4 Chapter 4 The Field Survival Expert

"Here we are."

John gasped and pointed at a cave in front of him.

After walking back and forth for more than ten kilometers, they were too tired to catch their breath.

Looking at the dark cave in front of him, Ike commented in his heart, "It's a good place to hide."

It was a little far from the falling point of the meteorites, so it was not affected by the disaster.

It could only be said that the owner of this cave was lucky.

"Well, take me in and have a look." Ike jumped off the off-road vehicle.

He had just taken two steps and before he could get close to the cave, he heard shouts from inside.

"Fuck! Just do such a little job..."

"It's useless to support you..."

"Press it hard!"

"Damn it! Haven't you eaten yet?"

As Ike, John, and the others entered the cave, the sounds they could hear became clearer and clearer.

It seemed that the boss of these people was an irritable person... Ike muttered in his heart.

Soon, a cave of nearly 100 square meters came into view.

There were more than ten people huddling together, shivering.

Some of them were men and some were women, with fear on their faces.

There was also a man who looked fierce and sat lazily aside.

He was enjoying a young woman's massage.

This should be their boss, Holtz.

On their way here, John told Ike that he was an expert on field survival. He knew how to survive in such a harsh environment, so he gathered a group of people.

In the cave, everyone noticed the arrival of Ike and John.

"John, how much food have you found?"

John didn't know how to answer the question, because the food had been taken away by Ike.

But before John could answer, he noticed Ike in chemical protective clothing. His eyes lit up.

"Wow, John, have you brought the newcomer back?" he asked with great interest.

"Uh..." John was even more flustered. Would Ike be displeased?

"Are you the boss here?" Ike walked to the front of the crowd and asked calmly.

"Yes, it's me. You are a newcomer. You don't have to work today."

He waved at a young man next to him and said, "Come here. Bring him some food."

The young man held the food in his hands timidly, and his eyes were full of fear of Holtz.

"No, thanks. I'm not here to join you. I just come here to have a look." Ike declined politely.

Now he had a certain understanding of Holtz.

It seemed that he really had a bad temper and even abused people. Everyone here was awed by him.

"What did you say?" While he was surprised, he glared at John and shouted, "Since he doesn't want to join us, why did you bring him back? Why don't you kill him directly? Do you want me to do it?"

"Forget it. I don't count on you. You are all good for nothing!" After a while, he took out a pistol from his pocket and aimed at Ike.

"You want to kill me before I do anything?" Ike was a little surprised. Was this guy a murderous maniac?

He slowly loaded the bullets as if he didn't worry that Ike would fight back. "I have no choice. In a special period, anyone who can't be friends can't be kept."

Ike couldn't help but praise him in his heart. No wonder he was a field survival expert. He had comprehended the survival law of the "doomsday game" so soon.

The world would become a cruel place in the near future, so anyone who knew his base but refused to be under his control must die.

Not only could he understand this, but he could adapt to the environment so quickly. He was indeed better than many people.

"Well, just set your mind at rest. It's all your fault that you don't choose to be my underling!" Then he pulled the trigger.

"Bang!"

With the sound of the gunshot, a flame burst out from the muzzle of the pistol, and the bullet pierced through the air to hit Ike's face.

"Clang!"

After the bullet hit Ike, it didn't penetrate the chemical protective armor. It just rubbed against a dazzling sparkle and then turned a corner and shot somewhere else.

"How is that possible?" He didn't expect Ike's chemical protective armor to be so solid.

Even the military's most powerful bullet proof vest was not that solid, was it?

Wait...

Why did the chemical protective armor look so familiar?

"How could you exchange points for the advanced technology in the point mall so soon?"

How did this guy get so many points in such a short time?

He had gathered so many people to renovate his cave day and night, and only got more than 100 points.

The others were also surprised.

They all knew that there was a "point mall" in the "doomsday game".

An armor would cost two hundred points!

How did Ike make it!?

Ike smiled contemptuously. "You don't need to know this question. Do you still want to shoot me now?"

This was a "doomsday game" that humans could not understand. The things in the point mall seemed very ordinary, but their uses were beyond the imagination of humans.

Ike had personally seen the power of this chemical protective clothing, so he had been confident since he came here.

"I don't believe it." He pulled the trigger at Ike in horror.

"Bang, bang, bang..."

After seven shots in a row, there were no bullets left in his gun.

Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack!

Looking at Ike who was still standing not far away, he felt infinite fear in his heart.

He hurriedly took out a spare magazine, and loaded it, ready to shoot again.

Unfortunately, Ike would not give him the chance.

"Wait!" Seeing Ike take out a pistol, he was completely flustered.

"What? Any last words?" Ike pointed his pistol at his forehead. His lazy tone made people feel that he was joking with a pistol.

But at this moment, he didn't feel relieved at all. Ike must have used some special means to exchange for a set of chemical protective clothing in such a short time. Such a person would not be softhearted.

"I can give these people... No, slaves! Yes, slaves, I can give them all to you. Please don't kill me!"

He was so nervous that he couldn't even hold his pistol. Every muscle in his body was trembling because of fear.

"Oh, thank you. I don't need it!" Ike fired mercilessly.

"Bang!"

With the sound of a gunshot, Holtz fell into the blood.

His eyes widened, full of unwillingness.

He had thought that with his full knowledge of survival, he could make a splash in the "doomsday game".

He didn't expect that he would meet a terrible opponent at the beginning of the game, and lose his life because of contempt.

"Please don't kill us!"

At this time, the rest of the people immediately began to beg for mercy. They didn't want to end like Holtz.

"Ike, can you take us in?"

John and his underling directly asked Ike to take them in.

It was difficult for people like them to survive in such a bad environment. The only way to survive was to rely on others to learn the living law of this world.
