1 Reawakening

"What is this...?" A muffled voice groaned out as the blurry vision of the darken skies above began to fade from light. "How...?" The voice continued; deep crimson iris' glancing to the left as he heard a voice yet was incapable of understanding the words nor gaining any form of sight of the figure which only left a shadowy silhouette of someone running to his side. His lips parted again, yet not words peered forth. 'Oh...' The male seemed to speak to himself internally. 'So I lost...' He muttered inside of his mind as he closed his eyes. 'So that's what happened...' The male repeated himself; almost as if out of pity yet held some form of enlightenment to these words. "Beginning the Reconstruction process... Obtaining present information..." A voice peered forth which caused the male to open his eyes only to see a dim light piercing through the darkness. The male would attempt to call out, yet nothing parted his lips.

"Data Obtained. User: Riyku Von Rosario. Present Age: Error! Incalculable. Reinstating Age to twenty-five. Beginning Body identification..." The voice seemed to peer from the dim light before him; becoming ever more vivid as it spoke. 'Another rebirth? This isn't like the last several times though... Oh, whatever...' The male's internal voice echoed throughout the darkness. "Body data successfully obtained! Recreating preset for Body Structure... Completed! Gathering ability data..." A soft sigh mixed with a groan escaped his lips. He could no longer feel the cold wet of the ground; no instead it felt like he was just floating amass an empty space. "Error! Ability data is too great to carry over. Select ten attunements..." Another groan escaped the male as the vivid light commanded him to select ten attunements.

'Just preselect whatever...' The male spoke into the darkness. "Affirmative! Selecting ten personal attunements. Select personal abilities to carry over." The voice would repeat in which the male repeated himself with a heavy sigh. 'Preselect whatever'. "Affirmative! Ten personal abilities have been preselected. Gathering remaining needed data... Complete. User Riyku, select an affinity to finish completion." The male's brow rose before he shook his head with a sigh. 'Pick whatever.' He seemed rather agitated with everything going on. "Affirmative! Affinity, Attunements, and Abilities are all preselected based on the previous lifestyle. Beginning the rebirth process now." The vivid light illuminated the darkness around the male after speaking such words which caused him to winch from the brightness. Although; once the illumination died down the sight of a clear blue sky with pure white clouds slowly making their way was before him. Adjusting his line of sight he happened to see a barbwire gate; of which he followed around before taking note of the cement he was standing upon. "A building roof-top." The male muttered to himself; his voice deep yet smooth and soothing to a natural.

"Correct!" A voice popped out of nowhere. "Huh?" The male was taken by surprise thanks to the voice which instantly sent him into an alert state. "Where are you?" The male inquired; as his body twisted left and right. "I Apologize; User Riyku; I am inside of you. I will be your Operator during this present life." The male's expression became... lax so to speak. This wasn't his first rodeo with voices speaking in his mind. The male exhaled a soft sigh before shaking his head. "Operator? Well then, elaborate." The male inquired in which the voice peered forth into his mind yet again. "Of course. User Riyku; the place you are in is a different world; one far from your own. The timeline was also adjusted according to your previous lifestyle to make things a bit more difficult for you. Just in case you got any ideas." The voice explained; something which the male knew of and nodded. "Of course that would happen. I picked up I wasn't in that forsaken place anymore. This place is far too bright. First; who are you, then tell me the world I am in." The male inquired yet again even if it sounded so demanding it was not.

"Well... I do not have a name. So you can call me Operator if you wish." The voice proceeded to explain to the male who just sighed heavily in response. "Then we'll figure it out later. Now the world, and what is going on." The male pretty much repeated his earlier inquirement. "Ah, yes. This world is known as Peccatum. The laws of society, politics, and populace work the same way as the previous world; with some exceptions." The male's brow rose; "exceptions?" He inquired as he shifted his weight onto his right heel while crossing his arms just above his abdominal area. "Yes. The laws can be morphed in your favor as long as you continue to win." The Operator explained. "Win what?" The male asked out of curiosity. "Anything. From fights to games like chess or poker." The Operator replied in which the male released a light muse from his lips. "Well then, I'll investigate upon that later. For now, tell me what is going on with my being." The male stated in which the Operator responded; "Of course, User Riyku. Different from your previous body which was made of nothing more than Binary Data; your new body is Cybernetic. It is a mixture of your Digital Attributes and Enhancements as well as a fleshy body. Which is simply known as Cybernetic Bodies. Of course; it is not to be mixed with cyborgs or nano-technology." The Operator stated in which the male's brow rose while his eyes scouted around the area of the rooftop; as the Operator continued.

