Chapter 15

The death of Evans left a painful mark in the devils heart. Even Lucifer was also hurt by his nephew's death. Evans' mother appeared after a very long time and only saw his son's dead corpse. She mourned for him and was also angry with his son's killer who was unknown to her. She asked Lucifer who her son's killer was but Lucifer did not say anything. She asked everyone to answer her question but they ignored her instead. Her husband then tried to comfort her but Sarah pushed her away. She could not handle the shock of losing a son. One question remained unanswered to her that who was her son's killer. She suspected that either Lucifer or her husband killed her son. At first she did not suspect her other son but then she saw him shivering and sweating and also he looked like he was scared. She immediately pulled her son to her and slapped her very hard. The slap echoed in the whole room and everyone was shocked by the sound. The gods did not hesitate to fight the devils and they attacked Sarah but her clever brother defended her. He challenged the strongest of the gods to dare fight him but the gods just kept quiet. After some few minutes of silence the god of waves dared him and this left everyone amazed. They could not believe a mere devil like Keith would fight Lucifer. They believed that only Evans or his father could give him a good fair fight but still the gods cheered their friend. Lucifer said to the gods that if the gods win the fight they would be kings and gods would have to look for a new home. The gods accepted the challenge with some hope of winning the fight. The two mighty looked each other in the eye and prepared themselves for the fight. The god of waves quickly transformed into his so called best form but could it withstand Lucifer's fierce first form.
