(Phone Call Conversation with Mexico's Licensing Department)

"Your number displays as Sophie Grant. Are you related to Mr. Grant?" , the Lady form another side asked.

Upon seeing your number display as Sophie Grant, the lady inquired, "Are you related to Mr. Henry Grant?"

Sophie's mind was in overdrive.; she could not anticipated this question earlier, that her registered name must be visible on the caller ID.

In a panic, she scrambled to create a cover story.

Sophie: "My surname is Grant, of course, but I am in no way related to Mr. Henry Grant. Our backgrounds are entirely different."

Lady: "Oh, okay, Ms. Grant. I will contact you further. Is this your number for further communication?"

Sophie sighed in relief; it seemed the lady was convinced.

Sophie: "Thank you so much. May I have your number, please?"

Lady: "I apologize, Ms. Grant, but it's against policy to share personal numbers with questioners."
