Chapter 118

“Just turn around to back me, and wait for what will happen next,” I replied. 

“Okay,” she said softly. 

Then she turned around slowly, while I kept brushing, I reached out for the necklace in my pocket, I brought it out then opened the case that the necklace was kept inside. 

I returned the case into my pocket while I had the necklace in my other hand, after I had returned the case. 

“What’s going on, I have been like this for a while now, and nothing seems to be happening,” she said. 

“Okay, here you go,” I said, 

I placed the necklace on her neck, she was surprised. 

“Oh my gosh,” she exclaimed. 

I wore the necklace for her, after I was done, she turned around and hug me tightly. 

“How did you remember I wanted the necklace,” she asked. 

“You have once told me before,” I replied.

I kept my hand behind, then started rubbing it against her back, she really liked the necklace, and appreciated it a lot, we separated from each other. 

“Thanks so much for the necklace, I so much appreciate it,” she said softly. 

“You are welcome,” I replied. 

I suddenly got a glimpse of Daniel as I looked up, immediately he noticed I saw him he turned to walk away. 

“I will be back in few seconds, wait over here,” I said to told her, and walked through the crowds going after Daniel, it’s definitely him I saw, I’m sure was very sure about that, even though I didn’t get to see him every well before he ran into the crowds. 

I finally got through the crowds, I stood looking around, if  I could still sight him, but he was no where to be found, then I began to wonder if it was really him I saw, even though I just said to myself that it was definitely him. 

“Adam,” Lydia said, “What’s wrong, are you looking for something,” she asked. 

I turned around to face her. 

“Hmmm, No, I’m not looking for anything,” I replied stammering. 

“But I saw you looking around recently, then I was sure you were looking for someone, that is why I walked up to you,” she explained. 

I should change the topic, in order to avoid the question she is asking me, lucky me, Stephen and Lora showed up, I could finally avoid been questioned by her  again even if it was going to be for a while. 

“Hey guys,” Lora said. 

“Hey Lora, hey Stephen,” I said softly. 

They both came to an halt in front of my and Lydia. 

“You both really cute together,” Lydia said softly. 

“Thanks,” Lora replied. 

“Welcome,” Lydia said. 

“What are you guys up to,” Stephen asked. 

“Nothing, we also bumped into each other a while ago,” I responded. 

“Okay, you guys should be enjoying, we are heading to the dance floor,” Stephen revealed. 

“Okay,” I said. 

They both walked away into the dance floor, while me and Lydia were left behind, a guy in a nice black suit showed up. 

“Hey,” he said waving at Lydia.