"Cybernetic Bodies possess what is known as a User Interface or UI for short. The UI is displayed upon your personal vision like a HUD which if you look at the upper left-hand corner you can see a green color bar and below it a purple color bar. Above the green color bar is your name, and alongside that will display many other things like negatives and positives that affect your body." The male shifted his iris in the direction mention before noticing a grayed our bar below the purple one. "What's that last bar?" The male inquired. "Oh. That is your Form Duration Bar. In your previous life, you were able to partake of several different forms which adjusted your attributes, appearance, and affinities." The Operator explained in which the male shook his head. "Okay... So nothing is really new. It's the same." The male would shrug in which the Operator would attempt to correct him. "Negative. A cybernetic body allows you partake of fleshy desires and adjust your nerves system along with many other things. In addition to that; you can bleed and take damage like a normal body. However, the green bar will need to be depleted first or something will need to pierce through your vitals." The male's brow rose in surprise. "So it's like a shield? Although I am guessing the purple bar is more like a mana pool?" The male asked. "In a way yes. The green bar acts as a shield that will absorb damage before you can be truly injured; however, the shield can be pierced through if the right weapon is used. The purple bar is similar to a Mana Pool; though it holds different functions than one; in addition to that it can be used to replenish your shield." The Operator explained in which the male shook his head with a soft sigh.

"Alright, well I think I get the gist of it. Now then, what exactly are you?" The male inquired. In truth, he knew nothing of this ordeal; even though he was used to these sorts of things. Having an 'Operator' was new to him in a sense. "I am your Digital Interface Operating System." The voice poured into his mind; though the answer seemed to be more based on what he figured it was. "So you are my personal A.I? Well... nothing new there." The male muttered having cleared up his initial thought of what this Operator was; clearly, this wasn't his first rodeo with voices in his head let alone other 'souls' in his body. "Now then, a name for you... A feminine voice; though an A.I." The male mused lightly to himself in thought before eventually coming up with something. "Got it. You will be named Coco." The male stated. "Coco." The Operator rephrased it before seeming to accept it with a noise of delight. "I am your personal Digital Interface Operating System; Coco." The Operator Coco stated. "Pleased to make your acquaintance. We are going to be together for quite some time." She seemed to add in which the male mused lightly. "Of course. Now then, More on this world and this building I am standing on. If you will." The male inquired.

"Of course. This world is like I said similar to your old one; yet with exceptions to those who play Gambit's Dance. Which is a world-wide game where two parties can challenge one another." Coco stated. The male would shift his weight onto the other heel as he unfolded his arms and let his hands slip into the pockets of black leather slacks. His eyes slowly closing as a sigh soft parted his lips. "Yes, I remember. Tell me more about this game. More so what it holds, what challenges, and most of all what laws can be defied." The male remarked. "Of course. There are two kinds of people who participate in this game. The Gamers and Subscribers. The Gamers are those who challenge other Gamers and take part of Gambit's Dance. The Subscribers are those who tune into their favorite Gamer and support them with anything they can. From food to money; even emotional support as well. While they are not active in the game; they are extremely important to Gambit's Dance. Simply because they act as Witness' for the Challenge of Gamble." Coco explained in which Riyku opened his eyes lightly to glance at the clear sky. "Challenge of Gamble? I am assuming you are referring to the Game?" Riyku inquired. "Yes." Coco seemed to reply.

"Well, What of this Witness role? Is it so people are unable to cheat?" Riyku questioned as he rolled his shoulders around a bit feeling kind of stiff from all the standing around. "Actually yes and no. You see; Cheating in Challenge of Gamble is only allowed if not caught. If you are caught you will be demoted and severely punished. However, the Watchers can actively support their Gamer during the 'Game'. With tips, words of encouragement and even ointments as well as other things." Coco would explain in which Riyku seemed to understand every word of it as he watched the clouds effortlessly float by. "Well, I am sure I do not wish to find out what this severe punishment would be. So then what of the 'Gamers'. How does the Challenge of Gamble work?" Riyku inquired.

