wife will get to see your niece and nephew?"

???: "Of course. I haven't seen them since they are little. It's the last time I saw them. I missed them so much, I have never seen them growing up."

Cinderace (Mack): "Don't worry, you will get the chance."

???: "It's a good thing I let my boys go to the location where they are right now."

Cinderace (Mack): "Come on. Let's head home."

With Team Flare:

Team Flare Grunt #6: "What was that?!"

Team Flare Grunt #5: "I don't know."

Team Flare Grunt #7: "Boss ain't going to be too happy if he hears this."

At the Team Flare Headquarters:

???: "What do you mean, attack us?!"

Team Flare Grunt #4: "I don't know. I heard them from outside saying someone is attacking them with a Cinderace. That's all I know."

???: "...And?"

Team Flare Grunt #4: "The kids are heading to Lumiose."

???: "I want to know what they are doing. Tell the few grunts to get to the others to headquarters. And tell them to go them to follow those...kids. I'll meet as I'm with someone know is a friend of mine."

Team Flare Grunt #4: "Yes sir."

Back to Elizabeth POV:

Bobby: "That was close."

Victor: "Too close."

Braixen (Brittany): "Now that we have gone over them, we should just keep moving."

I already change to my normal clothes and head off to look for Nashly tho she ran off without any explanation. It was so bad we have to follow, but there is a strange thing going on. A Cinderace saves us, which I never saw a Pokemon like that.

Tony: "I wonder who attack those grunts in the place."

The Pokemon: "We didn't do it."

Amy: "No? Then who?"

Floette (Bridgette): "We were standing there, preparing for an attack."

Monferno (Stella): "Now the attack comes from a Fire-Type Pokemon, knowing it's not me."

Braixen (Brittany): "Definitely wasn't me."

Pyroar (Sebastian): "Me either."

Elizabeth: "Guys, I know what is it. It's a Cinderace."

All: "What?!"

Tony: "A Cinderace."

Elizabeth: "Yup, you heard that right."

Dewott (Randy): "Never heard of it."

Elizabeth: "It was a rabbit-looking Pokemon but I have no idea how it got there."

Tony: "Weird."

Darwin: "Alright, this is it."

We stop another gate, I looked up the Pokedex. "It says we have to go through the gate." Tony has an idea of getting to Nashly on time. "Grayson, you do your thing, and find a trace of my cousin." Both nodded and Grayson started sniffed on the floor and all over us. He stopped sniffed in the front of the gate, "She's right. Nashly did go through there." I went all the noticed we were in a Lumiose Badlands. Lucky for us, Grayson was able to get Nashly. A couple of minutes go by, we have heard footsteps coming somewhere not far from us. A bunch of Pokemon approaches us to attack. "Trainers, you're coming with us." A Gengar says and then got hit Dark Pulse by Budo. It caused all the Pokemon to attack.

???: "Oh no..."

???: "We have to help them, just like we promise Dad!"

???: "Right! Let's go!"

Frogadier (Geo) POV:

Gabite (Mateo): *Summons Earthquake* "Everyone! Let's keep fighting!"

Braixen (Brittany): *Summons Flamethrower* "Take this!"

Nidoking: "Let's deal with this Braixen."

*A bunch of Ground-Type approach her*

Frogadier (Geo): "Brittany! Watch out!"

*I quickly grab Brittany's wrist as the Ground-Type falls to the ground*

Frogadier (Geo): "You okay?"

Braixen (Brittany): "Yeah."

Nidoking: "Hey! We are going to crush the girl!"

Steelix: "Yeah! Crush her!"

Frogadier (Geo): "Not on my watch! Water Pulse!"

*It knocks out all the Ground-Type. Finn, Amy, and Bullet work together to use their vines to tied three patches of Pokemon.*

Heliolisk (Julian): "I'm not going to die! I'm not going to die! I'm not going to die!"

Darwin: "Julian, be careful and use Thunderbolt the new move I give you!"

Heliolisk (Julian): "I'm trying, but the Fighting-Type were trying to kill me!"

Darwin: "Liz!"

Elizabeth: "Serena, help Julian!"

Sylveon (Serena): "What about you?"

Elizabeth: "Don't worry, I'll defend myself with throwing with rocks. Now, go!"

Everyone attacking us and the Pokemon we fought are blocking our way. Serena help takes out the Fighting-Type that has been attacking Julian. But then two boys came for help. They take out all their Pokemon to help. One person was taking out Houndoom, Vaporeon, and Grotle. Other take out Panpour, Ribombee, and Emolga. Both command an attack. Every single Pokemon were running away. Finn, Amy, and Bullet let them go off.

