In the confines of planet Earth, a college student was taking the train to go to his sister's house. The boy have dark brown hair and brown eyes, he was pretty much common looking.

Average in his own words.

The train that he was taking was full of people. He was patiently waiting for the next stop, he delightfully knew that the train had arrived at the station. The college student steps down from the mechanism and continues his journey.

Streets full of people waking around, the sounds of cars, and the city was organized. The student really liked to find his way around and enjoy life. His sister was having a celebration party for him.

She was insisting that he needed one because he was indeed graduating.

Destiny brought something that the boy never knew it would happen to him. When suddenly his circumference went black, he was about to cross the main shopping street.

He couldn't see or hear anything.

'What happened?' He thought.

About sometime later his eyes opened and the first thing he saw was a wooden ceiling. The boy thought that maybe a bad occurrence had happened to him.

Is he injured?

He wasn't certain, he was more confused about the phenomenon. The lad sited down in the bed currently being used by him. It was an odd room, small and comfy. There were boxes around as if it was a storage room. It didn't look modern at all and didn't look like a hospital.

As well as he felt different.

He looked at his hands and shock struck his face. Undeniably, he had small hands... hands of a child?

The boy tried to get out of bed when suddenly the door to this room opened. Revealing a tall person, he was wearing a blue robe. Nothing he has seen, it was unique.

The new person coming into the room has dark blue hair and electric blue eyes. Breathtaking, it was out of this world.

"You are awake" confirmed the blue-haired man "are you okay?... do you feel anything that's bothering you?"

The boy responded "I feel fine" his voice was completely soft. The man nodded to the child's response.

"Good, you may not know me but my name is Leon Fleter. I manage a merchant guild in which my people have been taking care of you, your hometown was destroyed by the Asteria soldiers." Leon abstained from telling more since he didn't want to bring bad memories, and changed subjects. "are you hungry?" asked.

The boy was confused 'did he say guild and Asteria soldiers?' 'are they in a war?' he doesn't understand but quickly nodded.

"I will call someone to bring you food" then a sphere appeared in his hands and instantly it started to glow. A girl with brown hair and green eyes emerges, it was imaged in the crystal ball. The boy was mind blown 'THERE WAS MAGIC!' truly this was like a videogame. He couldn't believe it.

"Lord Fleter, do you request something?"

"Yes, Jude can you bring me a meal for the kid"

"Of course! Ace must be really hungry, he didn't wake up after sleeping through fifteen days straight" The girl named Jude hang up. Just now Jude called him Ace, it must be his name in this world. For some reason, that name felt great to hear but also indicated that he took the body of someone else. This wasn't his place, however, he couldn't do anything about it.

Ace will be calm. He gazes over to Leon who is casually leaning against the wall. Wrapping his hands together and with hesitation, he asked. "... um, Mr. Leon where exactly are we?" it was weird hearing his new childish voice.

The Guild master eyed the kid "Currently we are located on the outskirts of Lupa City inside of Rowan Empire, mostly surrounded by ocean. The war won't reach this place if you're worried".

"Still, what am I supposed to do now?" Ace grabbed with force the blankets that cover him. It was only seconds, he was literally a college student moments ago and currently, there was a war going around just where people have died. This wasn't his home and neither he was confident in surviving.

"Don't overthink, you are welcome to stay under my wing" The man misunderstood the kid's worries, he thought the boy was sad and shocked because he lost his family in one raid from Asteria's soldiers. Leon was going to get responsible for Ace until he decided his own path, the master guild would not let Ace fall. The child was young ever to experience the catastrophic event "If you ever want anything, don't hesitate to tell me".

The boy only wanted to go to his real world, but he didn't have answers. Only time may respond to his needs. Without a reply, Jude entered the chamber carrying a small casserole pan. The inside contains vegetables and meat, which smelled delicious.

The girl among Leon helped set a bed table. They placed a bowl and a glass of water on the table.

