Entering the academy

It has been 4 months and today is the 18th October 1109 and he is going to enter the academy. His parents have arrived yesterday. A week ago on 11th was his birthday and he turned 16.

Rudra's stats have all reached Grade 3. But now is the most critical part because he can only advance after he awakens the bloodline.

His mother and father were stunned seeing their son with a muscled body. Both his parents are going to accompany him to academy as they want to see how their son performs. As soon as they enter the academy they will be tested on which grade class they will be put into and a entrance ceremony will be conducted.

Rudra put on the uniform of "Blazing Sun Academy" which is a white shirt with orange coat and black pant. The girls will where black skirts with same black shirt and orange coat.

"Rudra are you ready?" shouted his father Gagan from other room.

"Yes" shouted Rudra and came into living room.

Saraswathi looked at her son and smile. "You look handsome Rudra" said Saraswathi.

Rudra smiled and said "Thank you".

"I cannot believe that you became this strong in just six months Rudra" said Gagan with a smile.

"I was worried but all my fears have gone away now" said Gagan.

"There is still a problem Dad. My bloodline has not awakened" said Rudra.

Gagan smiled and said "Rudra you have already surprised us by becoming Grade 3 in just 6 months. Your knowledge in every subject is astounding. I also believe that you will awaken your bloodline soon because I have a hunch it is going to be a great bloodline".

Rudra smiled and said "I hope so". "Now let us go" said Saraswathi hurrying Gagan and Rudra from their talk.

They went to the car parked in the parking of the apartment. These cars flying on the road rather moving with tires. These cars cannot fly in the sky. Rudra sat on the back and his parents sat in front. His father drove the car towards the academy. They were able to come to academy in just 10 minutes due to car. The time is now 9:20 am. it is 10 minutes before the grading starts.

The grades are divided into S to F. Where S is the special class and F is the class with lower ranks. Rudra decided that he will not got to either of them. If its special class there is Hero Falcon and the heroines Josie, Paula and Rosaline. The trouble always follows the protagonists so he will avoid it.

If he enters F class they are the bottom and he is not a transmigrated MC to keep a low profile. He wants get education keeping away from hero troubles so he decided he will be between in a class between A to C.

Since his marks were high on theoretical entrance exam he is automatically graded above E. He got 8th rank in "NHT"(National Hero Test). There are hero academies better than Blazing Sun but the evaluation center put Rudra into Blazing Sun due to low scores in physical tests.

Many students were attending with their parents and many have come individually. They went to the grading ground where all students are put on different lines. There were about 300 students. There were 10 huge grade crystals in the ground. In front of the crystal were the teachers who were grading the students. Rudra had to leave his parents for some time to get his grade. So he joined the ninth line as instructed by a coordinator. A line is filled with 30 students and Rudra is at the last.

When students touched the huge crystal it displayed the letter. After 40 minutes Rudra's turn came. During these 40 minutes he saw arrogant people get S or A. Many weak getting F. Some in between them. The B class had less people so Rudra decided to get into it.

He went to the crystal and touched it with his strength. The letters blinked and finally "B" appeared on the crystal. When he is getting back he saw the glimpse of two people he knew from the novel. They are Landon and Hector. They are the characters who are jealous of Falcon and are in S class. Their jealousy stems from heroines ignoring them. Falcon is 6ft for 16 years with a blond hair and a typical do goodie MC. Landon is a guy with red hair and strong body and Hector is more an assassin type. Falcon uses dual longswords. Landon uses a Great Axe and Hector uses daggers.

Rudra went back to his parents and said he got "B". Gagan is happy and said "You did well Rudra. I never even thought you would get to D class due to your weak fighting skills at that time but now you have proved me wrong".

"Sarswathi hugged her son tightly and said "I am very happy Rudra. I will always be proud of you".

Rudra felt a bit awkward because the soul in his body is not original but he hugged her back.

When they finished hugging Rudra said "I don't know what will happen but I will grow and enjoy my academy life".

"There is nothing more better than that my son" said Gagan. After the grading session finished they were directed to huge auditorium where a podium was in front and the headmaster along with teachers are seated on the seats.