"Ah! Yes. Those who are challenged to a Challenge of Gamble are known as Challenged. One of the rules states that the Challenged are allowed to decide any form of the game; from combat to simple coin-flips, unless they decide to release this to the Challenger." Coco explained in which Riyku's brow perked up. "Rules? Well, I guess everything has some kind of law to it." The male mused lightly as he began to approach the fence a little ways away. "Of course! The Rules are fairly simple. I'll put them on your Display while I go over them. You can always look at them later to by calling out to your portfolio from your UI." Coco stated in which Riyku nodded in agreement while looking out over city-view he had. A simple semi-transparent tab with a list of rules displayed before him; even though the tab was slightly transparent Riyku was still able to read over it with ease.

"Alright!" Coco shouted before going over the list before them.

Rule number one: No one under the age of sixteen is allowed to be challenged.

Rule number two: Both parties of the Challenge of Gamble must present equal win to lose value, otherwise the Challenge will be canceled.

Rule number three: The Challenged is allowed to decline the Challenge of Gamble.

Rule number four: Under no circumstances is death permitted unless the Challenge of Gamble permits such.

Rule number five: Both parties from a Challenge of Gamble are not allowed to be challenged for the next forty-eight hours. However, they are allowed to challenge.

Rule number six: Under no circumstance is either party allowed to cheat, any evidence provided and proven true will result in severe punishment.

Rule number seven: The losing party must abide by winning parties spoils of war. Failure to provide said spoils will result in severe punishment.

Rule number eight: Only a Moderator is allowed to interfere in a Challenge of Gamble; any other person will be severely punished and the Challenge will end instantly. This does not apply to Subscribers.

Rule number nine: The only time a Challenge of Gamble can be called into a draw with no victor is when the Game takes far longer than it should. Any Game exceeding a twenty-four hour time will result in a draw unless the conditions of the game state otherwise.

Rule number ten: All Gamers must play at least one Game per week to keep their present ranking or they will face demotion.

Coco explained as Riyku read along with her explanation.

"Okay; so what are these rankings?" Riyku inquired in which his Display was suddenly changed into a small list of rankings. "Simple; both Gamers and Subscribers have rankings; though Unlike Gamer Rankings. Subscriber rankings have no penalties for being at the lowest rank. So we'll set them aside. For now, you have a list of rankings for Gamers. I already went ahead and registered you as a Gamer anyways. You'll notice a green dot where it says Unranked." Coco stated, and indeed Riyku did see the green dot. Though; his brow twitched. "And who said I wanted to be a Gamer?" He inquired with slight annoyance. "J-Judging from your previous life; I could tell that was the best course of action. Theoretically, at the age of sixteen, your parents force you to choose. So anyone not affiliated with either or would be considered an abnormally." Coco replied with light confusion and wisdom. This caused the male to sigh softly as he shook his head lightly. "Then nothing could have been done. So explain to me how the ranking works." Riyku requested.

"Well, it's simple. After five Games you will be placed into a corresponding Ranking depending on the difficulty of each game and your ratio of winning. Games like death combat and advanced levels of mental games are more rewarding but have major risk factors. Whereas games like coin flips and chess have lower risk factors yet are less rewarding. That is why it is called Gambit's Dance." Coco explained even more; however, Riyku seemed to keep up quite well. "So the higher my rank the better my life will be?" He inquired. "Yes. Those of higher rankings can be overlooked by authorities and gain several lengths ahead in life. In addition to that once you reach a ranking of the top ten, you will gain an allowance from the corporation of Gambit's Dance. Those who are in the lowest from five hundred to two-fifty Rank provide funds to the corporation. The lower your ranking the more you provide." Coco answered to him in which his brow rose yet again. "Wait... only five hundred out of like several billions of people?" The male quizzed. "Indeed. Although, not everyone is a Gamer. The person who is in the last place can be overtaken by a Gamer who is just short of them. In which case it can cause the person in the last place to drop from the ranking list. Those who are below the five-hundred mark are considered Slaves. Slaves can be sold by the corporation to Gamers to make money which is another way to keep people out of the gutter. However, one can still break free of enslavement by playing Games. The Master of the Slave can not decline nor disallow a Slave to partake in a Game. To add; The Slave can challenge their Master for freedom as well as their spot. Though in doing so; the Slave must forfeit their life if they lose. They are no longer considered human if they lose." Coco answered in which Riyku began to message the bride of his nose lightly.

