"I merely came to visit you. Is that a problem?"
"What's the matter? Is there anything you'd like to discuss? Why not wait until tomorrow? It's incredibly rude to sneak into a girl's room like this!" Suril scolded, though Maxieno simply responded with a nonchalant shrug of his shoulder.
"Are you still planning to dance for those humans?" Maxieno inquired rather sternly, his eyes focused solely on Suri.
Suri stepped closer and pulled Maxieno's hand, urging him to her room immediately. She did not want the palace guards on duty or anyone else to witness a man on the balcony of her room. It would undoubtedly cause a commotion within the palace.
"I told you that I would still do it. It's a request from my parents, and I genuinely wish to do it."
"I don't like it. Your dance is meant only for me. Your mate," Maxieno declared sternly.
