The Eye Of The Moon Plan

Erik Saltzman was a young man, a normal student who spent his time studying and playing games. Enjoying his time with his family, annoying his little sister, singing songs and much more. His life was plain and simple but he didn't have any complaints with it. He was happy with what he had. Unfortunately, his simple life came to an end when he died at a young age of 17, courtesy of [Truck Association]. Upon his death, instead of finding peace, his soul was abducted by an Outer-God. The dangerously powerful entity was able to "convince" Erik Saltzman soul about the world being riddled with pain and agony. He asked Erik if he wanted to end this "Cycle of Eternal Damnation". Outer God:- I will grant you strength, to end this all, no more suffering and everyone will be happy. Erik:- What is the price? True Paradise is just a fantasy which can't be achieved no matter what you do. Outer God:- It is true that a thing such as True Paradise can only be dreamt of but what if we change the reality into a dream? After all, everything is possible in a never-ending dream. Erik:- What do you propose? Outer-God:- To create a True Paradise, you must first make the "Impossible" into something "Possible". Erik:- Swapping reality with an everlasting dream..? Outer-God:- The "Eye Of The Moon Plan" Erik:- Madara wasn't able to succeed, and I don't need to tell you about his capabilities. What makes you think that I would succeed in doing something that he couldn't? Outer-God:- Firstly, You aren't affected by Plot-armour and secondly, you don't blindly believe in anything, you're caution and decision making sets you apart the rest. Erik:- Hm...How do you propose to even start this "Plan for Salvation"? Outer-God:- You will be sent to a dream world, [Irregular at Magic High school]. You will need to successfully put everyone in that world into a dream. That world is heading towards its destruction, so begin from there first. Erik:-Irregular world? You do know the danger that infests that world right? Not to mention the broken protagonist and his sister, how am I even supposed to survive there? Outer-God:- That where I come in, I will grant you a few abilities which shall help you in your endeavour. Erik:- Hmm..... Outer-God:- You would ask about your family? How they are? Erik:- Unfortunately, I can no longer affect that world and from my observation, you too can't....otherwise you would have chosen someone with a higher success rate. Outer-God:- On-point observation indeed. Erik:- I can only pray for them to have a happy life and move on. Outer-God:-Indeed... ----------------------------------------------------------- •Cover:-Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. •Release rate:-4 chapters worth 1000 words per week. Chapter-143 Beheading the [No-Head Dragon] pt-4

James was also free from the constraints of time as he gasped in astonishment after seeing Huang recovered.

Oh boy, this is getting interesting...

---

"You traitor!" (Huang)

Huang roared and lunged forward towards James with a shard of the broken glass within his hands.

"Damn it!" (James)

The latter instantly grabbed his suit and wrapped it around his hand, so that he could confront the bloodthirsty Huang head-on.

"Die!" (Huang)

*hua*

The raging Huang gracefully swung his dagger towards his "friend" who had to sidestep and block the jab.

After successfully blocking the stab, James tried to dominate his opponent by wrapping the suit around the knife; in order to try and disarm him.

Unfortunately, it wasn't going to be that easy!

"Take this?" (Huang)

Seeing that James had managed to take hand-control from him; Huang sent a kick towards the former's stomach.

James didn't have a choice but to either try blocking the incoming attack and take the full brunt of the attack.

Or rather retreat at the cost of losing the hand-control.

James chose the second option and retreated backward to create some distance between them.

Both James and Huang were magicians with an average aptitude which didn't help them in any noticeable way.

They possessed a lot of knowledge about magic and different systems but the true reason they were recruited within the [No Head Dragon] was their cold-heart and ruthless behavior.

Both of them had trained in mixed martial arts and so they were quite skilled in taijutsu.

Huang didn't give up on the attack and moved towards James with knife-swinging.

"Alright, that's enough for now." (Erik)

Erik raised his hand as a green sphere of psion formed within his palm before thrusting his hand outwards as the sphere shot towards both of them.

*zoom!*

The green orb traveled quite a distance in an instance and was in front of James and Huang who couldn't react in time.

*boom!*

The orb exploded!

"Arghh!" & "Grghh!"

The force behind the explosion was mild compared to what Erik could produce but it successfully threw them away.

Along with the material that had been floating in the air due to Katsuto's magic.

Even so, no sound escapes the distorted space; neither could anyone see what was happening inside the room.

The distorted space altered the frequency of light; making it impossible to see through naked eyes.

*step*

Erik stepped forward and walked towards the bleeding figures of James and Huang.

He observed them with cold eyes and spoke in an indifferent tone.

"Now, before both of you tear each other apart...tell me where is Zhou Gongjin?" (Erik)

Hearing his words, the groaning men took on fearful expressions which showed just how terrified they were of the name; Erik had just spoken.

"W-What!? H-How do you know that name!?" (James)

James struggled to get up while pulling out the crystal shard that had pierced his right leg; do to the explosion.

Erik looked towards James and spoke in a calm tone.

"I am afraid... I will be the one asking the questions here." (Erik)

"So if you may kindly answer my question, it will be very helpful...?" (Erik)

Erik's intentions were as clear as the night sky.

He wasn't in the mood to waste any time.

