"Why?" "I want to know what Raphael's plans were, and I would help him complete his revenge if that's what he wanted," Lydia inquired. Ellie yelled, "You must be fucking joking!" I replied. "He's the nicest, but that doesn't mean he isn't a devil like his other brothers," she added. 

Lydia cut us off, saying, "I think you guys should calm down." What if I use my divination ability to see into his future?" 

I looked at her, puzzled as to why she was just telling us when she could have done so for a long time. "How come you're just telling us you have the authority to do that?" I inquired. "I'm sorry," she mumbled, "but I'm afraid I won't be able to do it if I try because I've never done it before." "I'm guessing you'll give it a shot today. What are you going to need to do the magic?" I inquired. Lydia explained, "I'm going to need his blood."

We were in Mr. Fred's basement. We were standing in front of Nikolas, who was seated. "I'll need your blood before I can get you out of here," I explained softly. He imitated me before laughing at me. 

"Okay, if that's what you're looking for, I'll give you my blood. Bring the calabash; you want it inside "He continued. I extended my right hand for her to take the calabash from me. 

I walked closer to the gate after she placed it in my hand and stretched it to Nikolas, who was already standing in front of it. After removing his blazer, he raised his right hand and dragged his sleeves down.

He drew out his fangs, which were long and sharp like those of a regular vampire. He bit his hand and extended it to the calabash so I could draw his blood. He came to a halt when he felt the blood was sufficient. 

I turned around and handed Lydia the calabash before returning to him. "Now that you've got my blood, what do you want?" he inquired. "I don't need anything from you," I said. "Let's go cast the spell," Ellie said. 

Lydia sat on the floor to cast the divination spell, relying on the medium in her front, Nicholas' blood.

She started the incantation by placing her hands over the blood and then dipping her fingers into it. Her eyes turned white, as if she were a seer, and she was acting strangely when everything came to a halt. I couldn't wait to hear her vision of the future. She dipped her hands into the bowl of water we'd set up for her to rinse them. "Can you tell me what you saw?" I inquired. She rose to her feet, wiping her hands with a napkin.

We tried to keep our promise to Nicholas after she confirmed that unbinding the boundary spell was the next thing we planned to do. 

We returned to the location where he was imprisoned. "Are you here to unbind the boundary spell?" he inquired as he sat down. I drew nearer to the gate. "No, not yet." "What exactly did Robert do to you?" I inquired.