It was indeed a lot to take it, but he seemed capable of gathering all the information as well as processing it. "What is the score of the person in the last place?" Riyku questioned. "Presently the last place score is held by Tim Mendoza with a score of twenty wins, eighty-nine losses, and zero draws. However, if you are worried fret not. There is a probation period which disallows one to be enslaved by the corporation for three weeks to allow them a chance to make the ranking list." Coco seemed to sense that; being enslaved the moment he made his ranking would cause him to become a target. "Oh? Well, that is helpful." Riyku stated. "So if I win all five high-risk factor games, what will my ranking be?" The male inquired. "Factoring in deadly combat and advanced mental games... you will be placed around the hundreds in ranking" Coco answered. "And if it weren't high-risk factor games?" Riyku wasn't planning on simple games; although most people probably wouldn't go for high-risk factor games in the end. "Well.... somewhere in the four-hundreds. It all depends on the factor of the game. Not only does it account for your win ratio; but it also gives you a numerical score which you can use in place of cash to buy special items from the corporation. The higher this score the better your ranking will be. The score is calculated based on performance. So even if you win, but you pretty much did nothing the entire time you may not get a pleasant score. The losing party can end up with a better score than you if allowed. So be careful." Coco added which caused Riyku's brow to twitch. "And why didn't you tell that in the beginning?" He grunted with a menacing voice. "Well... It didn't occur to me until now. Back onto the topic. Each set of rankings has a division. The lowest from five-hundred to two-fifty is known as the scrubs. Those lower than five-hundred are known as the Gutted, going from two-forty-nine to one-fifty are known as the polished. From one-forty-nine to eleven are known as the pros and those from the top ten are known as the Ten Legends. The Unranked are known as Unranked of course." Coco explained in order to get Riyku to tether his mind from her mishap.

"Interesting... One final question about Gamers. If I were to challenge someone in a division like the Ten Legends or even the Pros; does that affect my score?" The male inquired. "Yes. If you are Unranked or even Gutted or Scrub, any one of a higher rank than you earn you more points if you win. Although if you lose, nothing really happens to your score. However, most do not accept challenges from divisions lower than them because the risk factor does nothing for them. If they win that's just it. They don't get much score even if their performance was great; because it is to be expected for them to win." Coco explained in which Riyku snickered lightly with a devious smirk. "Is that so..." He wasn't questioning but stated with a rather devious idea. "

"I won't stop you, but if you do challenge someone of the Ten Legends and they do accept. If you lose, nothing good can come of it." Coco stated which caused Riyku to chuckle lightly and shrug it off. "I won't. There is a reason they are up there." The male stated. "Indeed. Unlike your previous life where you were the only one who had a 'Leveling' system. This world has it as well. Though it is not as advanced your own. Theirs can only be done through Gambit's Dance and Monster Hunting; while you can level without such limitations. In addition to that, you can obtain new information by just skimming a book thanks to one of your ten attunements." Coco would tell him; though the mentioning of his ten attunements caused him to question her again. "Speaking of that; what are these ten attunements, ten abilities and single affinity that was mentioned before?" The male quizzed lightly as he turned his back to the fence to rest against it while closing his eyes ever so lightly.

"Oh! Well to start your ten attunements are enhancements to your senses. Supreme sight; Abnormal hearing, Extraordinary feel, bizarre taste, and extreme smell. These are the five basic attunements. The last five are applied elsewhere. Super-Photographic memory is one which allows you to remember just about anything by storing it in a data space of your mind. Then there is Extreme reflex; which your body reacts based on your expertise and experience throughout your lives. Be it in combat or other daily tasks of life. Next would be indestructible bone structure; an attunement that makes it impossible for your bones to be destroyed. Cybernetic Cells which is a hyper-regenerative of your body. Making your minor wounds heal almost instantly. Lastly would be the time-space body structure that allows you to warp through time and space without any time-sickness affecting you." Coco answered with the tune attunements to his body then followed up with ten abilities.

