Chapter 26: Nashly’s Very First Pokemon

*With Elizabeth and her friends, having a meeting*

Elizabeth POV:

Elizabeth: "Professor, we're here."

Tony: "You say you have someone to meet, right?"

Professor Sycamore: "Yes, it is Diantha. Diantha, these are three students."

Diantha: "It's a pleasure to meet you all."

Darwin: "You too, Miss Diantha."

Professor Sycamore: "There's also another thing we're going to tell you."

Elizabeth: "What is it?"

Professor Sycamore and Diantha: "You and the boys are going..."

At the Cabin:

Elizabeth: "To the Grand Party in Lumiose!"

All: "Really?!"

As I tell them about the meeting, they were excited about the Grand Party. We told them where the party is going to be located. I can imagine so many trainers and gym leaders and lastly the Elite Four and its champion leader to meet, specifically Pokemon. They were down for it, but for Nashly, she was up with a Pokemon that she was so spoiled about it. Brittany and I held hands and were jumping up and down from the excitement.

Elizabeth and Braixen (Brittany): "EEEEEEE!"

Braixen (Brittany): "This is going to be so much fun."

Frogadier (Geo): "I mean it's just a party."

Elizabeth: "This isn't just a party, Geo. It's for all the trainers, gym leader, to have all of us dressed nice, have fun, dance, and have dinner with others. You know, just to have a great time."

Frogadier (Geo): "...O-Oh."

Quilladin (Finn): "What about Victor and the others?"

Tony: "The professor says they are coming too."

Amy: "Meeting Diantha was the best day of my life!"

Nashly: "Yeah, it's great and all...But I want my Pokemon right now."

Nashly give me a cold stare, meaning she meant it. I moved toward her and give her a Pokemon. She opened it and noticed it was empty. She looked and runs as she grabs my sweater tightly to yell at me again.

Nashly: "Where is it?!"

Elizabeth: "Where is what?"

Nashly: "My Pokemon! The one I demand you to get me one! It's not in the Pokeball!"

Elizabeth: "Nashly, if I caught a Pokemon, it will belong to me. You have to catch one yourself."

*Nashly went frustrated as she slaps me. Everyone was shocked to witness something horrible.*

Bobby and Tony: "NASHLY!"

Nashly: "I'll be in the other room."

Nashly then slams the door shut loud, Tony and Bobby came up to me. I stood there, very silently, not even saying a word. "Sis, are you okay?" Tony questioned. I went running upstairs very quietly to get in the room alone.

Darwin POV:

Bobby: "Liz!"

Tony: "Come back!"

Darwin: "Don't worry, I'll talk things through to her."

Tony: "Alright, make sure she's okay."

I ran upstairs to go to Elizabeth. I went inside where Liz is, she was curled up with her legs to hide her face with it. Then I heard her crying, I sat her on the right side of the bed. I hug her for dear life. "She reminds me of my mom, slapping me for no reason like I was a mistake to her." She says as she's sobbing. I am alarmed by what she's saying.

Darwin: "No, don't say that to yourself."

Elizabeth: *Cries* "It's true, I'm useless."

Bobby, Brittany, and Geo we're coming inside in the room. Others were still downstairs, trying to get Nashly out of the room. It looks like Bobby overheard her.

Bobby: "Liz, you're not useless. You are what you meant to be. You have to think about what person you really are." Then suddenly Tony dragged Nashly with her arms, pleading to him to let go. "Can you let go of me?!" Nashly said, as her eyes were wide open. She quickly calms down. Elizabeth then wiped her tears with her wrist.

Tony: "Nashly, you have to catch one on your own."

Nashly: "But it's too hard for me, cousin~. You do it."

Tony: "Can't. You can do it yourself."

Nashly: "Why can you be helpful for once?!"

Frogadier (Geo): "How about apologizing to your other cousin for slapping her first?"

Nashly: "How about n-!"

Frogadier (Geo): *Summons Aerial Ace* "Or else this will happen to you again?"

