Callum went inside of the throne room were Ezran sat on the throne with Bait on his lap, Soren the crownsguard on the right, on the left the tracker Corvus and Opeli standing with the crow master reading messages from the last two months. "Callum did you sleep well? You said you had something important to discuss and what do you have on that tray? It smells amazing."

"Yes i did sleep well. Thank you. The thing is this." Callum showed the yellow potato. "Callum you wanted to meet because of an weird looking plant of some sort?" "Yes Ezran. Yesterday i couldn't sleep so i went outside. I walked through the forest near an cliff and then i found an strange looking plant sticking out of the ground. I dug it up and it looked like this. So i took it back with me and cooked it. I haven't had any symptoms that i'm sick so it's not poisonous. I made some dishes with this."

He placed the dishes on the table. Soren first grabbed some fries. "As crownguard i have to taste king Ezran's food." Said Soren while drooling. The rest of the people present also tasted the dishes while looking towards Callum in expectations.

"At the moment no. I have removed the seeds yesterday and already planted them. I will regularly check on the plant to that i can see if they grow exceptionely fast."

"Prince Callum why is this so important for us to discuss. Not that i don't the taste of an newly discovered food, but this is hardly as important as reviewing the messages." Said Opeli with a little bit of sas.

Callum looked at Opeli with an raised brow and an face that said if she was stupid. Before Opeli could continue Callum said.

We can't do this anymore if we want peace, so if we can produce the same amount without using dark magic we can have peace and enough food. So what i thought was that we should research on how we can produce more crops, how an crop grows faster and how we can store food through the winter."
