13 Chapter 13: Unforeseen Simulation Joint, Battle

(Gore warning. This chapter will show how Chikyu deals with villains compared to the rest of UA, as well as a problem he deals with when it comes to battle)

Hundreds of villains stood gathered in the centre of the USJ, staring down the Class 1-A students, Aizawa and Thirteen. They revelled in the looks of fear and nervousness in the heroes in training. It made them fall strong, and they were sure that they would all be easy pickings.

They had just noticed the student who wore a strange outfit, the only thing easy to describe being a white hood. He was the tallest of the group, and he didn't show neither fear nor nervousness. Instead, he looked excited, despite the obviously dire situation.

All villains who noticed this felt annoyance and disrespect from such a reaction. They were enjoying the feeling of fear they were putting onto the newbie students, so for one to look at them as entertainment made them want to prioritise him in the ensuing fight.

Aizawa stepped forward, his scarf floating, ready to restrain the enemy villains.

A tense moment fell over both sides. The villains waited to see if the heroes would be the first to make a move, or if they wouldn't act until they did. A deafening silence encompassed the minds both parties. The inaction of each passing second made the tension skyrocket faster than the speed of sound.

Until Aizawa decided to act.

He jumped from the stairs into the front of the villains, sweeping the legs of the one directly in front of him, banging the heads of two others close to each other using his scarf, and deactivating the fire quirk of another one to the right of him before elbowing them in the skull, kicking them unconscious when they fell to the hard ground.

Finally reacting to the sudden action, the villains near the hero teacher attempted to swarm him, hoping to defeat him with the use of numbers. He was clever though, and made sure to only have around 4 people around him at a time, taking those 4 down quickly and moving onto the next group.

However, he wasn't the only one in the battle. While Thirteen was focusing on trying to get the students to evacuate, she noticed that there was one missing. The tall one with the brown hair.

It didn't take long for her, and the rest, to find out where he was when they heard the sound of stone and dirt breaking and shifting. She looked to the site of the battle and saw Chikyu in the middle of a circle of 6 villains. He had just taken one of them out by making the earth below them open up, and enclosed the open hole over their torso when they began to fell through it, trapping them.

The trapped villain's torso was being crushed by the enclosed hole, blood being coughed constantly from the damage.

Thirteen was momentarily stunned by the brutal move, but ignored it just as quickly. Chikyu was far more important than scum who would willingly kill children with no qualms.

"What are you doing?! Come on, you have to retreat! It's too dangerous for you to be fighting these villains!", Thirteen desperately yelled out to Chikyu, fearing for his life.

She admired his bravery and courage, and was impressed at his skill for a newbie, but he was still just a hero student, and this was also the first time he and his class had hero related work away from UA, only for actual villains to attack them.

They weren't supposed to even have to worry about villains until far later into their studies, much less in their first week of them.

He paid no heed to her call, and continued fighting.

The two villains directly behind him in the circle rushed at him while his back was turned. The first villain to rush at him activated her quirk, her right arm becoming metallic.

(Kinzoku Ude! Quirk: Hardcover! She can cover any part of her body with metal!)

(I was so fucking tempted to call it Hard On)

The second villain activated his quirk as well, a knife appearing in both of his hands.

(Hiteri Tsukuru! Quirk: Blademade! He can create any bladed weapon, as long as he has used it regularly before!)

Kinzoku threw a punch at the tall student, aiming to directly strike his back to bring him down. At the same time as she threw her punch, Hiteri thrust both his knives extremely close to the same spot.

Both of their attacks successfully landed on their target, but did no damage. In fact, Hiteri's knives broke the second the blades made contact with the student's back.

"Huh?! What the fuck just happened?!", Hiteri yelled, confused. Kinzoku was equally as confused.

A mocking chuckle came from Chikyu. He lifted his arm and covered it in a solid layer of earth, purposefully letting them know why he was fine. A cocky move, but in his mind, they were so weak that no matter what they did, he would never be damaged.

"Did you think I would be stupid and leave myself exposed for you dumbasses to freely attack? Sorry, but you weaklings will have to try much, much harder!", he mocked

Before any response or follow up could be attempted, Chikyu rapidly spun around and kicked Kinzoku in the side of the chest after encasing his legs and feet in a layer of earth, knocking the air out of her and irreparably breaking her ribs, one rib even piercing out the other side of her chest. She was knocked out shortly afterwards. She would definitely die if she didn't get some kind of treatment shortly.

Hiteri couldn't even begin to help his fallen comrade before having his head grabbed and kneed. In one blow to the head from Chikyu's knee, his brain rattled, giving him a concussion. He wasn't let off with just that, though. Chikyu raised his leg, covered it with a layer of earth, and stomped on his back, his legs and his arms.

With three of the six villains surrounding Chikyu already taken out, the remaining three were suddenly apprehensive. They had thought that he would be easy to take out, and that his show of confidence was simply a façade to cover up his fear. Their doubts on that began when he willingly jumped in between six of of them with no hesitation, and now it was completely disproven.

Not even letting them think, the hero student grabbed the villain in the middle of the three by the right leg and threw him across the concrete floor, his skin skidding against it and tearing it. The villain wasn't knocked unconscious, but he wished his was, as the agony was so unbearable that he wished the one of the other villains would kill him.

The two remaining villains had seen enough, and attempted to run from the sadistic student.

They didn't get far before they were stabbed in the back by Chikyu manipulating the ground to form spikes and pierce them. The stabs were only aimed to sever their spine, not to kill them, and they succeeded in that task.

With his group of villains taken care of, Chikyu ran to fight more.

