"What do you filthy creatures think you are doing?"

These were the words of the newly arrived person who stood at the opening of the alleyway. The gang should be thankful for the lack of streetlights because if this narrow path was fully illuminated, they would have been cringed in fear of those bloodshot bluish-silver eyes.

"Look! Someone forgets to return the costume to the crew!" mocked the smallest guy. He was also the one who stood closest to the appealing tall figure.

"What ancient movie did you just film dude?" laughed the guy with dyed white hair, which was later joined by the whole gang.

"I've no idea what you servants are talking about," hissed the person in a tall frame as he stared daggers at those who were laughing at him.

How dare these mere mortals made fun of me? They're going to regret it, he thought to himself.

"Big brother, look like this guy portrays the role of a king. He's way into his character that he hasn't realized he is no longer in the film set." one of the gang shouted.

Slightly miffed at the one who dared to disturb his soon-to-be-heavenly moment, the big brother gave one last look at the trembling Xiao Zhan before getting up and walked to join his gang. They were all standing opposite to each other. Five against one.

"Look, your majesty." he emphasized funnily on the last words, making everyone burst into a peal of laughter again before continues "You should know better than to get your pretty face beaten up and unable to shoot tomorrow. How about you just crawl back to where you come from?"

"How dare you..." though the tall guy didn't raise his voice, one could sense the anger embedded in each word.

"Or...you want to join the fun? I don't mind threesome." the big brother licked his lips, leaving a trace of saliva.

"Disgusting."

"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!"

"Mortals are so pitiable. Even their hearings are weak." he clicked his tongue annoyingly. "Now servants, I'll give you three seconds. Either you scurry out of here on your own two feet or I'll have to send you flying out."

"Hey, do you guy even understand what he's saying?" the big brother turned to ask his gang only to receive either a no or a headshake.

"One..." the tall guy counted.

No one moved. No one spoke.

"Two..."

The gang kept staring at the eccentric, long blonde hair figure, wondering what was going to happen on the count of three.

"Three." a sound of fingers flicking was heard.

Xiao Zhan peeked from behind the gap of the row of people, curious to see the result.

*Crickets* *Crickets* *Crickets*

"Did anything weird happen to you guys?" the big brother asked after witnessing nothing out of ordinary a few minutes later.

"Nope," they all answered simultaneously.

The tall figure in silver robe narrowed his eyes in confusion.

Did my power...disappear? He asked himself. Impossible. He flicked his fingers again, and just like before, nothing happened.

Xiao Zhan's shoulders slumped in disappointment. Right, he really is a loony. Now, instead of getting myself saved, I'll also have to think of a way to save my so-called hero too before he got killed.

"Let's not waste any more time guys. Get him!" bellowed the big brother. The other five guys lunged towards the tall figure who was still looking at his fingers in disbelief.