"Next is the ten abilities. The first one is control over All forms of Matter this includes Dark Matter. Next would be control over the shadow; your main ability from several lives. The ability you were born with. Next would be your time-space usage; like before you can transverse through time and space. Because of such your timeline and transportation to this world from another galaxy entirely is why things were done in such a fashion. The fourth ability happens to be your demonic qualities this includes your hell-fire ability. Fifth is reaper qualities; from the time you were part reaper as well. Sixth happens to Aura's Rune ability which applies all your rune and aura abilities in one enhancement to your body. Seventh would be your Digital Domain abilities. Eighth would be your soul-trace abilities; not to be confused with your reaper abilities as these are far different from those of your reaper qualities. Ninth would happen to be your ability to keep a portion of your life in a sub-space should you need to revive. Lastly, the tenth ability is your Weapon Mastery. Which allows you to call forth to weapons you've mastered and stored. Now, all abilities and attunements will only grow stronger through continuous usage and leveling up. This will unlock more depth to each attunement and ability; so it's highly advised you progress each one and level up quickly if you want to return to your original state." Coco ended the explanation; a bit short of course. "What of my single affinity?" Riyku questioned.

"Oh! Well... You'll find that one out on your own actually. I picked it out since it seemed like the best one." Coco stated which caused Riyku to groan lightly. "Just tell me..." He muttered in which Coco replied. "Nope. Since it's an affinity you probably won't truly realize it is even there. But one day you might." A light chuckle parted from Coco as she teased him. The male would shake his head with a soft sigh as if 'getting over it'. "Since we've gone through much about myself, this world, the laws as well as what a Gamer is and Gambit's Dance. Tell me about Subscribers; as well as this building." Of course, he had already inquired about the building, but just to be sure Coco had not forgotten he would inquire yet again.

"Of course! As I previously stated Subscribers are people who watch and aid Gamers. Although their rankings go based on their contribution and length of service. Subscribers can only be subscribed to one Gamer at a time. Which makes their support unique; of course, Subscribers can get rewards from the Gamers as well as the Corporation. Said rewards can be anything from getting out of jail free-cards to millions of cold hard cash. Just all depends on the Gamer they watch. Not all Subscribers are in it for rewards though, some are them are Subscribers simply because of the fact that they like a certain Gamer. Their ranks are much simpler though. You got Fledgeling, Follower, Supporter then Worshiper. That's really all there is about Subscribers. It's beneficial to have them, but not necessary to get by." Coco explained the Subscribers which caused the male to give a light nod which stated to understood. She would then proceed to explain the building he was standing upon.

"The building you are upon is known as Gambit's Overhaul. It is a mixture of a school and a company. The school is broken into divisions for age-groups and the company is run on a completely different side. You are upon the roof-top of the division where it is a mixture of high-school and college students. To your right is the division where the middle and grade school students are and to your left is the outpost gate to the company. Each division has their own dorms as well so students and workers can live on the Overhaul. Only Subscribers and Gamers are allowed on the Overhaul with the exception of the military. That is only in severe cases though." Coco would tell Riyku who blinked for a moment. "Hold up... can't Adults challenge the youth?" Riyku questioned. "Indeed they can; however, Adults and the Youth generally steer clear of one another. That is also one of the reasons why there is an age restriction as well." Coco added. "Murder..." The male mused lightly as he gave a grim expression. "Among other things. Best not worry about it for now. Upon your wrist, you will find the feather-weight I.D wristband." Coco instructed to the male who would lift his hand from his pocket to realize there was indeed a black carbon-fiber wristband upon his wrist with an ID chip upon it. "So this is it?" Riyku asked.

"Yes. That is your personal I.D Wristband that will allow you to roam around the Overhaul. It also tracks your score and allows you to purchase items and meals as well as challenge other Gamers. This I.D Wristband will also display your Subscriber count and can be used to communicate to others. In addition to this, it stores data from all classes sent electronically from your Teacher. This also applies to the Workers as well. It is also life-proof making it indestructible from all elements of life so you never have to take it off and you can wash it as needed." Coco explained as the male looked at the vivid clear chip. "Interesting..." The male muttered before shifting his glance towards the squealing of a door being opened. "I told you I heard someone up here." A masculine yet youthful voice peered forth as another came to. "You better not be joking, Rick. No one is supposed to be up here. This place is Polished Turf." A feminine voice responded; youthful as well yet timid in a sense. "So what? We can just challenge those Polished jerks and take back our turf!" A feisty feminine youthful voice appeared next. Though it seemed there was a group of four instead of three. One of them seemed to have been silent.

