"Oh it's alright. The doctor said you won't wake up till tomorrow that was why I was surprised" The guy answered "Also, I'm Eric. My mom brought you here after she saw you faint on the sidewalk. How are you feeling?"

"I'm fine. Thank you for saving my life and sorry for the rudeness. Can I get a glass of water? My throat feels sore" Susan said rubbing her throat.

"Yeah... Yeah, sure" Eric answered stammering while pouring her a glass of water. It was obvious that he was nervous. He wanted to leave a good impression of himself to her... But it wasn't going the way he wanted it to go. "Here you go" He said handing her a glass of warm water with shaking hands.

"Thank you" Susan answered with a faint smile on her face while she was laughing really hard in her head thinking 'He's so cute.' Then she gasped again thinking 'What am I thinking'.

Meanwhile an older woman was watching them from the door smiling and thinking in her mind 'Wow, they have such good chemistry. Seems like this daughter - in - law is for sure. Hahahaha'.

Susan looked towards the door and saw the older woman there staring at her like she was her prey.

When the woman saw Susan looking at her, she quickly walked in smiling and introducing herself.
