Cali and Rui went back to country D and the couple decided to stay at Luo's residence. Rui felt more at ease staying there because Cali would not be left alone if ever he was not around. At Luo's residence, she would be taken care of by Nanny Shine and Grandpa Luo well.

After settling down, Rui went back to work at Yang Global Hospital to assist Xander while Cali became busy with putting up her newly found business. She set up her own bakery and cafe naming it "Memories Bakery & Cafe" where she made a lot of customized desserts and cakes.