We looked back at the two boys, but Finn didn't know Tony know both of them.

Tony: *Shock* "..."

???: "Hello, Tony. Missed us?"

Tony: "Diego...Alejandro."

Alejandro: "That's us."

Diego: "Big Cousin!

*Diego ran towards Tony to hug him so right.*

Frogadier (Geo): "Aww."

Braixen (Brittany): "Adorable."

Diego: "Why haven't you visit us?"

Alejandro: "Yeah...I wonder why."

Tony: "Al, please. It's isn't you think."

Alejandro: "Oh really? You promise you'll visit us, but no. You didn't."

*Alejandro saw Elizabeth*

Alejandro: "Hello, Liz."

Elizabeth: "Alejandro."

Quilladin (Finn): "Oh dear...Another family reunion."

All: "HUSH!"

Alejandro: "So, talk. Where were you?"

Tony: "Al. Your aunt...wouldn't let us visit you."

Alejandro: "What?"

Diego: "Why?"

Tony: "I Dunno, bud."

Alejandro: "This isn't the aunt I know."

Elizabeth: "Al, we need to go to Lumiose."

Alejandro: "Why is that?"

Elizabeth: "Because another cousin of mine ran away and I know the fact she went to Lumiose, we appreciated it if you help us get there. Will you lead us the way? For me please?"

Alejandro: *Sighs* "I mean, Tony did give us a reason why you haven't visit. But, I can't say no to you. I'll help you."

Elizabeth: "Thank you."

Alejandro: "Lucky for you, we left Italy and moved there."

Tony: "No."

Elizabeth: "Wow! Really?"

Diego: "Yeah, you are going to our home!"

Arrived at Lumiose:

Alejandro: "Here we are."

Elizabeth: "We made it!"

Tony: "Grayson, can you sense Nashly?"

Mightyena: *Sniffs on the floor* "Yup, she's here."

Elizabeth: "Let's go find Nashly."

        People were wandering in the city. We are looking for Nashly, then came upon Lucy crying. "Lucy?" I say to her and she quickly runs towards me. I bend down to hug her, she was very scared and terrified. "I hate being alone. I was so scared!" Brittany looked at her, I have carried her so I comfort the poor thing. "Is that Nashly's..."

Brittany asks. "Yeah, I found her when you were asleep."

Braixen (Brittany): "Aww. I didn't know you treat her like she's your child."

Espurr (Lucy): *Looks at Brittany* "Pretty fox!"

Braixen (Brittany): *Blushes* "Uh...Thank you, dear."

Frogadier (Geo): "And Lucy called you pretty, cute. Okay, dear. I know you were Nashly, do you know where did she go?"

Espurr (Lucy): "No...I'm sorry."

Braixen (Brittany): "That's okay, sweetie. You didn't mean to run off like that."

Mightyena (Grayson): *Sniffs on the floor* "Wait, I pick up something. She was at the park here."

Tony: "Nashly, you are gonna be in big trouble now."

Alejandro: "You can all go without us."

Victor: "You sure?"

Diego: "We know where we live."

Amy: "Alright, be careful."

Tony: "Do not talk to strangers."

Alejandro & Diego: "We won't."

        I walk to the park and found Nashly. We glanced and stop walking. Elizabeth was shocked looking at Nashly and her friends. "You..." She said. All of them looked at her, giving an evil look.

Zack: "Well...Well...Well. Look who came to Lumiose."

Kevin: "If it isn't Elizabeth, Bobby, and Tony Pollen."

Darwin: "Ah, shit. Not them again."

Braixen (Brittany): "Geo, remember I have told you about any enemies."

Frogadier (Geo): "Yeah?"

Braixen (Brittany): "That's them."

Espurr (Lucy): "They look scary."

Tony: "What are you all doing here?"

Efbeydy: "We have been waiting for you all, that's why."

Esias: "Look at those glasses she wore everyday! Ha! She ugly!"

Angel: "I can't believe you are related to them, Nashly."

Nashly: "I have no idea why."

Bobby: "Nashly! Do you any ideas on what you are doing? You ran away and we have to follow you!"

Nashly: "So. This isn't even your business."

All: *Laughs* "Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!"

Torracat (Calvin): "Oh no."

Dewott (Randy): "She did not just-."

*Finn, Geo, Brittany, and Jayden used powerful moves on Nashly's friends*

Destiny: "What the! Who did that?!"

Quilladin (Finn): "Now who do you think you are?!"

Braixen (Brittany): "That's not a way to talk to your brother and cousin! It was rude!"

*Jose, Destiny, Melvin, and Jesús sees me*

Destiny: "Oh God..."

