1 The Events that led to this

The Winchester Empire , the strongest empire of the southern continent. Suddenly attacked the Country of leadworth which was on the border of the western continent which controlled the harbours and trade routes to the west. Two centuries ago a treaty was signed between the two which provided the Winchester Empire with profits and spices from the west whilst the Empire provided with protection from pirates , bandits and enemy invasions. This was a treaty that lasted for quite a while but news begin to spread that leadworth has started to make its own militia and had started to take in arms. The tyrannical ruler Edward von Winchester of the Winchester Empire who after hearing this was ecstatic as he needed a reason to destroy and conquer the thorn in their side. The tyrannical , the all powerful and the unbeaten war monger Edward decided to invade the Country of leadworth by gathering an army that grew till the borders of that nation. Numbering 150,000 the army comprising of skilled swordsmen and archers aided by the 3 knights of death , directly under command of Edward marched by dividing his army into 3 squadrons. The unannounced war alarmed the country of leadworth and even by using its full might their militia and forts crumbled and before Edward could reach their royal palace the king of leadworth Caspian III ordered a ceasefire and invited Edward into the palace Edward who wasn't interested to extend arms still killed the guards and marched to slay the country's head before he could reach the kings chamber a dazzlingly beautiful girl with hair brighter than the most expensive silver stood in his way with two ladies in waiting with her. Edward gasped , "I could always spare a woman as beautiful as you, if you let me pass i might even spare the other two women by your side." "The name is Kara del Caspian it is not you , Edward Von Winchester I expect some manners from a King towards royals of another country." The guard in the back quickly drew his blade and shouted, " You wench how dare youu— . Edward effortlessly removed his head by drawing his sword faster than the human eye could see , he spoke up "Forgive my men and my rudeness but If I maybe so blunt (moves forward and lifts the princesses chin) I do not need to show any manners towards a dying royal." The princess removed her glove and slapped Edward with it in-front of his whole first company. Everything in the world quieted down for a moment a complete silence came into play. Everyone was shocked even the Three knights of deaths that had never witnessed the King to be talked down to and be overwhelmed suddenly dropped their weapons which was un-knight like. Edward bursted out laughing while holding his cheek he glanced sharply towards the princess with his neck twisting towards her he noticed the Lady's unwavering dedication and her shaky legs. He asked the knights to take the woman to the kings chamber without hurting her he marched towards the kings chambers to notice a cowardly King hiding under a desk near a throne seat, he lifted the king from his collar and said to him lets negotiate. The king was made to settle down with her daughter. King Caspian stared into Edwards eyes while he was glancing at his daughters and asked ," If i may ask but what are we negotiating over here about." Edward cleared his throat and said the terms for the negotiations is that your country will be under the rule of the Winchester Empire. All of your wealth titles and rank will be stripped off , but will be given a smaller territory in Winchester near its capital and u shall also be given the rank of Baron. This wasn't a bad deal considering most rulers had their throats slit by this man and their families were given nothing , some were killed some were made maids or workers for the royal palace. But this too good to be true deal left a question in Caspian's head ,"what are you to gain from this?" Edward smiled and said "I want the hand of Princess Kara Del Caspian"
