1 The Awakening

"Darkness is a beast devouring the light slowly." In a land of darkness and bloodshed, creatures of the night soon started to rise from their slumber. Though they went back to sleep as the sun soon started to rise within the air shining its radiant light across the land. The land's beautiful green grass swayed with the wind as it moved throughout the fields. The field had cows grazing the lands from time to time just not to put too much pressure on the field. North of the field there was a village built very close to it only to be fenced off. A decent height white wall surrounded the village as if they were stopping something from getting in.

Even though they were a small community they had guards and warriors within their ranks. The people moved around doing what they wanted and had scheduled for that day; sooner than they thought they could hear a ruckus outside of the walls for a mere second only to be followed by a shake of the earth.

The earth shook the people's feet wobbled with some of their arms open, trying to keep their balance. The gates of the wall that were seen as the only way in and out flew open with the guards head tilting around the corner wondering what awaited them.

Their eyes became wider, jaws dropping as they saw a blonde male with crimson red eyes dressed in a black leather jacket and black studded leather pants with brown boots. He was around 5'4 with a smug smirk across his face. The male head turned slightly gazing in their path with a beating heart within his palm, a male at his feet laying down flat.

The view itself brought chills down the spines of the people but the guards thought that they had to check it out. Two guards walked up to the mysterious male with a heart in his left palm, they never knew what they were going up against yet they tried to be calm. "Who are you?" One of the guards the guards said while glancing over at his comrade that was following at his side. The blonde hair male eyes seemed fixated on the floor as the blood poured from his hand.

Once the guards were within a foot they both asked the same question again; only this time they fell to their knees before they even realized. Blood from their chest sprinkled over the figure of the male as both guards' hearts were ripped out before they knew it. The strange male that was now drenched in blood went on one knee leaning his head beside one of the guards ear

The name is Jonathon Todesbringer." As those words escaped his soft lips he got up and headed towards the gates of the wall. The people caught eye of this and started to close the gate but even so they screamed in fear; though the gate was closed the village became silent for a mere moment. Everyone ear twitched hearing a whistle through the air before only to hear the snap of someone's neck. Jonathan was already within sitting with the head of a female on a rocking chair back and forth.

The people saw this yet kept quiet for a mere second as if they could not have believed what had taken place. A female voice then screeched in the air as everyone else went in a panicking state. Jonathan rocked back and forth continuously while mumbling a few words under his breath. "Brother awaken from that slumber of yours, you owe me a fight," with those words said the earth started to rumble, the clouds casted a temporary darkness on the village. Jonathan kept his calm state with his eyes glancing over at a few footsteps he heard coming towards him.

The people kept panicking moving in a scattered non organized fashion, this alone made them seem weak which made them a prey to Jonathon. The footsteps became louder knowing this Jonathon rose from his seat with the female head still in his hand. Jonathan's eyes gazed over at the male that seemed humble, "Brother you've awaken," he said those words soft yet seemed a bit nervous.

"Indeed what commotion did you make now?" The male replied, his voice stern yet his words were followed up with a slight chuckle. The two stood still for a moment at a stand still, Jonathon with a smile across his face while his brother wore a smug smirk. "My name is Valestae Todesbringer, call me like it is Jonathon." Once those words escaped his lips Valestae stood his ground as Jonathon rushed forward towards him.

Valestae was a male with with crimson red eyes that often seemed very dull. His dark hair flowed in his face with his ear adorned with piercings and jewels. He had pale skin and his outfit made him seem as a guard or even a soldier. He sported a long coat that covered his entire body with golden flares at the end of his collar and his sleeve. As his brother rushed towards him he had the same boring expression across his face as to him his brother was as slow as a turtle. Jonathon's hand soon formed a fist as he went for a straight punch directly at his brother's face.

Valestae realized this at the very second and brought up his arm wrapping his fingers around the fist. Once the punch was within his palm the mere force released multiple strong gushes of wind which ripped apart the village buildings a bit. Valestae glared at his brother only for a few words to escape his lips. "Stop playing and let's awaken the masters already," Valestae then released his brother fist, placing his arms down at his hips.

"Your no fun, though you've grown." Once those words escaped Jonathon's lips Valestae shook his head as he turned around. "Eh? I guess so," Valestae mumbled beneath his breath only to then turn back around chuckling. "Ok let's summon them already," Valestae said in a cheerful tone.

"Ok," Jonathon replied in a weary tone. The two then began to levitate as they revolved around the village. Magical cyan blue pentagrams formed beneath the two as they rotated around the buildings beneath them, mumbling a few words. The ground shook harder with the air feeling a bit heavier with each passing moment. The earth cracked open, it then began to start sucking anything within a meter close to it due to the strong wind moving towards the hole it formed. It was then covered in a dark mist as seven different figures could be seen standing with a horrendous aura being felt. Jonathon and Valestae soon went back on the ground, bowing on one knee while their eyes eyes were planted on the ground in front of these beings that they called masters; not knowing the the true beast they've brought forth.
