Lunch and The Black Tech
Venesare came back to find a short list of thing that Tempest wanted and a monitor showing the news about how the money was returned. The list consisted of one affinity testing crystal, one grimoire of the basic elements, one summoning grimoire, and one spatial grimoire. Some of the items on the list were heavily restricted, however if Venesare introduced Tempest to one of her colleagues in the Witches Coven she would be able to obtain the full list. On the back side of the list it was noted Tempest wanted to join the Witches coven any way. So an introduction to one of their higher ups wouldn't hurt her in the long run. After looking over the situation Venesare went to wake Tempest for lunch. Venesare went to shake Tempest awake and ask who she wants to meet from the Witches Coven.
Venesare gently shook Tempest awake while whispering. "Come on honey it's time to wake up for lunch."
Rolling over a very sleepy Tempest responded. "I did the things can I go back to sleep?"
"No I have more things I need you to do and also you need to eat don't think just because I am not constantly watching you I don't know what you're up to young lady. No more all nighters for you."
"But mom they are really useful cause I don't spend time sleeping."
"Yes Tempest that might be true but your body can not currently handle it. I need to ask who would you like to meet from the Witches Coven's higher echelon? As the summoning and spatial grimoires are restricted items."
"I would like to meet the Space Time witch Echo."
"How do you know that name she is highly confidential."
"Well I hacked their database before even considering them and she was there."
"Of course you would do that wouldn't you?" Said Venesare in a exasperated tone. " I will see what I can do. I don't personally know her but it shouldn't be hard for me to contact her. The basic grimoires and affinity stone will arrive after lunch."
"Neat I suppose we should go have lunch."
"Tempest are you forgetting something." Venesare points at the tablet Tempest was holding. "Come on hand it over. You will get it back when you meet Echo."
"Come on don't do this I didn't do anything wrong."
"That is a blatant lie you literally stole hundreds of trillions of platinum. If I didn't punish you then what would be the point in making you return all that money."
"As punishment." Tempest then showed a begrudging expression as she handed over her tablet and pulled out another tablet. "I made a new one jokes on you."
Tempest's mother then used telekinesis to pull both tablets to her. "You forgot I am a telekinetic didn't you. Now go get a paper and pen."
Tempest grumpily makes her way to a storage closet off to the side of her room and gets a note book and a pen. Seeing her daughter pout Venesare realizes just how cute Tempest can be and briefly thinks about returning the tablets. Then stops that line of thought as she does need to punish Tempest not for stealing money but causing for global chaos. It is already bad enough when I do it but if the world found out that I had a toddler capable of pretty much the same level of bullshit as me it would be bad for us both. Good thing all of scandals are well hidden, now how to contact the Space Time Witch. Venesare hears the flap of paper and looks over at Tempest to see.
"Give the Space Time Witch this." Tempest points at her necklace. "She can look at it but if she wants to know more about it she has to come to me."
"Tempest what is this necklace and how did you obtain it?"
"I found it the same way I found Cloud. It is a spatial storage device designed specifically to hold magical stuff like grimoires and relics. It has an inside I haven't seen it yet and it is completely bound to me. So no one can steal my stuff."
"Yes this should intrigue her enough to get her out of her experiments. Come now it's time for lunch."
The pair sat down and had an extensive platter of sushi and fish dishes. Afterwards Tempest enlarged Cloud again and went back to sleep, as her grimoires wouldn't arrive till later and she was still tired from the previous night. Several hours later Tempest awakens fully rested and remembers the Black Tech Pack.

Well now to make some more fun technology while I wait for my grimoires. Tempest shrunk Cloud and entered The Machinery Void. The entrance was an ornate hall made of marble similar to a pantheon, however Tempest could see wiring, tools, and work stations off in the side rooms. The place was truly massive going up to a window and looking out Tempest could see that this was not a standing structure but something similar to a space station. Tempest although being the small toddler she is immediately went to make a proper tablet by her definition then realized she didn't have the materials. Disappointed Tempest returned to her room. Seeing the elemental grimoires and the affinity stone on the floor Tempest remembered that she had a couple UI tabs in her system she had yet to look at like her stats.

Tempest looked at this and thought wow I am powerful. More affinities than ever recorded and three esper powers from the restricted list. I can literally use mana to conjure infinite materials for my endless tinkering. Though my luck could use some improving. Tempest decided to make a new tablet as she already knew the blueprint by heart she just used Particle Creation to make it in one piece. Right as the tablet was finishing up Tempest's mother walked into see something floating and appearing in the air. With a concern for her own safety and Tempests Venesare looked around and found Tempest collapsed on the floor next to the apparition. Deciding to wait for Tempest to wake up Venesare jumped into the pit Tempest called bed cuddled Tempest. About eleven minutes later Tempest awoke and the tablet had finished. Tempest pulled the tablet to her hand and poked her mother with it. Venesare seeing that Tempest had awoken brought her out of the pit and stood her up. Then she noticed a new tablet in Tempest's hands.
"Tempest how do you have yet another tablet?"
"I figured out my esper abilities."
"What are they?"
"Try to not freak out too much but I have three of them and all of them are on the restricted list. I also have seven affinities."
"Ok you can't just say that with a straight face and expect me to keep calm. So what are your abilities then? Also you need to be tested again."
"My abilities are Particle Manipulation, Particle Creation, and Particle Destruction."
"You mean some of the most heavily restricted abilities on that list."
"Mmmhmm yes."
"Well I suppose I can't take away your tablet any more can I?"
"Nope though it is really tiring to make a new one I don't currently have enough mana to make it in one go."
"Ok go poke the affinity stone."
"I can't," Writes Tempest while pointing at a pile of dust on the floor. "but I can use some basic spells to show you." Tempest then casts a bevy of simple spells of the grimoires she has.
Venesare looks at Tempest in shock. "I am unsure as to what to make of you are any more."
"I mean I can literally disassemble a person with out even looking at them. As long as there is matter I have mana as I turn it into mana or use mana to make matter slightly broken but thats life for you. Also I would make a great disciple to Echo as we have matching elemental affinities."
"Yes you would but does she want a disciple?"
"Her activity in recent years suggest that she does, as she has visited a significant number affinity tests and admission tests."
"I guess those action could be interpreted like that."
"Hey at this point I can use most of the abilities that are on the restricted list."
"Yes and you are also a space time anomaly. I think this makes you the most dangerous person on the planet just by your esper abilities, but combine it with your magical affinities and intellect and you become truly terrifying."
"I am tired again, I really need a time grimoire."
"I will see what I can do you should get some rest Tempest, good night."
Tempest moved to her pit full of stuffed animals and enlarged Cloud just large enough to cuddle or use as a pillow. She then jumped down in to the pit and fell asleep.
