The Threat of the Three Saiyans

Three miniature Universe spacecraft pierced through Earth's atmosphere like meteors, trailing long tails of flame as they hurtled toward the planet's surface. Their descent was marked by a terrifying speed of thousands of meters per second.

Boom!

A deafening explosion resounded as the spacecraft crashed into a city near the Western Capital, creating massive craters upon impact. The force of the collision left the spacecraft lying silently in the pits they had created.

The commotion drew the attention of countless passers-by, and nearby media reporters quickly converged on the site to cover the unfolding event live.

Hiss.

As the onlookers gawked at the unusual sight, the hatches of the spacecraft slowly opened with a sharp hiss of escaping air. To the astonishment of the gathered crowd and the cameras, three figures emerged: Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz, each donned in the distinctive combat uniforms of Frieza's army.

"They're human?"

"Who are they?"

"I don't know."

"They look kind of weird."

The murmurs of the onlookers filled the air as they speculated about the identities of the three newcomers.

"This is Earth," Vegeta stated, surveying the surroundings with a malevolent grin.

From the looks of the passers-by, Vegeta could sense their fear.

"Yes," Raditz affirmed, his tone neutral but menacing.

Nappa sneered, "Shall we give these noisy humans a warm welcome?"

"Try to leave some of them alive." Vegeta cautioned, though it was clear he held no real concern for the lives of these humans. To him, killing an Earthling was no more significant than crushing an ant.

With Vegeta's tacit approval, Nappa's smile widened. The onlookers and media personnel remained blissfully unaware of the impending doom.

Under everyone's watchful gaze, Nappa raised his hand and flicked his finger outwards.

Boom!

A terrifying burst of energy emanated from the trio, instantly engulfing the entire city. The immense power obliterated buildings and evaporated tens of thousands of people in an instant. Nappa, pleased with his handiwork, reveled in the destruction.

Meanwhile, on Mount Paozu.

Goku, deep in his daily training, suddenly sensed the immense power radiating from Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz. He immediately glanced skyward, beads of cold sweat forming on his forehead as he recognized the threat.

"This is… Raditz's energy, and two unfamiliar, stronger energies!"

Raditz's power had significantly increased since their last encounter, but what truly disturbed Goku were the other two unfamiliar auras. One was stronger than the other, but the most potent aura instilled a deep sense of dread in Goku, sending chills down his spine.

Determined to protect his home, Goku knew he had to confront this new threat head-on. Gathering his resolve, he prepared for the imminent battle against these powerful Saiyans who had arrived on Earth with malicious intent.

Goku couldn't help but recall the name Raditz. The encounter with Raditz more than a year ago still left a deep impression on him, and the fear associated with that memory lingered.

When Kahn had let Raditz go, he had a premonition that Raditz would return. As predicted, more than a year later, Raditz was back. This time, however, he wasn't alone; he had brought accomplices whose strength far surpassed his own.

"I just felt a huge burst of energy. They must have started their attack!" Goku said angrily. "These bastards! Earth isn't their battleground!"

After discovering his Saiyan heritage, Goku grew to despise Saiyans like Raditz even more. Though he himself was a Saiyan, he identified more as an Earthling, having grown up on Earth. He did not want his life to be affected by Saiyans like Raditz.

Over the past year, with Kahn's encouragement, Goku had undergone extremely arduous training and had also trained Gohan. Compared to a year ago, Goku's strength had increased significantly. He no longer feared Raditz, but against Vegeta and Nappa, his strength still fell short. Yet, this was not a reason for Goku to back down. Since Raditz came because of him, he had to confront him.

"Gohan, you stay home and protect Mom!" Goku instructed. Without another word, he used the Flying Technique to head towards the source of Vegeta's energy.

Meanwhile, Piccolo, Tien Shinhan, Yamcha, Krillin, and other Earth Z fighters couldn't sit still anymore. Vegeta and his companions had destroyed a city as soon as they landed, and it was clear they couldn't stay uninvolved. For the sake of Earth, their home, and for their loved ones, they had to stand up and fight.

At the Capsule Corporation, Bulma had witnessed the horrifying scene of Nappa destroying a city through a live broadcast. Her face turned pale with fear.

"My God! It's terrible!" Bulma panicked and took out her phone, dialing Kahn's number.

"K… Kahn, where are you?" Bulma's trembling voice was full of panic.

"I just got to the farmers market. What's up?" Kahn replied.

"It's not good!!" Bulma exclaimed. "That person from back then is here again!!"

"You mean Raditz? I already know," Kahn said casually. "Don't worry, nothing will happen."

Kahn had sensed the arrival of Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz the moment they landed on Earth.

"But… They've already destroyed a city! You need to stop them!" Bulma urged.

Compared to the extremely anxious Bulma, Kahn seemed much calmer. "Don't worry, I'll deal with it after I sell out the produce. I have to finish selling these vegetables first."

Kahn hung up the phone, leaving Bulma stomping her feet in anger. "Why is he still thinking about selling vegetables at a time like this!" she fumed. Bulma couldn't understand Kahn's calmness. Her family's wealth made it hard for her to grasp Kahn's situation. Kahn and Vados relied on the meager income from selling vegetables to make ends meet.

"Husband, what's the matter?" Vados asked, pretending not to understand.

"It's okay, Raditz is back and brought two accomplices," Kahn replied.

