55 Tiamat and Maulketh
Maulketh backed away from Tiamat who was still rubbing her scent on him. He spread his wings, but before he left he addressed the gods and Crom Cruach.
"You all are free now. Crom Cruach keep in touch."
The Evil Dragon bowed before he opened a Dragon Gate and he teleported away. Then he flew off Olympus followed by Celestine, Astrid, and Grimar. Tiamat followed them, but he did not fly far; he just flew down to land above his lair.
When he landed on the ground, his three familiars landed close to him while Tiamat landed in front of him. Maulketh sat down first which Tiamat copied. His three familiars did not sit as they were their master's guards despite him not needing guards.
However, they would not let their master fight weak foes he could deal with just his voice. Tiamat's dark blue slitted eyes looked like a young girl in love as she looked up at Maulketh. As for his own blazing black eyes, they looked relaxed.
"Let's talk a little. I know in our culture as I have defeated you I now have the right to take you for my mate."
Tiamat nodded.
"Of course. I have never taken a mate before and you defeating me was all the proof I need that you are more than worthy. You are a dragon and you have more than earned the right to take me as your mate."
"I see. But I should inform you that I am mostly a Red Dragon. I have a harem already and I will not give them up for your sake. If you wish to join my harem I can accept that, but I won't make you an exclusive."
Astrid then spoke up.
"Yeah, the master has yet to take both my self and Celestine. We were here first mind you so wait in line."
Celestine nodded.
"Exactly. So your standing in the harem will be small."
Tiamat turned over to the two of them. Celestine was a small dragon around 40 meters, but she was very young. She was only around 40 years old because of her extended stay in Maulketh's time formation. Her body was covered in an even split of blue and black scales showing her Blue and Black dragon heritage.
But she also had shades of deep red as she had fed on her master's mana. As for Astrid, she was a massive creature of lava, looking like a bear made of volcanic rock with dragon wings. She did not pay much attention to Grimnar as he was male.
Tiamat raised her head high and with confidence spoke up.
"I have no need for you to get rid of your harem. But I can guarantee that I will strive to be your top favorite. So much that eventually you will give me all your attention. As for these two, well I will show you why I am much better than them."
Instantly both Astrid and Celestine became angered at her words. They were their master's familiars, and eventually, his apostles once he rose to god hood. They had their pride as their master's guards and enforcers.
They instantly began to bombard him with their complaints. Astrid was first.
"Lord, Lord, she is a snake and she does not respect the hierarchy. Who is to say she won't betray you."
Celestine nodded.
"I agree with Astrid, Master. You should just kill her now and be done with it. No need to risk it with such a snake."
As for Grimnar, he stayed silent. He was Maulketh's second in command and his strongest familiar. He would kill Tiamat if she became a threat to his master. But, she was not a threat. Her scent told him that so he stayed silent.
As for Maulketh, he laughed as he liked her already.
"Well then, I should say welcome to the family."
Tiamat grinned.
"When can we mate? I am more than ready to lay your eggs any time you want. It will take a couple of times though. Do you want to do it as a dragon? Or as a human? I am ok either way, but I think you in human form will be better.
You are very big after all."
Maulketh instantly went silent. Noticing his silence made Tiamat feel that maybe he did not want that.
"Do you not want offspring?"
He thought about it.
"It's not that I do not want them, but honestly I rather not do so for a long time. I am only a century old so I much rather take my time to enjoy my long life. And we are also dragons, you would lay a clutch of eggs which will be a lot of babies so hold off on that for now."
Tiamat nodded.
"I can understand that. We dragons would produce a large clutch of them and it would take decades for them to hatch. If not centuries so maybe that can wait. I was much too hasty to think about that. But can I ask one thing of you?"
He nodded.
"What is it?"
"Let me speak to those bastards Ddraig and Albion?"
Instantly both dragons spoke up without needing Maulket to say anything.
[If it is about your treasures you should know that while I borrowed them, it was Albion who destroyed them so you should nag him for compensation.]
{HEY! You were the one who stole them and used them in our fight. So that is on you. Pay back your debt and don't try to pin it on me, you hot sauce bastard.}
[SHUT IT! You albino freak.]
Tiamat yelled at both of the.
"SHUT UP! I don't care who stole them or who destroyed them. Both of you are to blame for all of this so once you recover your bodies, I expect both of you to compensate me for their loss."
[Come on Tiamat. It has been ages, can't you just let live and forget?]
