CHAPTER 4 A CAT WITH WHITE FUR

The next day everyone woke up at 8:30 a.m. Sarah and Athena refreshed themselves, brushed their teeth, and cleaned their house.Then they prepared breakfast and had it calmly. Then they changed their dresses and prepared themselves to go to Alana's house. "Have you picked up the keys?" Asked sierra. "Yep." "Shall we leave?" " umm..." "What?" "Let me check out." She murmured to herself. Sarah checked her blog and she got a payment of $350 for the blog "Thank god!" "What happened?" "I earned $350 on this blog!" "Really?" "Yes." "Let me see. congratulations!" "Congratulations to us, we did it!" Sierra smiled, and suddenly her smile went out. "Hey!" Sarah said in a sad voice. Tears ran down from Athena's eyes. Sarah hugged her Softly and both Wiped up their tears. "Mom will be proud of us," Said Athena. "But if we cry it will make her sad. Do you want her to be sad?" "No." Said Athena and wiped her tears. Sarah kissed her forehead and hugged her once again. Then they picked up their bags and went to the flower shop. On the other side, Sierra and Alana woke up at 9:00 a.m. They refreshed themselves, brushed their teeth, and went downstairs for breakfast. Their mom made fried eggs and toast. They quickly sat at the table and waited for breakfast to come to "Mom! Can you please hurry? I'm hungry." "Coming dear!." Said their mother "Mary had a little lamb, little lamb, little lamb. "It's okay," Alana said. "When will they come? Have they told you?" Their mother asked. "They will come here at 10:30." "10:30? You sure?" "Yep." "Is it okay?" Asked their mother. "yeah." "So what will you do till lunch?" Asked their mom. "Mom, relax. We have managed it already." "But at least let me know." "We will check out the list and will do packing, play, gossip. That's what it will be." "All right." "What will be in the lunch?" Asked Sierra. "Finish this first!" Said her mother. "I'm just asking." Sierra said. "It's special." "What's it?" "Let special be special.You want more?" "No thanks, I'm full." Both finished their breakfast and Sierra said, "let me take plates to the kitchen, please! please! please!" Her mother agreed and said "okay but carefully." Sierra took the plates in the kitchen suddenly halfway she dropped the plates "s***!" Alana stamped her hand on her forehead and her mom got shocked and slowly turned her face towards the kitchen. "Sierra!!" Scolded her mother. On the other side, the couple of sisters who went to buy some fruit and a book got sucked into the food shop. There was a beggar outside the shop who asked for money with some gestures. Sarah apologized, he insisted again, Sarah again apologized, he insisted more, Sarah ignored him then he gave a bad gesture to her. Athena noticed this and she ran to stop Sarah from going to the abusive side. "You piece of a-" "stop it!" Whispered Athena "You come here you! Shabby man let me bring you to the grave you deserve!" "Hey! hey! easy! What are you doing? Are you going crazy? It's a public place!" "can't he remember this?" "Leave it, Sarah." "He f-" Athena put her hand on Sarah's mouth. Everyone noticed it then Athena said, "let's take fruits and leave or they will kick us out." "Come on Sarah, it was nothing." Athena calmed her but she was acting childish "nope." Said Sarah. Athena tried to make her happy with all her efforts. They took a break in the park. Sarah was still in anger but after seeing Greenery her temper came down. "Are you still angry?" Asked Athena. "no" Said Sarah. Athena sighed and said, "thank God." Sarah continued "I'm not only angry I want to press his delete button from the Earth." "Please Sarah, I can't hold you anymore. "Okay… But I think we should-" Sarah interrupted and said "find her and then adopt her. We will give her a nice name and she will live forever with us. How nice!" she made a cute face. Athena made a done face. And Sarah kept finding the cat. Athena looked at her with her very very done face and she looked at the time on her mobile and then sat on the bench and said, "almost 35 minutes" when Sarah moved near the bush, she found a white, cute, healthy, snowy, Bobtail cat. "Awww!" Giggled Sarah. Athena sighed. Sarah played with her like a baby. "Uwu! You cutie pie, who's the cat? Tell me who's the cat? Yes! You are the cat. Friends? Aww, so sweet of you! Want some food? Athena stared at her with an open mouth and shocked face. "Give Mommy a kiss." Sarah said this and Athena put her hands on her eyes. And said "stop it! stop it! please! I beg you! I swear I will never eat ice cream. I swear! Please stop it." Begged Athena "Whatever. I will not leave this cat." "I'm not saying to leave it. I'm saying to leave these foolish things you are doing." "What? Foolish?" "Let's go from here. We have to buy a bouquet too." Can't we pluck from here?" Sarah went near the flower bush to pluck the flower and suddenly Athena pulled her hand back "Oh god!! This is not our father's property" "So what?" Athena pulled her hand and went out to the park as they came out and Athena saw the cat in Sarah's hand. "This? This