Nashly: *Gulps* "...Oh...Fuck. Alright! Alright! I'm sorry, okay!"

Frogadier (Geo): "And?"

Nashly: "I'll catch one by myself!"

       Nashly goes downstairs to get her Pokemon of her own, just so she won't let Geo hurt anyone. When Geo summons his powerful move, the look on his face was anger and serious. "I'll just make sure she catches one." Hannah said and goes to follow Nashly. "So Geo...What's been happening while we are out?" I asked. "Uuhh...I..." he said, awkwardly. Then Finn pushed Geo so he tells me first.

Quilladin (Finn): *Whispers* "Go on. Tell him."

Frogadier (Geo): *Whispers* "How about you tell him first?"

Quilladin (Finn): *Whispers* "Hell no, you do it!"

Frogadier (Geo): "Come on, we saw Nashly snuck out and went to the cafe where she's with a bunches of her friends! *Covers his mouth immediately*

Darwin: "What did you just say?"

       Bobby feared what Geo say, noticed something was up. Elizabeth hugged me to comfort herself as possible. Finn smirked at Geo, knowing he fucked up.

Bobby: "You saw my sister sneak out!"

Quilladin (Finn): *Smirk* "Busted."

Frogadier (Geo): "I hate you so much."

Quilladin (Finn): "Rude!"

Bobby: "You two saw everything that my little sister does."

Braixen (Brittany): "Well. They weren't the ones who saw everything. It was just me, Geo, Finn, and Jayden."

Darwin: "Jayden, you too."

Honedge (Jayden): "Yeah...It is WAY too crazy for us."

Bobby: "How many of her friends are with her?"

Frogadier (Geo): "They were about four, why?"

Bobby: "...What were they planning?"

Braixen (Brittany): "Planning to lure us to Lumiose, to their location."

Bobby: "This is what she's doing to do with Liz."

Elizabeth: "Is something the matter?"

Bobby: "I think the main reason why I'm in Kalos because I couldn't get in contact with Nash cuz she's doing a favor for your mother, right?"

Elizabeth: "That's right, even though I refuse to go back."

Bobby: "And now her friends are involved in this."

         We hurried to go outside catch up with Hannah and Nashly. At Route 12, we saw Hannah, leaning herself on the fence and getting bored.

Braixen (Brittany) POV:

           Bobby went to call out Nashly to come over with us. Nashly whines and comes to Bobby. Elizabeth and I were concerned about what's she been doing. Bobby asked nicely, "Sis, what have you been doing while I'm with our cousins?" Nashly fake smile and answer his question with a lie, "No, I was just in the living room watching TV. Why is that?" Bobby played along, "Nothing, just checking." Nashly goes back to looking for a Pokemon he once wanted. Nate and Vincent recognized that fake smile she was making, knowing she lied.

Bobby: "She says she's always in the cabin with you."

Noibat (Nate): "She's lying."

Braixen (Brittany): "What makes you say that?"

Noibat (Vincent): "She's making that face of hers, so we knew she will do it again, and also sense something suspicious."

Bobby: "That little-!"

Nashly: "Can anyone please help me out?~"

All: "No."

Nashly: "You two, Geo and Brittany! Get over here!"

Frogadier (Geo): "Why on earth would she want us for?"

Braixen (Brittany): "Let's just go."

        Geo and I went to help Nashly, scared of something might jump on her. It was completely ridiculous that we have been able to find a Pokemon. We found any one of the Wild Pokemon and show it to Nashly but she's didn't like any of them. A couple of hours go by, nothing. I immediately sat on the log, getting super tired. Geo placed his head as he banged his fist on the tree hard.

Braixen (Brittany): "I can't do this...anymore. I'm getting sleepy. I want to sleep."

Nashly: "No time for rest! We have to find the one I've been looking for!"

Frogadier (Geo): "We?! You haven't done anything! You were just leaning on the tree while Brittany and I are finding a Pokemon, doing nothing!"

