5 Change is impossible

'WHERE IT ALL BEGIN'

Rayna who has made the plan was going to go for it but the first thing was to know where the duke was she called out for Amy and asked her but she was hesitant to tell her so Rayna glared at her so she said " he is in his office a..a madam it might be best if you do not go he might be mad at you " Rayna knew it but to survive she have to make every second count.

The duke called out to James in his low voice "who's there" .James stopped smirking and called out "The duchess is here to see you". The duke stood up from his seat and was a bit startled "she never came to see me before".

Rayna who was standing at the door was confused seeing this brown haired man ' he might be James , in the book he was said to be the duke's right hand and secretary but why is he smirking at me, might be because of the drug incident '.

He gave Rayna the way to get in as soon as she saw the duke her heart started thumping like crazy She had a blurry image of him from last night but seeing him in her sober state he really was one beautiful creature she thought.