"NO!"
She instantly yelled as dragons never forgot anything about their treasures. Especially not Red Dragons as Tiamat was originally a Red Dragon. Her scales turned dark blue when she began Chaos which mutated her into the dragon she now was.
Maulketh did not really care.
"As long as you are not after my hoard do what you will. For now, I got some work to do."
Tiamat wondered what he meant as his mana spread through the entire continent. He knew that his actions were going to cause trouble so he had to hide the news for as long as possible. The less the humans freaked out the better.
He spread his Domain of Tyrrany backed up by his Dragon Hearts and his new Divine Spark to keep the humans dominated. He wanted them to keep acting as usual so to do this he began to condense his power.
He still wanted to go with Rias to her open house as he had promised to do so. As such he had to buy himself just a bit of time and some for his kin. So he placed several temporary laws for the moment.
"Act as you always have. Keep news of dragons secret. We dragons have always been here. Help dragons. Live to serve dragons. Never fight dragons. Humans obey dragons. Last, one year."
Instantly his laws took effect across the entire continent. That way the rest of the world would have no idea that dragons were taking over a full continent. And any foreigners who came to America, Canada, or Mexico would fall to the brainwashing instantly.
He was Tyrrany incarnate, but once he truly created his country as he said, he would make it a great place to live. Open to every race but under the control of dragons. Though the number of rules he used with his Principle drained him dry once more.
He sighed as his two hearts once more began to produce more. Once again he appreciated these two reactors of magic that always kept him topped off.
"With that done, I have more than enough time to do what I need to do."
Tiamat understood the reasons he placed those rules, but she wondered what he needed to do.
"Which is?"
"Call my meeting. I will gather my allies and wipe out my enemies. But I also made a promise and I instead to keep it. Come."
He was glad teleporting never took a lot of magic as he was a master Space and Time user. In a flash of blazing silver, they disappeared and they reappeared underground in his volcano. When they all appeared here Maulketh spoke up.
"This is why I placed Olympus here. My lair is placed in the Yellowstone supervolcano. I have access to the sea of magma of the earth, and here live the kin of Astrid. The Volcano Born. And behind us is my castle, made my Runeas my first mate. Welcome to my home."
Tiamat looked around at the giant volcano. 50 miles(80 kilometers) across, and 5 miles( 8 kilometers) tall. She could see why this place would be the perfect lair for a Red Dragon like Maulketh. It was more than big enough and it was full of heat and lava.
But it was even better as she could see all the runes on the ceiling and the walls. She could feel how Time was convoluted here as the Time Formation placed on the volcano itself only activated when Maulketh entered.
The training one was open all of the time which was a safety that he put so he would not miss too much that happened in his volcano home. In a blaze of fire, he returned to his human form causing Tiamat to look away.
Though Astrid and Celestine did the same thing while Grimnar only returned to his more baseline three-headed dog form and smaller. When Tiamat opened her eyes and she saw what Maulketh looked like as a human she had to say he looked good.
Not to be an outlier she also returned to her human form in a blaze of chaos fire. In her human form, she had dark blue hair and she wore a dark blue dress with a furred coat over the whole thing. Her horns curved outward like a ram, but they were not too big.

She was around 6'4 in her human form which was shorter than Astrid, but taller than Celestine by an inch. She was still 8 inches shorter than Maulketh who took in her beautiful appearance.
She smiled when she saw that he very much was impressed with her. But she looked at Celestine and Astrid who were both very beautiful she felt that she was not very unique. Especially when Celestine shared in her blue hair.
"So, what do you think of me?"
As he walked passed her he leaned in and licked her cheek.
"Your hot."
As he walked past he gave her big butt a firm spank causing her to jump a bit as he entered his castle. They all followed him as he was going to introduce her to Runeas, Rias, Valina, Ingilvid, and Calypso.
Though he also might as well make it official with Celestine and Astrid as they were head over heals for him anyway. Though more importantly after the open house he had with Rias, he would be very busy setting things up for his meeting with his allies.
His move of gathering all the dragons under his banner could be seen as a threat of war. Which it was as his kind had many foes they wanted dead. He as the strongest dragon besides the Dragon Gods would have to give his kin their desired revenge.
However, he did not permit himself to get arrogant. He would only be satisfied with his power when he became a Dragon God. Only they were unrivaled, but as he would come to learn, that was only the first step of many.