Nashly: "Cuz it's too much work."

Frogadier (Geo): "I'm gonna just-!"

???: "Hello?"

Frogadier (Geo) POV:

           I was in the middle of an argument with Nashly, until we heard someone say hello. We looked down and found a Wild Espurr. Nashly started to yell like a crazy person and hide behind the tree where she's leaning on. I picked up an Espurr, looking at the cutest Pokemon was so adorable that I couldn't look away.

Frogadier (Geo): "Aww. Aren't you the cutest little fella?"

Espurr (???): "Thank you, stranger!"

Frogadier (Geo): "You don't happen to have a gender, huh kid?"

Espurr (???): "I'm a girl,...and I'm very lonely here. I was hatched from the egg."

Frogadier (Geo): "It's okay, I know just the person."

Espurr (???): "Really?!"

Frogadier (Geo): "Yeah, she was right here...Nashly, get over here."

Nashly: "Nu-uh! That thing is trying to scare me!"

Frogadier (Geo): "Just get over here, she's not going to scare ya. She's just, you know, a little child."

Nashly: "Still!"

Honedge (Jayden): "Would you all hurry the hell up?! It's been a couple of hours, and it's almost to be late!"

Gabite (Mateo): "You don't have to yell."

Frogadier (Geo): "Boys."

Honedge and Gabite (Jayden and Mateo): "What?"

Frogadier (Geo): "Look what I'm holding, you won't be screaming so loud. Plus, it's so adorable!"

Gabite (Mateo): "...Is that?"

Honedge (Jayden): "An Espurr?"

Espurr (???): "Hi!"

Frogadier (Geo): "Yup. Nashly, I'm gonna say again to get your butt over here."

Nashly: "Never!"

Frogadier (Geo): "Alright, that means no Pokemon for y-."

Nashly: "No, please! Let me see!"

Frogadier (Geo): "That's what I thought."

        Nashly slowly walked to us and let the precious Pokemon, and it makes an Espurr very more uncomfortable as it hides her face with my furbbles. I was very sure she is shy. "So, what you do think of this little one? Can you take her?" I said. Nashly was thinking about an Espurr as her very own Pokemon to her journey, tho she doesn't know my friends and I listened to every conversation to her plan. Nashly sighed, knowing she has no other choice to take her.

Nashly: *Sighs* "I'll take this Espurr with me."

Honedge (Jayden): "Finally!"

Nashly: "So...How do you put the Espurr in the Pokeball exactly?"

Espurr (???): "I know!"

         An Espurr pushed to button to open the Pokeball so that she can get inside of it. Nashly has the Pokemon in her hand as it moves around. Once it's done, Nashly smiled a little. She then takes out her Espurr and wonders what to give her a nickname.

Nashly: "Now what to name you...How about Lucy?"

Espurr (Lucy): "Yes! Yes! I love it!"

Gabite (Mateo): "Now that was to care of, we should get back. Darwin and Elizabeth were worried."

Frogadier (Geo): "Shoot! Brittany, we have to-."

Braixen (Brittany): "Zzzzz..."

Nashly: " She's asleep."

Frogadier (Geo): "Well, it goes for nothing."

Nashly: "What are you...doing?"

       I carried Brittany in a bridal style, making Nashly so shocked that I carry like her. She went so speechless, anyone walked back to the others. Elizabeth and Darwin were standing and waiting until we came back.

Frogadier (Geo): "Sorry if this wastes time."

Elizabeth: "Geo! Thank goodness! And...Brittany was fast to sleep."

Darwin: "What took you so long?"

Frogadier (Geo): "Brittany and I looked for every single one from the Wild. Nashly keeps shaking her head for no which made me frustrating! But I managed to find one."

Elizabeth: "Really?! What Pokemon did she get?"

Frogadier (Geo): "It was a-. Hey, who's in my furbbles?!"

Espurr (Lucy): *Pops out of my furbbles* "Peek-a-Boo!"

