Emily removed the blazer Patrick placed on her shoulder and gave it back to him, "Thank you but I don't need this and…"

'Thanks for bothering yourself to come here and check on me' she wanted to add but she decided against it.

Patrick ignored her and didn't take the blazer back and continued smoking as if he didn't hear her words.

Emily had the urge to ask him, why was he here? Why did he follow her? Does he want to talk about something to her? Did he realize she left because she felt jealous? Did he come here for her? Does he still care for her? Does he still love her? She had so many questions to ask but she couldn't bring herself to ask them. She wanted to stand there and keep staring at him but that would make her feel even more petty than she is already feeling.

Emily decided to ignore him and her thoughts and decided to head inside the bar, she put her hand on the door knob to open it.
