Flashback

But before we could get out, I heard Cassandra barking an order, "Close the gate of the were-house and exit through the back gate!!"

What is she planning??!!

We quickened our pace to get out but an explosion took place. My head hit a van and it hurts. Black spots started to cover my vision when I saw... My uncle. Then... Darkness.

I felt myself standing in a white space and then all of a sudden glass pieces came swarming towards me.

****FLASHBACK: -

My mom is shouting at me, again. All of a sudden, I felt a sting on my cheek.Slap.It hurts. Tears started pouring down my face but I still gathered the courage to ask, "What did I do?"

"You don't know what you did?!! You fought with your classmates and even pushed one of the girls down the stairs." spat my mother.

"No. I didn't push her instead they were the ones to pick on me and when I wanted to leave, Lily tried to push me but I dodged it and she fell from the stairs. I didn't push her. Had I not dodged the attack, I would have been the one to get hurt." said I, sobbing.

"I do not want to hear any justification for what you did. Just go to your room and reflect upon your mistake and you are not getting dinner tonight as a punishment." said my mother angrily.

"But...I didn't..."

"Didn't you hear me? Leave!!" roared my mother.

What did I ever do to deserve this!!

"And wait don't tell your dad about this, he has a lot of things to handle and you wouldn't want to bother him with such petty things. Right??!" said my mom.

I left for my room without replying but deep I knew that I won't tell my dad about this because I don't want to bother him.

Then came another memory swarming to me.

The night before going back to the mansion. I was listening to music after taking a shower, standing in front of the mirror when all of a sudden I felt a strong presence behind me and as soon as I lifted my head to see, everything went black, I was consumed by utter darkness.

The next morning I was lying on my bed in the hostel. I got up and went to the bathroom but the sight in my mirror shocked me. I had a bit of blood smeared on my face and that's when I noticed my hands were also covered in blood but what was even more shocking was the fact that the blood wasn't my own.

My hands were already trembling by now. What happened last night?!! Whose blood is this?!! Gathering all my strength I walked into the shower and allowed to water to wash away the blood and all the questions that came with it. I was going to meet my father today. So, I should only think about that.

I'll think about this matter later.

I could hear the beeping of machines around me. I tried to open my eyes and as soon as I did bright light blinded me for a moment. After my eyes adjusted to the light I opened them. I was in a hospital and as soon as the nurse saw me she rushed outside and in came my uncle rushing to my side.

He smiled seeing me and I weakly smiled back in return. He helped me sit on the bed and handed me a glass of water which I greedily gulped down my throat and only then did I feel a bit better.

"How are Alaska, Asia and Alex? Have they regained their consciousness?" I asked. I was really worried about them.

My uncle's expression turned a bit hard. I gulped nervously. Something is wrong...