Nashly: "Wha-How did she get in your..."

Elizabeth: "Oh my God! An Espurr! She's so cute!"

Darwin: "How did you find the fella?"

Frogadier (Geo): "She was standing between me and Nashly, while we...argue."

Nashly: "Hmph! You started it."

Frogadier (Geo): "You weren't helpful!"

Darwin: "Calm down, bud. Let's go back so you can get relax."

Frogadier (Geo): "I just wished she could just get out of my nerves for fuck's sake."

Darwin: "I know, Geo. I know."

Elizabeth: "I think this cutie was very hungry, I should give her some berries."

Back at the cabin:

Espurr (Lucy): *Eating berries* "Yummy!"

Sylveon (Serena): "This is just too precious!"

Roserade (Amy): "I could say the same thing."

Ivysaur (Bullet): "Aren't you exhausted?"

Frogadier (Geo): "A little, but I wasn't that exhausted."

Raichu (Logan): "At least Brittany was able to rest well in the bed."

Noibat (Vincent): "And our trainers were downstairs, eating dinner. We ate."

Frogadier (Geo): "Yeah, I already full."

Quilladin (Finn): "But we don't know what Nashly is going to do if we go to Lumiose."

Sylveon (Serena): "He has a point."

Quilladin (Finn): "What if something else is going to happen?"

Frogadier (Geo): "We don't know...yet."

Quilladin (Finn): "Yeah...Why is your phone showing too much screen? It's kinda like the Pokedex but different."

Frogadier (Geo): "It's called a hologram, Finn. You don't know a little thing about me. I was just checking the map to know how close is Lumiose."

Heliolisk (Julian): "How far are we?"

Frogadier (Geo): "We...weren't too far from here. But wasn't sure when the party is going to be started."

Gabite (Mateo): "I got the letter of the invitation." *Reads the date and shows the letter* "It says that the party was about in some days away. Just so we can make it in Lumiose in time."

Dewott (Randy): "That's great news!"

Nashly: "What are you doing?"

Frogadier (Geo): "That's none of your business."

Nashly: "Sorry for wasting so much of your time. I only wanted a partner like Darwin had you."

Frogadier (Geo): "Uh-Huh."

Nashly: "What? You don't care what I want. What about Brittany? She's doing nothing."

Quiladin (Finn): "She's sleeping. Let her rest well."

Nashly: "You know what I'm gonna wake her up."

Before Nashly can get her hands, I instantly grab her wrist. "As Finn said, let her rest. You don't want things to happen, is that right?" I said when Nashly gets her wrist free sitting on the couch, frustrated. Lucy yawns slowly then fall asleep. I then went outside of the balcony, just to be sure that there weren't anymore. I was about to go back inside until I heard something lurking in the bushes. I jumped off to hop down to see someone is there.

          As I go behind the bush to know who's hiding, I heard an argument. I sneak peek and found out it's the same group of people who met up with Nashly.

Melvin: "Where is that fucking frog?!"

Jose: "You were supposed to watch him, not getting distracted!"

Destiny: "Hey! A young lady has its needs. So, shut the fuck up!"

Jesús: "Great! Now we just have to find him!"

*I pokes the boy's left shoulder*

Jesús: "Jose, will you cut it....out?"

Destiny: "Uhm..."

Jose: "Oh no."

Melvin: "Oh shit."

Frogadier (Geo): *Triggered* "Oh shit, indeed. Mind telling me why you're watching at the baloney?"

Jesús: "Uh...RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!"

          They got scared that they ran off so quickly. But I still have no idea why they are still here. I was about to go back to the other at the cabin, instead, I bump into a elder man with a big pair of gardening scissors as he dropped it. I picked up the scissors and apologize. "Oh, God! I'm so sorry that about. I didn't look where I was going." The willow accepted my apology. "It's alright, youngster. I know you didn't mean to." I gave his scissors back to him.