Jose: "I know you. You're the frog...from Coumarine."

Quilladin (Finn): "Geo, what are they talking about?"

Frogadier (Geo): "Three days ago, I found them outside, they were hiding at the bush because they might have stalk Elizabeth."

Elizabeth: "You four...stalk me?!"

Jesús: "That frog tried to hurt us!"

Frogadier (Geo): "You just ran off!"

Melvin: *Takes out Trevenant* "You'll pay for this! Trevenant, attack the frog!"

       Trevenant used Seed Bomb at me, but Jayden created a new move that was a sphere of darkness called Shadow Ball to stop him from hurting me. Then he aimed right at him causing damage loud enough to hear. Suddenly, he started to glow. It changes his appearance very quickly. When he stops gleaming, he became Doublade.

Diego: "Did you hear that?"

Alejandro: "Hear what?"

Diego: "I'm afraid that they are in trouble."

Alejandro: "My God! We gonna get Dad and Mom!"

Alejandro: "Mom! Dad!"

Professor Sycamore: "What is going on?"

???: "Kids, can't you see I'm talking to Sycamore."

???: "My sweethearts. What happened?"

Diego: "Mom, something bad is happened coming from the park!"

???: "Who is causing this?"

Diego: "Two cousins are fighting with the bad people!"

Professor Sycamore & ???: "You mean Elizabeth and Tony?!"

Alejandro & Diego: "Yeah!"

???: "Darling...does the mean they are..."

???: "We'll have to go, right now!"

Back to Frogadier (Geo) POV:

Doublade (Jayden): "Hurt my friends or you'll end up being dead!"

Nashly: "So what? We aren't scared of any of you!"

Melvin: "Trevenant, used-!"

???: "Pyro Ball!"

      A Cinderace used Pyro Ball to get Elizabeth's enemies to get out, except Nashly. Bobby grabs her wrist just so she can't get away again. It was the same Pokemon Elizabeth mentioned. Alejandro and Diego came with the help from Professor Sycamore and two persons made Tony and Elizabeth so speechless.

Elizabeth: "Uncle Luis!"

Uncle Luis: "Elisa."

Tony: "Aunt Maria."

Aunt Maria: "My niece and nephew..."

*They hugged each other, and their aunt cried and have her tear. Dripping down her cheeks.*

Professor Sycamore: "This is so precious."

Uncle Luis: "My dear, you look so much like your father."

Aunt Maria: "You too, Tony. Especially you're like your mother."

Cinderace (Mack): "And the Striker saves the day. Again."

Elizabeth: "And that's your..."

Uncle Luis: "Yes, that's my Starter Pokemon. That's the one who saves you."

Elizabeth: "Ha! I told you all people!"

Tony: "I didn't even saw it."

Cinderace (Mack): "Howdy! I'm Mack. I'm the one who saved you and your friends from the people who also might going to hurt ya."

Tony: "Well, thank you for help."

Professor Sycamore: "I'll go to my lab, you'll have a nice day."

Uncle Luis: "What about we go to my house? My treat."

Bobby: "That would be great!"

Nashly: "No! I don't wanna!"

At Uncle Luis' House:

Nashly: "It's not fair. I don't know why Elizabeth and the others were eating with Luis and Maria."

All: *Silently eating curry*

Espurr (Lucy): *Eats* "Ooo. Yummy!"

Nashly: "Why are you all silent?"

Quilladin (Finn): "Cause we don't want to talk to you."

Nashly: "Why?"

Braixen (Brittany): "Why? WHY?! You kick Geo! In the nose! It was so bad when he shows it to us!"

Nashly: "It's not like I care."

Braixen (Brittany): "Why you-!"

Cinderace (Mack): "Hey. I know you are angry with the girl here but let's not fight at the table, please?"

Braixen (Brittany): "Of course, I'm sorry."

Doublade (Jayden): "That's okay, I thank you for defending Geo. That was so kind of you."

Braixen (Brittany): "You're welcome. I like your new form though."

Doublade (Jayden): "Thanks, but...To be honest, I don't like the color pink. People might think I was a girl."

Heliolisk (Julian): "You know. I could change things up by using a stone."

Doublade (Jayden): "Wait...does that mean you have...?"

Heliolisk (Julian): "Yeah, but not right now."

Cinderace (Mack): "So, how's the curry? And how you three met your trainers for the first time?"

Quilladin (Finn): *Murmurs while eating* "It was good and delicious!"

Espurr (Lucy): "Super yummy!"

Frogadier (Geo): "Yeah, I wasn't expecting the meal have so much favor. And didn't know you can also cook."

Nashly: *Groans* "..."

Quilladin (Finn): "Wait, did you say you can also, bud?"

