Inside the private bar and restaurant of the Central Park Club on the 100th floor of Central Park Tower, Natasha and Morpheus were sitting at a table by the window that overlooked the city that was bathed in neon during nighttime. This restaurant was exclusive to the residents of the building.
While Natasha was gracefully enjoying a plate of foie gras curated by a Michelin chef, Morpheus was swirling a glass of bourbon and absentmindedly looking at the view outside, his brows furrowed.
Over the past week, he had been trying to find Angelo, but it was to no avail. Unlike Nico and Marcel, whom he had found pretty easily, finding Angelo was turning out to be a herculean task. Morpheus had gone to his house but didn't find him, or his wife and son.
He even looked in other places Angelo could have possibly gone, but after a weeklong search, he couldn't find the underboss of the Rosetti family at all. That led him to think that both Angelo and Enzo might have left the city altogether.
