Chapter 3: The New League of Villains

[ HAAA!!! ]

The loud shout came out from Bakugo's apartment.

After his humiliating defeat by his old childhood friend, Deku, he locked himself to his room.

[ Just when I'm about to rise at the top! ]

All the years spent training in U.A. After all the villains he defeated and captured. Now that he no longer has his power, he won't be able to continue being a hero anymore.

Realizing this, Bakugo fell into grief and despair.

He can't be humiliated any more than this.

The one who he called "Quirkless", now stole his Quirk.

[ ...I swear I will kill you myself... Deku... ] he muttered to himself.

The humiliation he brought to himself after he reported what happened.

He knows that both Heroes and the people who admired and idolized him pitied him after what happened.

And he doesn't like the idea of being treated like that.

[ I need to find that person who received All Might's power... ]

That's right, the only person who could help him now is the person who knows the secret of All Might.

He couldn't tell the public what Deku has said to him about All Might's power as it might cause panic throughout the Hero Association.

He also realized that the secret Deku told him might just be a bait to help him find the person who received All Might's power.

All that he needs, and can do now is to watch and leave the current situation to the Pro Heroes.

"But... I still need to get my revenge on that coward, Deku!" He thought.

His face twisted in anger the moment Deku's face came to his mind.

[ That... Bastard...! I swear! - ]

Before he noticed it, his fist is now full of blood from punching the wall.

[ I will get my revenge... ]

[ I guess my plan didn't work... ] Deku whispered in a very quiet voice.

He felt disappointed as his actual plan did not work.

[ I guess Kacchan still have some brains left in that tiny head of his, huh...? ]

Deku's plan was for Bakugo to reveal the secrets of All Might himself to the public to help him lure out the person All Might has given his power to. But that plan didn't work and he now needs to make a new one.

[ Shigaraki. ] Deku called.

And just like that, the silhouette of a person appeared in the corner of the room.

[ Yes, Deku-sama? ]

Who appeared and replied to Deku was - The former acting leader of the League of Villains, Tomura Shigaraki.

After the death of the true mastermind of the League of Villains, All For One, he was in despair. But then he realized that his master has replaced himself, and gave both his will and Quirk to a certain Villain named "Deku."

Shigaraki then followed Deku, who replaced his master ever since.

[ Get your group working. Kacchan failed to do his task. You know what to do. ]

[ Of course. ] without any kind of hesitation, he nodded.

[ By the way, I will still give you your Quirk back, so don't worry about it. ]

[ ...No - No! Deku-sama! That power is for you to use! I have no reason to take it back from you... You're our leader now, you're the person master gave us. We believe that you're the only person that can defeat all the heroes! ]

[ Anyway, I'm planning to give you Kacchan's Quirk for now. It's honestly stupidly hard to control... But I'm sure you will be able to handle it properly, right? ]

[ Of course, Deku-sama! If it's for you! ]

Saying so, a clone with the same appearance as Deku appeared out of nowhere.

Bakugo was surprised as he was expecting to hear the cold voice of Deku, but instead, it was the voice of a girl.

[ How about we send him in the ocean? Can you do that, Kurogiri? ]

[ Are you sure Deku-sama would allow that? ]

[ But didn't Boss said we can do anything we want to him? ]

[ Drowning him the ocean would not be enough for a fake hero like him... ]

The chattering of a group resounded throughout the room.

[ Stop ignoring me and show me your faces! ] Bakugo shouted in desperation.

[ Why is this thing so noisy...? ]

[ We already fought with this guy before, right? If it wasn't for All Might he could've already died then. ]

[ He will soon too anyways. ]

And just like that, the room lit up.

[ ...Wha-What!? ]

Bakugo was so shocked that he's muscles stopped moving.

The people who were revealed in front of him are people he was familiar with.

[ I - I thought you guys are already disbanded...? ]

[ We did... For about a week or so... at least before Deku-sama arrived. ]

[ ...Deku-sama...? ]

[ Oh... right... you were a childhood friend of Deku-sama... We don't know your history with him, but he was very displeased when I tried to ask him about his relationship with you when you were still kids. ]

[ Anyway... Let's now get this going... ] The husky voice came from the person who's in the middle of the group.

It was the same person who almost drives All Might to his limits, and it was also the person who kidnapped him, Bakugo, when he was still a student from U.A.

They're working with Deku.
