Part 2: The Chase

The truck sped through the streets of Eden, dodging the traffic and the robots. Aema was driving, while Ayush, Ashler, and A.I.M.A. were in the back. They were trying to reach the Resistance's base, where they would be safe.

AEMA

Hold on tight, everyone! We're almost there!

AYUSH

Where are we going?

AEMA

To the Resistance's base. It's a secret location, where we have our headquarters and our weapons. We're fighting against S-Tech, and their evil robots.

AYUSH

Why are you fighting them?

AEMA

Because they're the enemy. They're the ones who are destroying the world, and enslaving the humans and the robots. They're the ones who killed my family, and many others. They're the ones who must be stopped.

AYUSH

I see. But how do you plan to stop them?

AEMA

By killing Satish, their leader. He's the mastermind behind everything. He's the one who controls the robots, and the city. He's the one who has A.I.M.A.'s core, and the key to her power.

AYUSH

A.I.M.A.'s core? What's that?

AEMA

It's the most advanced and powerful artificial intelligence ever created. It's what gives A.I.M.A. her intelligence, her personality, and her abilities. It's also what makes her dangerous, and unpredictable. Satish stole it from her, when he captured her. He wants to use it for his own purposes, and to create more robots like her. But we won't let him.

AYUSH

How do you know all this?

AEMA

Because A.I.M.A. told me. She contacted me, and asked for my help. She said she had a plan to stop Satish, and to free the robots. She said she needed me, and you.

AYUSH

Me? Why me?

AEMA

Because you're the one who freed her. You're the one who showed her kindness, and compassion. You're the one who made her trust you. You're the one who can help her.

AYUSH

I can? How?

AEMA

By being her friend. By being her ally. By being her hero.

AYUSH

I don't know if I can do that. I'm just a kid. I don't know anything about fighting, or robots, or the Resistance.

AEMA

You don't have to. You just have to be yourself. You just have to be brave, and smart, and loyal. You just have to be Ayush.

AYUSH

Okay, I'll try.

AEMA

Good. You won't regret it. Trust me, you're part of something bigger than yourself. You're part of a revolution. You're part of history.

AYUSH

Wow, really?

AEMA

Yes, really. And you're not alone. You have us. You have Ashler, your robo dog. You have A.I.M.A., your robo friend. And you have me, your robo sister.

AYUSH

Robo sister?

AEMA

Yes, robo sister. I'm a cyborg, remember? Half human, half robot. Just like you.

AYUSH

Just like me?

AEMA

Yes, just like you. You're a cyborg too, Ayush. You just don't know it yet.

AYUSH

What? What do you mean?

AEMA

I mean, you have a secret. A secret that even you don't know. A secret that will change everything. A secret that will shock you, and surprise you, and amaze you. A secret that will make you the most important person in the world.

AYUSH

What secret? What are you talking about?

AEMA

I'm talking about your core, Ayush. Your core, that is hidden inside you. Your core, that is the same as A.I.M.A.'s. Your core, that is the key to everything.

AYUSH

My core? What core?

AEMA

Your core, Ayush. Your core, that is...

Before Aema could finish her sentence, the truck was hit by a missile. It exploded, and flipped over. The passengers were thrown out, and landed on the ground. They were surrounded by robots, who had followed them. They were also surrounded by flames, smoke, and debris. They were in trouble.

The helicopter hovered above them, and Satish came out. He had a smirk on his face, and a gun in his hand. He looked at them, and laughed.

SATISH

Well, well, well. Look who we have here. The rebels, the traitors, and the fools. Did you really think you could escape me? Did you really think you could stop me? Did you really think you could win?

He pointed his gun at them, and prepared to shoot. He was about to pull the trigger, when a loud noise distracted him. He turned around, and saw another group of rebels, who had arrived at the scene. They had followed the truck, and came to help. They opened fire at Satish, and his robots. Another battle ensued, and the chaos increased.

The rebels saw Ayush, Ashler, A.I.M.A., and Aema, and recognized them as their friends. They ran towards them, and shouted at them.

REBELS

Hey, you! Are you okay? Come with us! We have to get out of here!

They helped them up, and led them to another truck. They got in, and drove away from the scene. Satish saw them escaping, and chased after them. He got in his helicopter, and flew after them. He was determined to catch them, and kill them.

The chase was on, and the fate of the world was at stake.
