119 Chapter 118

[Third Person's PoV]

All seven developed an image in their heads. They dropped to the floor on all fours, shedding tears while banging their fists on the floor.

"Why! I was supposed to be the one that got to bear the Lord's first child!" they all cried simultaneously, tears streaming down their faces in their imagination.

But all they could do was watch with stunned expressions and mouths agape. "She's pregnant with the Master's first child," they muttered in a trance. If it weren't for the bulging stomach, they wouldn't have believed it.

Shadow ignored them for now and focused solely on Aurora, waiting for her to answer his question. She pouted while bashfully pressing both her index fingers together and looking down toward the ground.

"Hormones," she said shyly, looking up and smirking.

But Shadow continued to look at her unamused. "First things first," he said as he reached the top of her head.

Aurora was initially confused before feeling her spirit being separated from Adelphi, causing her to return to her normal appearance with Adelphi's stomach shrinking back in place.

Adelphi rapidly started to blink as she got her bearings together and slowly turned to look at Shadow and Aurora, who was softly levitating off the ground.

She wanted to scream out but felt Shadow's pressure bearing down on her, causing her to kneel with the others and keep her mouth shut. All she could do was blankly stare toward Aurora's stomach.

"I'm going to revive you, alright?" Shadow asked, causing Aurora to become slightly confused but nodding her head toward the end, believing Shadow wouldn't do anything harmful.

Shadow's hands gained a golden glow as he used the mana of life to bring her back to life. Even the baby was now inside her actual stomach as Shadow used all of his abilities to ensure everything was alright.

After checking, he nodded his head and looked at Aurora with a serious expression. "Now explain."

Aurora opened and closed her hands as she examined her body before sighing and rubbing the side of her stomach. "Due to my pregnancy, my emotions have been heightened. Since I haven't been pregnant before, I don't know if this is true, but I believe it was a worst-case scenario for me since it was my spirit that was pregnant, which is a very sensitive place. Thus, my hormones were affecting me more.

One of those heightened emotions was bloodlust. I wanted to fight. It was like my whole being demanded a fight to satisfy my urges, so I saw my opportunity and took it, and then you appeared, and you know the rest," Aurora explained while looking away shyly.

Shadow sighed and retracted his Conqueror's Haki as he started to relax more than before. He then felt his shadow move around frantically, causing him to take a peek.

He saw Tank and Beru linked in arms, running in circles celebrating, which caused Shadow to inwardly chuckle before casting his gaze back to the outside world.

Seeing that their master was more relaxed, Delta jumped and hugged Shadow's leg with tears in her eyes. "Bossu~" she called out sadly, looking up at him with puppy dog eyes. "Can I be next? Let's build the greatest pack this world has ever seen. We will make 100 puppies together."

The others wanted to join in and object, vying for the spot next, but Shadow just gave them a look, a look that said, 'Not now,' causing them to grumble as they understood there was a time and place for everything.

Shadow sighed as he started patting her wolf ears.

"I have a question," Aurora said, raising her hand slightly. Shadow nodded in acknowledgment, which prompted her to ask, "I was a spirit, a mere memory of the past. How is it possible to bring me back to life, much less get me pregnant?"

"Remember how you were about to dissipate?" Shadow asked before continuing, "To keep you anchored for a bit longer, I gave you some of my mana, which had the elements of life in it. That amount of life energy mixed with my sperm ended up with the result of what's in your stomach at the moment."

"I see…" Aurora muttered, understanding what Shadow was trying to say.

"We have a lot to talk about between us," Shadow said seriously. Aurora nodded in agreement, happy to see Shadow not upset with the idea of being a parent, which secretly solved one of Aurora's greatest turmoil.

She was scared Shadow would demand to abort it or that she would have had to raise the child by herself, but seeing how serious he was taking the matter and how he was angered when she was about to fight Elisabeth, she knew she had nothing to worry about.

"But first, let me solve this little crisis so we could move on," Shadow said as he slowly moved toward Elisabeth, who was standing back up.

She summoned a scythe from her blood and swung it toward Shadow with a crazed look in her eyes.

Shadow casually created a sword from his slime and blocked her attack before closing the distance and kneeing her in the stomach, sending her flying back away from everyone and into the sky.

Shadow flew toward Elisabeth, who sent a flying crescent of blood toward him.

Shadow covered his fist in Haki before using internal destruction, causing it to shatter like glass.

Unexpectedly, Shadow appeared in front of her, creating a beautiful image by the moon. Shadow was holding Elisabeth's chin with a smirk while pressing the tip of his sword to her neck.

While Elisabeth had the point of her scythe toward Shadow's neck, anyone could tell at just a glance that Shadow had the upper hand.

Shadow continued smirking until he whispered,

"Atomic Dispellment."

Surprisingly, everyone could hear him perfectly fine before they were both surrounded in a purple color. Soon it started expanding until it covered the entire moon, dyeing it with Shadow's power.

Like glass shattering, the zombies and ghouls' frenzied states started going away, causing them to return to normal.

Slowly, Elisabeth opened her closed eyes, gaining a confused look as she was in Shadow's arm as they floated by the moon.

"So how are you feeling?" Shadow asked with a smile.

Elisabeth started to look at Shadow for a bit, "Please release me."

Shadow nodded and did just that, appearing in front of everyone and releasing her.

When she got to the ground, she nodded toward Shadow, expressing her gratitude. "Thank you for saving me from my frenzied state. I appreciate it."

Shadow just nodded, while Mary came forth and knelt toward Elisabeth. "My lady! I'm glad to see you look well."

Shadow looked at them for a bit before saying, "Don't leave yet. I have something to discuss with you guys as well."

But Shadow still needed to do something first. He stepped forward and slightly spread his arms, causing his frame to gain a golden aura, creating a perfect mixture with his dark coloring.

He closed his eyes as he held up two fingers close to his face, and a small magic circle started appearing on top of his two fingers.

Shadow slowly raised the fingers higher, causing the magic circle to grow until it covered the entire lawless town.

Once again, in a whispering tone that everyone could hear, Shadow muttered,

"Atomic Resurrection."

Everyone who was presumably killed by the ghouls and zombies started to come back alive, confusing a lot of people. The only people Shadow didn't resurrect were the vampires and the fat older man who was abusing Marie.