cat!" She took the cat and let her go. "What the?" "Now! Confirmed Sarah. "Promise! let's go, please!" Begged Athena. Then Sarah agreed happily and they jogged towards a bouquet shop. As they entered an AC room with lots of flowers, bouquets, and plants came into sight. Whoa! whoa! Whoa!" Said Athena surprisingly. "Cool! Here we can find a good one." "How may I help you? Ma'am?" A giant, fat man with a short shirt and Bald head with shorts came and asked weirdly. "Um… no thanks. We will find it by ourselves." They said this and ran away from him. They went to the counter and asked for bouquets "you will find them there." The receptionist said and pointed towards the corner. Then they went there and selected the bouquet. They want to go back to the counter. "Is it fresh?" "Yes ma'am. We start fresh but get flowers every morning." "Well. How much?" "$35" "Here.Thank you." "Thanks for coming. Have a nice day!" They came out of the shop and took a taxi to Alana's home. The taxi dropped them at the gate. They paid rent and went to the door and rang the bell and waited for the door to open. "Who is it?" "Open up!" Alana opens the door, "oh, hi! come in." They came in and handed over the bouquet and fruits. "There's no need for it." "Gift needs no reason and after all, we came here after a long time so it doesn't seem okay to come like this." Said Sarah "Sorry I kept you standing.please come and have a seat." They sat comfortably on sofas with the table in the center and LED in front of it. "You got a bit late." Complained Sierra "Yeah there were some problems to be solved." Said Athena looking at Sarah. Athena made a done face looking at Sarah and then Alana said, "Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait! Is a cat... the reason behind this? Ask Alana confusingly. "Oh, so where is the cat now?" "I let her go" Told Athena. "It's okay Sarah I swear you'll find better than that." Comforted Alana "really?" Asked Sarah. "Yes, believe me." That made Sarah a bit happy and she committed "thank you. I apologize. I teased you for a cat? I'm sorry Athena." "No need to feel sorry sis." Athena said. After a while, Sierra brought chocolate coffee in a cute, elegant wooden tray. "Chocolate coffee in action!" She served them and had it too. "How's it?. "The taste is different but good. I like it!" Commented Sarah. "Yep, it's good who made it?" Said Athena"I made it." Said Sierra. "You know she can make it better than me." Chuckled Alana "Hey, So what have you planned to bring along the journey?" "We will bring them according to the weather." "Yeah. Cool! That's what should be the best." They gossiped and Alana went to the kitchen to help her mother and after her other girls. They talked and had fun Sarah was making a vlog and together they made delicious Foodies. They dressed the table with a beautiful cover. In the end, they arranged double-glazed plates on the table. Finally at 2:15 p.m. lunch was served on the table. "Now you may have a seat. Thanks for your collaboration." They seated themselves nicely on the table. Their mom brought the dishes and served them. Alana and Sierra served them to the guests. Mrs. Arnold arranged a jug of full water and a box of tissue paper. "Please have a seat, mom." "Yep," said Mrs. Arnold sat comfortably on the chair. "In the name of God," they prayed and started their meal. After their delicious and wonderful lunch, they cleaned up the table and Sierra and Alana altogether washed the dishes while their mom was chatting with the girls. "So, how's your online work going?" "It's going well as expected." "Oh that's good so how much do you earn on the Blog" "Approximately $350 on a Blog each" "oh that's cool! I heard that you went to California from your website. How was the trip?" "That was really exhausting?" "Really? Why?" "A group of students was just a headache to us, nothing else." Giggled Athena. Finally, the girls came out of the kitchen and sat with them. They gossip together and play video games on the big LED. After playing and gossiping together their mom said, "Don't you want to go shopping for happiness? Come on get up get up get up get up." "Okay just… 1 minute." Said Alana. "Dear, go, or it will be too late." Mrs. Arnold snatched the gaming consoles from the sisters. "You will not stop until I do this. Now stand up and refresh yourself. Athena, Sarah you may go with them and refresh yourself too? Now girls please take them to your room." They rushed upstairs and washed their faces and combed their hair. Then they came downstairs again. "Mom, we are leaving. Okay, go well and come back soon." "We will try." Said Athena "Have you taken your list?" Asked Mrs.Arnold. "Yep.". Replied Sierra. "Have you taken your phone? In case I need to call you." "Yeah. ok now it's going to be late, good to go, bye!" Said Alana. As she left the house, her voice faded away. Then they went to the mall for shopping.They made two groups and went in directions to buy important things, they mentioned in the list. They quickly bought everything to wind up everything and went back home.
