Chapter sixty six

Tania reached the entrance of the forest. She was already starting to hesitate.

" I shouldn't feel scared, my mysterious crush will surely be there if anything happens to me " Tania calmed herself down, the entered the forest slowly.

As she reached the middle of the forest, a group of bats, we can just say, they are up to 100. They flew pass her, from her face...

" ahhhhh " she screamed, then bent down, holding her head, and her face is opposite the ground.

After all the bats had passed, she stood up. Turned left and right, before she continued walking.

" I don't know where I'm gonna find him. I can only put my hopes that, he's close to the quicksand " Tania whispered. She's going to find him around the area, where the quicksand is located.

She walked and walked, that she even became bored. Then she decided to talk to herself.

" I'm bold, I'm not scared of anything " she said.

" you're in this forest alone, in the night " she said, using another voice.

" I know. And I also know that my mysterious crush will surely be there " she used her normal voice.

" that day, your friends died in this forest, and you didn't even thought of them one bit, your mind was just on that mysterious crush of yours " she changed her voice.

" come to think of it, that's true. Oh my friends. See, I just thought of them " she said with her normal voice.

" I'm already scared " she changed her voice.

" well, I'm not " she said, boldly.

" you should be " a masculine voice from behind, not even familiar to her at all. Tania's body became cold, it's like she no longer had blood in her. Tania shakily turned around, but she couldn't see who or what it was. Everywhere was dark, the trees covering the light from the moon. Tania was standing under the light, and the person was under a tree.

" a young girl like you, in this forest " the voice said.

" w...w... who... are... are... y....you? " Tania was shaking in fear like crazy. The creature came out to the light, and Tania is shocked to see what it was.

" you're.... a monkey. That talks " Tania was surprised to see a talking monkey?.

" a wild spider monkey " it corrected her.

" oh, I'm sorry. I will be taking my leave now, so bye bye " Tania smiled. As she turned back, she saw like fifty more of them. Some was on the the tree, while some were dangling on the tree branch.

They have long limbs and prehensile tails, they also have the face of a spider. Some are black, and some are kind of dark brown.

Now, Tania is like seriously trembling in fear. As the spider monkey was moving forward to her, she was going backward, creating space between the both of them. The other spider monkeys, both old and young, starting making their sounds, it was really noisy. It was like a yappy dog, vocalize a whinny similar to a horse, and utter loud, prolonged screams.

" I think I'm gonna go deaf " Tania thought to herself.

" are... are you gonna... kill... me? " she asked, still trembling.

" hahaha " the monkey laughed.

" I'm sure he's the leader " Tania thought to herself.

" I will surely kill you " he replied.

" haven't you heard that if a human enters this forest, he or she doesn't leave here alive? or you've heard, and you want to see if it's true? " the monkey said.

" no no no... I was lost, I'm new here, just let me go, and I won't come here again " Tania said.

" too late " the monkey said.

Tania ran, but before she could take the tenth steps, some monkeys came down and blocked her. She ran to the other side, but she was still blocked by other monkeys. Now, she is surrounded by spider monkeys.

Tania turned to the leader's direction, but received a hot slap as a welcome back. The slap was so hard that she fell on the ground, and started crying.

" she's a cry baby " the leader said, then they all laughed.

The monkey opened its mouth, ready to bite, showing it's deadly tooths. As he was going to bite her, the other monkeys were making their sounds, using their fists to hit the tree branch. Those branches are really strong 🤨😒.

All of a sudden, the monkey got hit on the side of it's face, and the force made him fly back, hitting the tree behind him.

Tania turned to see what had happened. She saw a man with a familiar figure.

" my mysterious crush " she whispered with a big smile on her face.