"I told you!" The masculine youthful voice from before exclaimed as he pointed at Riyku. The brown hair dyed platinum in certain spots perked forth. The youth appeared to be in his late teens, perhaps eighteen? Standing around One-hundred-seventy-six centimeters as well. "Ah-ha... what are we going to do if he is with the Polished!? We are sorry! We didn't know who was up here!" The timid youthful voice from a pink hair girl standing at about one-hundred-seventy centimeters a little shorter than the male beside her; seemed to cower behind the first male to speak out. Moving past the two of them was a tiny red-haired woman standing at One-hundred-sixty-four centimeters who peered up at Riyku as she approached him. She seemed so small compared to the nearly Two-hundred and thirteen centimeters tall; in which the male looked down at her. "You wanna go?" She stated firmly holding to her place. The feisty red-head caused Riyku to smirk. Though his eyes shifted from her own crimson eyes to the fourth and final member of this group. A male of black hair and black orbs to match stood at nearly the same height as him yet a little bit shorter; in which he pulled the girl back. "Oh?" Riyku mused lightly; having observed them, they all seemed to be around the same age. Perhaps they were all high schoolers or some were freshmen in college. He didn't bother asking; however, his eyes shifted from the red-haired woman who was bickering at the black haired male towards the other male of the group who had called out to him. "Say who were you talking to? Yourself?" The male inquired with a bit of a serious look.

"And if I was?" Riyku replied with a snappy comeback if it could be considered one. "Well... It's none of our business but if you are not Polished you should evacuate this area. If they catch you up here they might try something." The male replied. "Hoooh? I thought Challenges couldn't be forced?" He was referencing to the rules. This caused the male to blink for a moment and wave his hand around in dismiss. "All Rules can be broken with loop-holes. Blackmail is one of them. Trust me... you don't want to get involved." The male stated in which Riyku chuckled lightly and pushed himself off the fence. "Then shouldn't you four be leaving as well. If I take into account your actions and words; I'd say none of you are Polished." Riyku would attempt to confirm his findings. "You got us-" A voice peering from the door which would override the boy's voice. "Oh Non-polished on our new turf? Sounds like that stupid brat too." The voice was rather loud and obnoxious. Though it seemed to cause the four of them to fall quiet and move from the door-frame. They seemed to gather more so on the other side of the roof-top.

"Jack... We were just seeing who was up here. That's all." The boy called as a dark brown haired male standing around the same height as the fourth member of the group, but still shorter than Riyku moved into view. His body structure compared to the other two male's was more defined or at least that is what Riyku got from the way his clothing fit him. Following behind this male named Jack happened to be a black haired female standing a bit away from the male and another female who was brunette wrapping herself around the male's arm. Both these females held adversely different body proportions to the two females from the group of four. For starters, the tiny red-head was well small and petite. The pink haired woman wasn't curvaceous but wasn't thin either. The brunette held a more majestic appearance from the two; however, none of them even held a candle's lite chance in hell in appearance to the black haired woman. She looked like a goddess, yet her demeanor seemed more reserved. The two girls appeared to be a little taller than the red-head, but not as tall as any of the men. Riyku's eyes shifted back to the two guys who stood in front of the two females. Their bodies were way too different; the platinum hair boy looked a bit too weak to hold himself in a fight against the male named Jack. Although the other male; who wasn't on the muscular side seemed like he might hold a chance. The male closed his eyes before shifting his head skyward.