"Huh? Did he kill that Frieza guy like you told him too?" Vados asked.

"Impossible" Kahn snorted. "If he had the ability to kill Frieza, he wouldn't be here in this situation."

Meanwhile, Goku, Piccolo, and the other fighters arrived at the location where Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz were. What was once a bustling city was now a dilapidated ruin.

Whoosh!

Several figures swept down from the sky and landed in front of the three Saiyans in unison. It was Goku and his team.

"I can feel a a dark ant menacing energy coming from them!" Krillin said, his voice trembling as he stared at the three Saiyans.

Tien Shinhan nodded firmly. "Yeah, me too!" he agreed, his eyes locked on the enemy. This was the toughest opponent he had ever faced.

Goku and the others could feel the intense and terrifying energy radiating from Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz. Their power levels were off the charts, way beyond anything they'd ever sensed before. It was like the difference between night and day.

The sheer presence of these Saiyans made everyone tense up. It was clear they were dealing with a whole new level of power, one that made their previous battles seem like child's play. This was going to be the fight of their lives.

"Oh? Here comes a group of brats," Nappa laughed mockingly before pressing the battle power detector on his left eye.

Beep Beep. Combat power: 2,800.

This was Goku's combat power, the highest among them. Piccolo's was in the early thousands, while Krillin and Tien Shinhan's were even lower, barely reaching a few hundred.

"2,800 battle power?" Nappa stared at Goku, slightly surprised. "Raditz, is this your younger brother?"

"Yes," Raditz nodded. "He's Kakarot."

"Raditz!" Goku gritted his teeth. "You bastard, what are you doing on Earth?"

Raditz crossed his arms and smirked. "My dear brother, I'm here to invite you to join us. After all, we're the only Saiyans left. We should unite, shouldn't we? As for that bastard Kahn, Vegeta will send him to hell later. You don't have to worry about that."

Goku stood with a determined expression, his gaze unwavering. He had no desire to associate with the ruthless Saiyans like Raditz. Deep in his heart, Goku considered himself an Earthling, a kind-hearted protector of his planet.

"I don't want to be with brutal Saiyans like you Raditz!" Goku declared firmly.

Piccolo, who stood nearby, asked with a look of extreme apprehension, "What are you doing here on Earth?"

He could feel the overwhelming power radiating from Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz. The mere presence of Raditz had terrified him a year ago, and now, the stronger Vegeta and Nappa amplified that fear.

Nappa's eyes fell on Piccolo, and he sneered, "We're here for the Dragon Balls. Hand them over, and maybe I'll give you a quick death."

Piccolo and the others knew the gravity of the situation. It was clear that today would not end well. Either they would perish or they would have to drive the Saiyans away. There was no other outcome.

Piccolo and the others immediately assumed fighting stances, ready to face the invading Saiyans. Though they knew they were outmatched, they had no choice when the fate of the Earth was at stake.

Nappa clenched his fists, his murderous intent rising. "Vegeta, let me handle these weaklings."

Vegeta crossed his arms and said nothing, a silent approval. In Vegeta's eyes, Goku and Piccolo were no more than trash, unworthy of his attention. Letting Nappa deal with them was satisfactory.

With Vegeta's tacit consent, Nappa's gaze landed on Krillin. He grinned maliciously, "I'll start with you, little bald man."

As Nappa moved, his speed was overwhelming. In an instant, he was upon Krillin, delivering a blow that sent him flying backward.

"So fast!" gasped the onlookers, shocked by Nappa's swift attack.

Goku, Piccolo, and the others found themselves facing an enemy whose strength was beyond their imagination. Nappa, unfazed by their combined assault, stood firm, as if their attacks were mere annoyances.

Nappa laughed, showing his teeth. "That didn't hurt at all."

With another powerful kick, he sent Goku, Piccolo, Tien Shinhan, and Yamcha sprawling. Despite their best efforts, the combined might of Goku and his friends barely scratched Nappa, whose battle power far exceeded theirs.

In minutes, Tien Shinhan, Piccolo and Chiatzou were incapacitated. Krillin and Yamcha were severely injured, and Goku himself was left with broken ribs and diminished strength.

"This guy… is too strong…" Krillin whispered in despair, watching Nappa with a sense of hopelessness. They had never faced an enemy so powerful, one who could shatter their spirits with ease.

"You monster! Tien Shinhan and Piccolo… they… were killed!" Yamcha cried out, his voice filled with anger and sorrow.

Nappa stepped on Goku's back, grabbing his hair and lifting his head. "Is that all you've got? Pathetic."

Goku, gravely injured, could barely respond. Each movement brought excruciating pain.

Raditz watched coldly before stepping forward. He gestured to Nappa, who handed Goku over. Raditz grabbed his brother roughly by the hair and lifted him from the ground.

"Kakarot, if you want to live, don't be a fool like Kahn," Raditz said, indicating the wounded Krillin and Yamcha. "Kill them, and maybe Vegeta will consider you one of us."

"Never!" Goku spat, his eyes blazing with defiance. "I won't join you monsters! Even if I die… Brother Kahn will avenge me!"

At the mention of Kahn, Raditz's fury ignited. He punched Goku hard in the abdomen, eliciting a scream and a spurt of blood.

"Kakarot, why do you think I dared to come back today? I may not be able to defeat Kahn, but in front of Vegeta, what is Kahn's power? He's nothing."