"I also brought clothes for you to change into when you finish eating", said the girl named Jude. She puts a black bag beside the boxes.

"We should go now, in a few minutes I will be back to check on you and transfer you to a better place" Leon commented before both of them left the room.

Ace finally had time to himself.

While enjoying the meal, the boy essentially wanted a few minutes alone. Magic was the first thought he came across. The unknown fascinated him, how could be possible to learn such a thing?

His back straightened up an idea just popped up from his head. Pushing the table away. Ace knew what he wanted. The idea was to ask Leon if he could teach him about magic and if it was possible for him to use it. Emotions arise, excitement, and happiness are brought to the kid's face.

There was no option.

Now standing up, the boy was wearing a white shirt and white shorts. He grabbed the bag, and there were a couple of things. But aside from that a clock and a compass showed at the bottom. His little fingers caressed both objects.

He curiously observed the items. The silver shined brightly and he could see his reflection in it. A kid with dark brown hair and beautiful golden eyes was revealed. He was too out of this world, his features were pretty not like his old self. He indeed looked more feminine.

Nothing wrong but he was more uneasy.

Are children in this world prettier?

Leaving that aside, he changed clothes into a black sweater, green pants, and black boots. He felt more comfortable. Plus, Ace observed the befitting outfit that Jude had brought to him. Nothing stood out that's what he hoped for. He really wished that his new looks will be normal on this planet since in his world he could be a celebrity.

That will be troublesome. He sighed.

Outside of the merchant building guild, two people were walking towards the training field. One of them was a girl named Jude and the other one was a man who is working as a knight for the temple. The knight was the person responsible for saving Ace from the destruction of his town. Not many knights are sent from the temple to help. Just one of them was enough to stop a calamity and for some reason, he was sent there.

" Lady Jude, how is the boy?"

The girl that was mentioned quickly turned toward the man.

"He finally woke up from his slumber, we thought that he wouldn't make it" There was sorrow in her expression but changed for a pleased one. "The kid looks healthy, but his appearance changed a little bit."

"How so?" The knight asked. He will lie if he wasn't concerned.

"It's nothing bad is just he is pretty and cute" She imagined how adorable looking he was. It was strange but she remember when he was brought to the guild. He didn't have that bright vibe that now he was carrying with him.

"Lord Hain, do you plan to stay more time?" Jude asked sweetly.

"Not really I was planning to go tomorrow morning" Hain paused for a second and decides to continue. "The temple reached out for me, I was staying too much time anyways"

"You must really care for him if you stayed a long time until he woke up", She thought that it was lovely.

"Children are gifts of life even though I was late... at least I could save him" Nicolas Hain is a known popular knight from the Silva Temple who worked for years with the purpose of saving lives. The Emperor offered Hain a high position as a paladin in the empire, but he declined the offer.

As for the war that had been continued for the past 4 years, it greatly affected the external parts of the Rowan Empire. As well as destroying towns, including the little one's home. Emperor Rowan didn't care about the commoners that struggle to survive every day. It wasn't even a thing that he needed to worry about, the only thing that he was concerned about was the enemy that the emperor had made.

The Asteria Empire was known for its ferocity on the battlefield as well as for being ten times better in everything compared to the Rowan, but of course, it broke into a tragedy. Emperor Rowan became greedy for power and land. He wanted every single thing, however, there is an obstacle standing and it was the heir. The Asteria heir is claimed to be a genius and had awoken his powers early on.

Compared absolutely with Rowan's heir which was instantly degraded, it ashamed the Emperor greatly. The opinions of the public and the high lord affected the authority, the next in line for the throne required an excellent reputation. Emperor Rowan yearns for the complete destruction of Asteria and he would make it happen.

"That child is special, please Jude take care of him" Nicolas Hain hoped for the well-being of the kid.

"You don't have to say it twice" Jude's eyes softened. Hain chuckled at her reaction and carry on his way.