"Is that so? Is this the person?" Jack mentioned Riyku as he looked at him. The male hadn't paid much attention to the guy. "Oi, I am talking to you punk! You deaf?" Jack's obnoxious voice called forth to him which caused Riyku to sigh heavily. "I might be if you keep barking like some tiny mutt," Riyku stated with a snappy comeback which caused Jack's brow to rise. "You looking for a fight, punk?" Jack stated as he looked over Riyku. "Wait... are you new here? I don't know you. Never seen you around either." He had noticed in which the female on his arm would respond. "Indeed he does. I don't know anyone as handsome as him." The woman which caused Jack to growl. "Oh, he is handsome, is he? Should I mess up his pretty face?" Jack glared at Riyku who sighed heavily. "Not interested in harlots," Riyku stated bluntly with a dismiss of his hand. "Besides, Be it if I am new or not has no concern over you." He added in which the black haired woman took notice of him for a mere moment before looking elsewhere. "Did you just call me a whore!?" The woman exclaimed. This caused the platinum-haired boy to chuckle lightly; though he was silenced by the pink-haired girl.

Jack seemed to tense up as he moved forward. "Bell, I'll take care of this guy real quick. You and Sophia stay back." The brunette-haired woman smiled gleefully as she stepped towards the black-haired woman. "Okay baby. Kick his ass." So the brunette-haired woman's name was Bell and the black-haired woman's name was Sophia. That just left the four in that group over there, but for now, Riyku's attention drifted to the guy who was up in his face. "Let's go punk. I challenge you!" Jack lifted up his wristband which began to glow brightly. "Oi oi oi! You don't gotta do this Jack! Leave him alone!" The platinum-haired boy exclaimed; though Jack's attention kept upon Riyku even as he answered. "Some Kids need to be taught a lesson. You'll be next Rick, you and your little group that is." The male shifted his eyes to Rick before looking back to Jack. "What if I decline?" The male tilted his head to the side slightly which caused Jack to chuckle lightly. "Then I'll just report to the office that you attempted to molest my sweet Bell. Of course, she'll back me up and we'll make it look like you attempted to violate her to." This caused Rick to growl and Sophia to make a disgusted face as she turned away.

"Don't worry. We'll be witness to test against their claim. You don't have to go through with it!" Rick shouted. "Oh... if you interfere I'll be sure to come after you, Rick," Jack stated which caused Rick to step back lightly and Riyku to shake his head. "Alright, I'll accept. Since I am the Challenged it is my pick; however, I'll let you pick." Riyku stated with a sly smirk. Sophia's eyes shifted back to Riyku in shock. Actually, everyone seemed surprised. The ability to pick a game was a huge advantage that Riyku just gave up. "Well... then. A brawl. The first one to be K.O or admit defeat will lose. If I win; you will become my personal vendor for the remainder of your school-life." Jack stated after a brief moment of shock. "I'll be sure to wipe that cocky smirk off your face," Jack stated. "Then if I win, you will leave Rick and his group alone for the rest of your school-life." Rick's expression along with the rest of Rick's group seemed to be a bit shocked. "Whoa... are you--" Rick was about to say something, but was override once again by Jack. "Alright, terms accepted. Let's go!" Jack exclaimed as he took a few steps back. Riyku would lift up his hand that the wristband was on, perhaps that being a key to starting this whole ordeal. Well that was what he got from the way this Jack fellow did things earlier. The I.D Chips released a thin beam that seemed to shot into the atmosphere above. A few seconds later a display above them appeared each with a mugshot of them. Under the icons happened to be their names and their ranking. The male shifted his glance upward. Jack Just... Rank was two-twenty-five. Though that wasn't why everyone was shocked. "Wait! You are unranked! Who the hell are you!?" Jack shouted; everyone's eyes drifted from the name Riyku Von Rosario; Rank: Unranked then to the male himself. "My name is up there..." He stated bluntly with a sly smirk before watching the male take to a battle stance. Putting his hands up as if he were some kind of street-fighter. "Whatever smartass. Let's see how cocky you are once I beat your ass." Jack stated firm in which Riyku shook his head. Letting the hand with the wristband rest at his side while his other hand seemed to be kept pocketed in his pants. His stance compared to Jack was more passive and relaxed; composed even.

"3.... 2..." An automated voice echoed from above as if to count down. Riyku seemed more so bored with this yet he wouldn't say anything. He would keep his eyes upon the male though, watching Jack's every moment. "1..." It was then a blaring horn sounded off which would commence the start of the Game. A battle cry from Jack sounded off as he rushed towards Riyku. "Witless one..." Riyku muttered to himself.