Rudra and his parents got seats in the middle of the auditorium. The student council president a girl called "Kimori Michizuki" gave the welcoming speech and then principle took over the podium.

He is a giant with big shoulders wearing a military uniform. His name is "Benjamin Palmer". The aura he is emitting and his well guarded pose immediately caught the eye of Rudra. "What a monster" thought Rudra. He is a Grade 0 hero which is rare. There are only three Grade 0 in this world and he is one of them. Rudra knew him from the novel.

He gave a great speech which lasted 10 minutes. Now the instructors announced their class students to follow them to their classes. Rudra bade farewell to his parents and they happily went away for work.

The instructor of B class who is a 35 year old woman called "Carla Leopold". She put all the thirty seven students in class in a line. Her class is less by 5 students for even distribution. Rudra is able to observe that all of them have awakened their bloodline in the class. He is in deep trouble if one of the guys are bullies or arrogant.

"System when will my bloodline awaken?" asked Rudra.

"Host as soon as you reach Level 5 a choice will be given to choose the bloodline" replied the system.

"That's a relief. System provide me with quests to complete to reach Level 5" said Rudra.

"Host by the evening you will have three quests ready for leveling up to Level 5" replied system.

Rudra nodded and made his way to the class. The boys and girls sat together in the class. He saw there are guys who are arrogant look and behavior. He avoided them and went to sit on the last bench where his name was there. He saw that his bench mate has not yet come. There is still 5 minutes before lesson starts so they might come during that time. After 3 minutes a girl with black and ponytail entered the classroom. After seeing the sheet she went and sat beside Rudra on the bench.

She has blue eyes with red lips. She is very beautiful. Rudra stared at her as every boy would do after seeing a beautiful girl. After seeing her face clearly he immediately turned his gaze to front. Her name is "Harika" with a great body. Seeing Rudra turned his gaze she smiled. She thought he was trying to avoid her gaze but Rudra only wanted to get a good look of her face.

She introduced herself to Rudra "Hello Rudra, My name is Harika" and gave him a hand to shake.

"Nice to meet you Harika" said Rudra and immediately turned his attention to the front. Even Harika did not say anything more.

Carla Leopold entered the class and said " Good Morning, my name is Carla Leopold and I will be your homeroom teacher".

"Keep in mind the competition here is severe and there will be competition between classes for resources provided by the academy" said Carla.

"If your class performance suffers then resources will go to other classes and when recruiters come to pick you after 4 years you will be in no position to bargain" said Carla looking at Rudra. Rudra knew that she came to know about his poor fighting skills and no bloodline awakening through reports.

The reason Rudra entered Hero academy instead of army is due to the benefits and resources. He is not hero material, he is an anti hero through and through.

"Now lets begin "Monster analytics" class which explains monsters behavioral pattern, the habitats they live, their weak points and many other aspects" said Carla.

The class continued and Rudra only concentrated on the session. Meanwhile Harika is yawning due to boredom. Rudra took a peak and saw that she has a "Regenerating Hydra Bloodline". He understood this girl is dangerous. When he saw everyone they all had different bloodlines but not powerful. When he saw the arrogant batch they had powerful and unique bloodlines. The leader of that group Joshua Vargas had the "Green Dragon bloodline" and his two lackeys Solomon and Pollock each had "Radiant Python" and "Black Python" bloodlines.

He immediately turned his attention to the lesson and wrote it down in the book. After the class ended Carla said "Next will be your practical class. So bring your weapons to the training room". They had a spiritual training room where the bloodline power increases and along with it gravity room. The other is mental training room where the candidates are made immune to mind attacks from certain type of villains.

Rudra started remembering something about the novel. The Joshua and his lackeys later become villains against Falcon the hero. He also remembered about Carla the ice hearted instructor. She will easily ignore the people who are not strong so he is not surprised that she will ignore him. That is exactly what Rudra wants because he can continue on with his own training. He opened the inventory and character menu after everyone left and equipped training clothes along with great sword and guns.

He made his way to the training room with a smile.
