Faye sat quietly, leaning against Sterling's side, listening to him tell the story. She tilted her head occasionally to steal glances of his handsome face.

"A few days before the army was to arrive." He explained, "A horde of monsters started attacking the people of the lands, leaving a massive wake of death and devastation in their path."

"That was when the priest had a brilliant idea, one that would prove if the dragon was really here to save them."

"He went to the black dragon in the mountain and told him his idea. The priest said…" Sterling narrated in a made up voice. Making Faye chuckle.

'If you are truly a loving creature of Iahn, then you should love and want to protect all his creations. Thus, then proving your worthiness and help the empire destroy the monsters and demons that are plaguing these people.'