Frogadier (Geo): "Of course I did."

Cinderace (Mack): "Oh yeah? Well, Luis and I have fun making dinner, especially the ingredients we pick to add some favor."

Frogadier (Geo): "Wow! Me too!"

       We chatted a lot, and have a lot of laughs. We talked about how we met our trainers and get along pretty great, and we tell Mack what kind of journey we travel and have a great time. Mack tells us good jokes that make us laugh. Everyone expects...Nashly.

With the Others:

*Elizabeth and Tony told them everything has happened at their home. Hearing this has gone disturbing and horrific.*

Elizabeth: "Yeah, that's about it."

Aunt Maria: You poor thing."

Uncle Luis: "Oh no..."

Victor: "Yeah, Tony says it got so bad when their parents have Kimberly and Stephanie. Then they forced us not go outside and work. And treated us for jack shit! Liz and Tony found out we have the letter and decided we left without them knowing."

Uncle Luis: "Mother knew this will happen."

Elizabeth: "What?"

Aunt Maria: "Honey, it's time to tell them...the truth."

Tony: "What is going on? What truth?"

Uncle Luis: "Since you two are not kids but as teenagers, I guessing you'll know everything. You see...This happens to your mother too."

Tony & Elizabeth: "WHAT?!"

Aunt Maria: "I know it sounded crazy, but it's the truth."

Uncle Luis: "Before you all exist, my mother, or should I say your grandmother, treated her rudely. It's the same thing that happened to you. Years passed when she married your dad, your grandmother cried. I came to her and ask her what's wrong. She confessed and apologize for everything that has been done to your mom."

Victor: "Why was she saying sorry?"

Uncle Luis: "Apparently, she ask her Gothitelle to use Future Sight to see the future and saw everything between you and your mother. Elisa and Tony, I'm sorry this happened to you. If I witnessed anything from my sister, I should have come and stop this."

Elizabeth: *Sighs* "I forgive you. Really."

Aunt Maria: "Really?"

Uncle Luis: "Do you mean it?"

Tony: "Of course, Grandma didn't mean to, but we know Mom meant to."

Uncle Luis: "I know. But hey, cheer up. You wouldn't believe why we lived here now."

Amy: "What is it?"

Uncle Luis: "I was one of the co-workers for the professor!"

Aunt Maria: "I'm a fashion designer for the Boutique."

All: "No way!"

After Dinner:

Elizabeth: *Humming while picking up dirty plates*

Darwin: "Hey Elizabeth."

Elizabeth: "Yeah?"

Darwin: *Hugs Elizabeth* "I didn't know. Why didn't you tell me?"

Elizabeth: "I just don't want you to have suffered problems like me. It's just I don't want you to hold the pain I gone through."

Darwin: "I understand. And there's one thing."

Elizabeth: "What?"

Darwin: "Nashly wants you to come along."

Elizabeth: "Why? Where are we going?"

Darwin: "Dunno. She says she's going to take us somewhere 'private.' But she hasn't given us an explanation."

Elizabeth: "Huh, weird."

Darwin: "Let's go."

Back to Frogadier (Geo) POV:

Frogadier (Geo): "I know what you are going to do!"

Nashly: "And you have nothing to stop me, so fuck off."

Darwin: "What's going on?"

Nashly: "Oh nothing, Darwin. We were just chatting."

Elizabeth: "Huh?"

Darwin: *Confused* "Weren't you mad at me or what?"

Nashly: "Oh...That. I was joking."

        Darwin was confused about what Nashly was saying just now, but good thing Vincent and I shake his head back and forth to clarify the fact she lied. He saw it, giving us thumbs up for saying thanks. "So, shall we go?" she asked and we let her lead the way.

Nashly: "You guys go over there. I got a call from my mom."

*Everyone except Nashly heads to the spot where they were told to.*

Nashly: *On the phone* "Are you all the location now?"

Jesús: "Of course everyone was there, waiting."

Nashly: "Okay, I'll call Destiny and Efbeydy. *Ends the call and calls Destiny* "Girls, does she have some sort of dress for the party that she was invited to?"

Efbeydy: "She has a butterfly swing dress for herself and...another pink dress? Why does she-?"

Nashly: "I think it's for her so-called partner, Brittany."

Destiny: "So do you want us ripped off both dresses?"

Nashly: "Yes! Yes! I want them destroyed right now!"

*Nashly ends the call*

Nashly: "This is going to be fun."

Nashly catches up with the rest to walk as they came upon the abandoned house. Geo and the rest of the Pokemon were aware of what Nashly was going to do. Her friends have waited patiently for this the moment they entered.