Meanwhile, the other students had been fighting off villains as well after a villain with a body of a dark fog. By now, they had dealt with the ones who were after them, and were searching for their classmates amidst the remaining villains.

A strange, bird-like humanoid creature had just been introduced to the battlefield, and it was easily the biggest problem. It had been described by the villain who seemed to be the ringleader of the raid to be as strong as All Might, and had been created specifically to kill him. It had severely injured Aizawa, and the supposed ringleader had almost killed Tsuyu Asui when All Might suddenly arrived.

After securing the safety of the students, All Might began to clash with the bird creature, which they had heard from the supposed leader was called Nomu. At some point, All Might had almost been killed by Kurogiri, the villain who sent all the students to different areas around the USJ to maximize the chance of the villains in those zones killing them. He was narrowly saved by Izuku, Bakugou and Todoroki. Katsuki had blasted Kurogiri and threatened him not to move or he would "blow his ass up so bad that they'd be picking up pieces of him for weeks", Todoroki froze half of the Nomu's body.

They were horrified when the Nomu broke itself free of it's icy prison and regenerated all the damage in mere seconds when the ringleader ordered it to save Kurogiri. Katsuki was narrowly saved from the damage of the Nomu by All Might, who took the damage to protect him.

All Might got ready to clash with the Nomu one more time, until a raging yell resounded across almost all of the USJ, making everyone, both heroes and villains, Nomu included, stop and look to where they heard the sound. Both sides were surprised by what they saw.

Chikyu. But you could instantly see that several things were wrong.

For starters, his normally cyan blue eyes were a darker blue than normal. One well versed in the medical field would recognise this as a sign of an intense emotion, as it has been proven that eyes can change colour when someone has intense emotions. In this case, anger was obviously the emotion.

Secondly, he was standing over a villain who was severely injured and unconscious, and it could be visibly seen that they had been hit with blunt force until they were like that. It was even more obvious who did it.

Thirdly, he was clearly not in his right state of mind. He was frantically looking around, fists raised and shaking, his hands constantly opening and closing as if he had no control of his hands, and his breathing had no pattern to it at all.

Lastly, there was blood on several spots on his body. In his hair, on his face, on his knuckles and on several parts of his outfit. The heroes and students watching didn't know whether they hoped it was someone else's blood or his.

"Interesting...", Kurogiri mused to himself.

Chikyu turned his sight to the halted heroes and villains, looking directly at the Nomu. A few seconds of increasingly disturbing silence ensued, before Chikyu suddenly began skiing towards the creature with a massive burst of speed.

"Young Chikyu!", All Might yelled.

"Chikyu!", the onlooking students cried out.

"Get him, Nomu!", Tomura, the ringleader, ordered.

The Nomu obeyed the order, and began sprinting towards Chikyu, as he was doing so towards it. All Might attempted to stop it in it's path, but was stopped because he was almost caught in a portal Kurogiri put in his way.

"This is something I am most interested in, Symbol Of Peace, so it would be appreciated if you stood by and let this display happen", Kurogiri said.

"Damn you, scum!", All Might cursed.

As the two forces met, they readied themselves to meet. The Nomu got ready to punch, and Chikyu used the same move during the Quirk Apprehension Test to boost all his capabilities as well as covered his legs in a layer of earth. When they were mere metres away from each other, they attacked.

The Nomu threw it's punch, and Chikyu launched his kick. Their attacks both hit each other at the same time, but Chikyu was the one who sustained damage. The Nomu was unharmed thanks to it's Shock Absorption. Chikyu was launched several metres back, but, to the surprise of all watching, got back up almost immediately afterwards. This time, however, his eyes were back to their original light cyan blue, not the previous dark blue. He also seemed to be confused for a few seconds, but ignored it almost just as quickly, and skied back to the Nomu again.

At first, those watching thought he would simply do the same thing as before, since he started doing exactly that as he skied towards the Nomu: Using his Drain move to boost his capabilities and covering his legs with an earth layer. The Nomu also presumed this, so it opted to just punch again, getting ready to do so.

However, at the last second, when the Nomu threw it's punch, he jumped over it and latched onto it's back. He quickly took out a large vial, which contained sand, and threw the contents above the Nomu, jumping off it's back instantly after.

The instant he landed, he stuck his hand out, and controlled the sand to cover as much of the Nomu as possible, and it managed to just barely cover all of it. He then clenched his free hand.

The sand that covered the Nomu's body instantly crushed it into a meat paste, and that meat paste was then crushed even more to the point where it was most likely crushed down to mere molecules.

The onlookers, both heroes and villains, were stunned into silence. The creature that had All Might struggling had just been crushed to the point where even it's remains weren't visible.

It wasn't long after the killer move that Chikyu fainted.

"The move must have taken everything he had to pull off" was the rationale of the onlookers.

"This could be potentially good for us. I'll have to mention it to Master.", Kurogiri thought.

Tomura and Kurogiri retreated pretty much immediately after the defeat of the Nomu, not only because they lost their most powerful fighter, but also because Iida, one of the other students, had arrived with lots of heroes as reinforcements.

And that was the end of the USJ Raid. At least, the raid part of it.

There was still the aftermath.

(As y'all can probably tell, that killer move was Chikyu's strongest possible attack. At least so far. It takes literally every ounce of stamina he has at the time for him to do it.)

(By the way, I have an idea for a future book at some point, and I want to know if it's something you guys would be interested in at all. A cultivation book, but instead of stuff being set in China and having all the stupid shit that happens in them, it's set somewhere else. I would try and make it original and interesting, like having every cultivation technique have pros and cons as well as lore, same thing with clans/guilds in the story. I most likely would still put it as fanfiction so that you guys could read the whole thing for free)