He asked if I lead the way to my trainer and two people who can with, to talk with. I nodded and lead the way to Darwin.

In the Cabin:

Frogadier (Geo): "Darwin."

Darwin: "Yeah?"

Frogadier (Geo): "Guess who's here."

Darwin: "What do you mean?"

???: "I have came to talk with the three of you."

Tony: "Holy-!"

Elizabeth: "You're Ramos."

Ramos: "Indeed, I overheard your conversation  about you all going to the Grand Party with the professor and Miss Diantha."

Darwin: "You heard. Well, it seems like you're coming as well."

Ramos: "You're correct."

Tony: "Geo, I want you to get Finn."

Frogadier (Geo): "On it."

           I went up to get Finn. He gets confused about the fact I was grabbing him to know that Ramos was here. Finn asked, "Geo, why do you have to drag me downstairs again?" I grab his cheeks to make him turn around to see Courmarine's Gym Leader, thinking he's stupid enough to know. He freak out and went behind him.

Ramos: "Where is your Braixen, dear?"

Elizabeth: "She's tired, and went a room to rest well."

Darwin: "So, what did you want to talk about, Ramos?"

Ramos: "Well, when all of you went back, the professor forgot to mention someone who was related to you and your brother."

Tony: "He did?"

Ramos: "Yeah, as he forgot about it, he asked me a favor to tell you."

Elizabeth: "So can you tell me who is it?"

Ramos: "You're going to find out yourself once you arrived at Lumiose."

Elizabeth: "Darn...Alright, thank you."

Ramos: "Your very welcome, dear. I should get home before it's late. I'll meet you all at the Gym to challenge me. And...Darwin's Frogadier."

Frogadier (Geo): "Yes?"

Ramos: "Thank you for leading the way to your trainer."

Frogadier (Geo): "It's no problem, Ramos."

Ramos left and Nashly has her mouth open, she has no idea Ramos can come. "Why will you bring a fricking elder man here?" I couldn't stand her, Finn knows I was going to hit her. But he told me to be calm.

Frogadier (Geo): "Because Sycamore forgot to mention someone who was related to the siblings like your cousins. So Ramos have to tell them."

Nashly: "Why did 'Sycamore' forget that?"

Frogadier (Geo): "Because he-. You know what. I don't want to repeat this. I'm just gonna go upstairs, get some rest, and not look at your ugly-ass face."

Everyone laugh and Nashly shocked and says nonsense crisis about me, but...I really don't care what she say about me as I go upstairs. Finn was also laughing, can't even imagine why would I say that. We came upstairs and Finn was still laughing. I lay down on the same bed Brittany slept because I have a stressful day. Then Finn finally stops laughing, then he says, "Jesus Christ, bud! I don't know why you say that to her, but that was so blizzard!" We chuckle, knowing that was funny.

Frogadier (Geo): "Now I'm getting drowsy now."

Quilladin (Finn): "Same. I'll rest someplace else."

Espurr (Lucy): *Yawns* "I'm getting tired."

Sylveon (Serena): "Okay, sweetie. Where do you want to sleep?"

Espurr (Lucy): *Points at Geo* "There!"

Sylveon (Serena): "Okay, there you go, little one. Rest well."

Frogadier (Geo): "Oh, Finn! I want you to have these."

         I gave Finn two apples and a red headband. Finn was confused, and asked, "What's this for?" I spoke. "Remember I told you that I owe you." He nodded. "Well, these are for saying thanks to not getting Brittany in danger." Finn gets excited and wears the headband around his head, he was happy with the gift I give him.

Quilladin (Finn): "Thanks for your help, Ge...o?"

Frogadier (Geo): "Zzzzzz..."

Quilladin (Finn): (Sleepyhead.) "I'll...let you sleep for now."

The whole team had rest, knowing they had a big day to face with Coumarine's Gym Leader, Ramos. But Nashly has "other things" to do with something about her plan along with some help of hers. What will happen next once Elizabeth and the boys earned a badge?