"Of course, I shall reward one of you for all the trouble." (Erik)

"Out of the goodness in my heart...I will spare one of you; for trying to harm me." (Erik)

"Otherwise, you both will die tonight." (Erik)

"So what do you say? Interested in living?" (Erik)

Erik wasn't able to access their minds using [Outer-Systematic Magic]; it seemed that some powerful magic protected their minds from foreign intrusions.

So to makes things easier for him, he gave them an option to survive.

Desperate situations call for desperate decisions...or so they say.

James and Huang observed Erik's face to see if he was sincere with his promise or just wanted to get the information out of them.

"Oh, I assure you...I will let one of you live if you give me what I want." (Erik)

Erik was of course able to read their expressions and make out what they were thinking.

He assured them that he would keep his word to them.

James still didn't believe Erik but the same couldn't be said for the rather cowardly Huang.

He spilled the beans for a narrow chance at life.

"Z-Zhou Go-Gongjin is the owner of a Chinese restaurant, which is his headquarters and hiding place for our boss, Ji-Jiedo Heigu." (Huang)

"He is in Hong Kong!" (Huang)

Huang didn't think for a second before betraying his boss's boss, Jiedo Heigu, and revealed his location to Erik.

Richard Sun was Huang's boss and Jiedo Heigu was Richard's grandfather.

The true founder of [No Head Dragon].

Huang didn't know this and betrayed his boss without any remorse.

"Now I have told you everything I know! Kill James and let me go as you promised!" (Huang)

Huang demanded Erik kill James and let him go as he had sold out his boss for a chance at life.

He needed to go underground so that his boss wouldn't be able to find him after he gets to know of his betrayal.

"You Idiot!" (James)

James couldn't believe that he ever considered someone as stupid as Huang as his friend.

He even started to think if his boss was retarded to trust Huang with so much information.

Erik chuckled seeing the nasty smirk on Huang's face as he spoke in an amused tone.

"You misunderstood my words, Huang." (Erik)

"I said; I will let one of you live if you give me what I want." (Erik)

"I never said; the one who gives me the information gets to live." (Erik)

"Only one of you will be spared from my anger." (Erik)

"Which one gets to live is in your hands...not mine." (Erik)

Hearing Erik's words, Huang's face turned purple from anger and rage!

"What!? You tricked me! I will kill you, you bastard!" (Huang)

He howled in anger and tried to rush towards Erik; wanting to stab the latter with his knife.

But in doing so, he left his back wide open for James!

A very bad move!

James of course didn't let go of this opportunity and quickly picked up the shard that he had pulled out from his leg wound.

He couldn't walk properly so he jumped with all the willpower he could muster!

*hua*

Huang closed the distance between himself and Erik; the latter still had an amused expression on his face even when the former was trying to stab him.

"You were too late, Huang." (Erik)

*pierce!*

*spurt!*

"Burgh!" (Huang)

James thrust the shard into Huang's heart from behind; ending the latter's life in a single blow as lots of blood burst towards Erik's face.

Fortunately, instead of painting his face red.

The blood droplets started to float in the air and move towards the ceiling where they gathered in one place.

*thud*

The dead of Huang fell on the ground along with the limping James who looked towards Erik with a hopeful expression.

"Only one of us lives, you promised to let one of us live..." (James)

Hearing James's words, Erik calmly nodded.

"Of course I did...and I always keep my promises." (Erik)

"I will not kill you, James Zhu; I forgive you for the attempt on Mari's life..." (Erik)

Saying so, Erik turned back and made his way towards the distorted portal through which he and Katsuto appeared in the room.

"Thank yo—" (James)

James opened his mouth to speak but he left a powerful force gripping his throat and raising him into the air.

His eyes widened as he looked towards the behemoth of a man who had his palm clenched into a fist!

Katsuto stepped towards the man as the grey aura surrounding his body started to intensify.

"But...you...promised!" (James)

James struggled to speak as he was being choked to death by Katsuto psion.

Hearing his broken speech, Erik turned around and spoke calmly.

"I did and I pardon your crimes against me because I have a big heart." (Erik)

"But Katsuto isn't me; neither is he as forgiving as me..." (Erik)

"You shouldn't have tried to harm, Mari." (Erik)

"Mari, Katsuto, Mayumi, Suzune, and me; we have known each other for a long time." (Erik)

"Mari is Katsuto's friend as much as she is my friend." (Erik)

"You have brought his wrath on yourself..." (Erik)

"You have my condolences, you poor thing." (Erik)

"N..oo!..." (James)

Saying so, Erik entered the portal...ignoring the cries of his once enemy.

Katsuto narrowed his eyes as he crushed James' body in a pile of meat and broken bones; before igniting a fire that consumed the entire hotel room.

The behemoth of a man wasn't his old self anymore!

After the meaningless death of his friend and his power-up by understanding the true depths of [Space magic].

He had become nearly unstoppable and unbeatable; even Erik's [Time-Magic] wasn't fatal against him since [Space-Time] were simply two faces of a single coin.

Erik was stronger with his [Hollow-Powers] but Katsuto was second, only to him.

He shared Erik's dream and was the first person to realize the meaning behind the latter's motives.

He would see to the fruition of Erik's dream.

For a better world.

For "True Peace"!
