CHAPTER 23
" Are you dumb or what? How dare you leave the castle without guards!!", Raven shouted at her face, dropping her over the tent's bed. Alessia was still breathing heavily. She couldn't believe that she had actually come back safely from that aggressive man.
After a while, she murmured, squirming a little under his hard gaze,
" They..they were supposed to follow me. But I don't know why they didn't come."
Raven's face sank as he deeply thought of the situation. He thought that Helene or Amara was supposed to deliver the sword. But he didn't understand why they changed their mind. Raven let out a sigh, exhaling through his mouth,
" It's good that you are alright. Are you hurt anywhere?"
