266 Volume IV - Chapter 113: An Eternal Sleep for An Eternal Creature

A light caught my attention at first. Yet this was not what surprised me.

How long had I been in the darkness that the light appeared so abruptly? I hadn't even realized it...

Had I fallen asleep before I even realized how it happened?

So I focused on the light, and then I realized that it was coming from a very small place... a crack.

I reached out with my hand to this light, and I realized that this crack was actually not that far away from me.

And with that, I realized something else.

My body... feels different. When I wake up from sleep my whole body should be numb, even for a short time, but it's not. On the contrary, I'm strangely full of strength.

But rather the strangest thing is... my body feels alien to me. As if I am not in my own body but in a different one.
