Name: Shǎnguāng Kaiou(all Kaiou get titles like that as their last or first name) 

Looks: Same as the title picture 

Backstory: He was born in 1927, and at the age of 10 began practicing Taijiquan(Tai Chi) then, at the age of 25 he made a dojo and met Kaku Kaiou. After having a match with them, they became sort of friends/rivals. He then made a dojo and eventually became known as a Kaiou and a grandmaster of Taijiquan and Qigong at the age of 45. Then when he was 65, he went to the underground tournament to see what fighters would be there, but he didn't participate. Now in the current timeline, he will be in the Raitai tournament as he is also a Kaiou, he will be replacing Shunsei Kaku who fought Baki in the tournament. (Shunsei Kaku will be in there still just not in the team that the Chinese formed to fight the foreign team in the Raitai tournament.)(He also got what the Baki fanbase calls the pp training but his wife died soon after. He still got a daughter though)

Where he stands in the Baki tier list: less strong than Baki when he fights Yujiro in the father and son fight, but not any weaker than that(Yeah he's strong lol).

Move set: Taijiquan all forms and weapons, Shaori, and boxing. (Did you know? Taijiquan means Supreme Ultimate Fist)

Titles/Nicknames: The Taijiquan Emperor, The Hidden Dragon, Gramps, The Snake of Shedao, and The Human Raiju(I know Raiju isn't Chinese but I like the nickname so too bad).

My personal touch: Record of Ragnarok entrances.
