Landing the airship in a densely populated forest, I walked to the front gate.

Turns out this city was called Chaban and it was the 10th biggest city in Argia.

No wonder they've got a magic academy here.

Roaming through the crowded streets, I eventually made it to the registration booth of the school.

Standing in line, I waited for my turn.

Surprisingly, almost no children my age were there.

Most people who stood in line were either 30 year old adventurer's or half dead geezer's.

Those kid's back then from the street bragged about being able to beat an incredibly hard test.

Standing behind the ball, I injected around 4 intelligence worth of mana.

Instantly the ball burst open.

The examiner jumped up in shock.

Everyone in the room suddenly became dead quiet.

One could even here the shards of crystal ball clattering on the ground.

Suddenly they all exploded into cheers and applause.

"A genius!!!"

"A genius has appeared!!!"

"Yes!"

"Our Chaban finally has another genius!!!"

WHAT???

IT'S JUST A MINISCULE AMOUNT OF MANA AND YOU'RE ALREADY LIKE THIS?

The examiner turned around and nervously spoke to me.

"You pass."

HMM???

"Your control of mana is splendid."

"Not many at your age can move mana around like you did."

EXCUSE ME WHAT!!!

THAT WAS SOMETHING EVERYONE KNOWS!!!

Ok hold on, should I have used even less mana.

Asking the instructor about how much mana the usual child my age has.

He told me they only have around 0.4 intelligence.

WHAT?

The amount I used turned out to be 10 times more than the average child of the same age.

Then the examiner then gave me some kind of badge then told me to head inside.

I just stood there dumbfounded.

Don't I have 570 intelligence?

How much does that equal in this time?

If an average adult male has 10 intelligence.

I have 57 times more intelligence than them.

No way, you're kidding me.

At my age, I could probably defeat almost anyone in this world.

If only I could harness my mana.
