159 The Rude Guest

Arielle frowned in confusion. Maxieno? The one who detested all humans on earth wanted to live in Northendell? Moreover, Maxieno and Northendell had a terrible history, especially with her husband. 

Maxieno was one of the creatures that loathed humans the most. And if he was going to live here, then that meant he had to interact with humans.

"But this palace is full of humans."

"So?" Maxieno asked.

"Um… don't you feel uncomfortable with humans around you?"

"Who said that? I'm comfortable as long as the humans don't attack me so suddenly."

Arielle looked at Maxieno skeptically

"You were the one who told me that. Don't you remember you even made me live in a hut during my training period because you didn't want to breathe the same oxygen as I did?"

Maxieno scratched his hair and pretended to think. "You humans are so weird. Saying things that don't make sense."
