Chapter fourteen

Celina POV

I got home angry, I didn't know what to do, so I went to Devon's room. I entered the room and saw Davon just sitting on the couch. He's a boring guy.

" hey" she turned to me.

" hey" I replied.

" what's wrong? " he noticed my angry face that I was trying to hide.

" nothing " I didn't want to tell him about it.

" you saw Xander " he said.

" n...no" I respond nervously.

" tell me" he ordered.

" don't order me " I yelled.

" okay, tell me" he said polity.

" yes, I saw Xander. And since I left, the only time he called me, was to tell me that he had a movie for me" okay, I was upset.

" so you wanted to hear ' I miss you' uh? " he smirked.

" I... I... I wasn't really expecting anything " I thought. That's the truth, and now that I'm thinking of it, right now I only care about what Devon thinks of me.

" see, you weren't even expecting anything from him, yet you're upset " he smirked.

" have you fallen for anybody before? " I asked because I want him to know how it feels to expect something from the one you love. But I no longer love Xander, but I still want Devon to know the feelings.

" no" he replied. I became shocked.

" not even for me? " what kind of question is this?...

" no... "

" not even for you" he replied. My ear heard what it has never heard before.

Third person POV

Celina went to her room shocked. She sat on her bed, while Jake and Lizzy just stood to comfort her.

" how can he say he does not have feelings for me? " she cried out. Lizzy started rubbing her back.

" Lizzy... Lizzy, he... he... he doesn't have feelings for me" she kept on crying.

" my lady, do you have feelings for him? " Jake asked worried.

" me? no I don't " she replied.

" then why are you hurting that he doesn't have feelings for you" Jake asked.

" I.. I don't know, but it's hurting a lot" she cleaned her tears.

" maybe you already have feelings for him" Lizzy said.

" yeah, you can't just start crying because he said he didn't have feelings for you" Jake said.

" that is right. And that day when you kissed him, you enjoyed it. When you saw his body, your heart melted " Lizzy explained.

" how did you know my heart melted? " she asked suspicious of Lizzy.

" you told me" Lizzy said.

" so if I'm in love with him, and he is not in love with me, then I will make him love me" Celina cleaned her eyes.

the next day

Celina dressed beautifully. She went down to have her breakfast, but didn't eat it there. She took two set of foods to Devon's room, one for her,and one for Devon.

" good morning " Celina said as she enters the room.

" good morning " he replied.

" why are you always in your room? " Celina asked as she dropped the food on the table, at the right side of the bed.

" I'm comfortable in my room " he replied. He stared at the food, then turned to Celina.

" why did you bring this? you know I don't eat this foods " he said.

" I know, you guys eat out of humans sins..." Celina paused as something came to her mind.

" you guys are also feeding out of me" she yelled.

" it's not like we do it on purpose, it just satisfy us whenever you guys sin" he explained.

" it's still the same, I'm your food" she yelled.

" let's just eat " as he hold her hand, Celina felt shy. He took her to the bed, then gave her the food.

" I steamed this meat myself, here try it" Celina stretched the meat at him. She wants to feed him.

" I've not eaten this before " he said as he took his face back.

" come on" she said as she moved forward.

" alright I won't feed you" she said then threw the meat in her mouth. All of a sudden, she threw herself at him. Her lip touching his. From there, she put the meat in his mouth, before departing.

" how does it taste? " she smiled staring at Devon who was still in shock.

" uh? " was the only thing Devon could say.

" is it sweet? " she asked again.

" yeah, the meat is delicious. This is the first time that I've eaten this thing " he said.

" I was expecting ' your lips what make this more delicious ' I'm? " she murmured.

" what? " he asked as ate another meat.

" just eat" she said.

Later that afternoon, Lucas came to see Celina, who was sitting on the couch uploading photos of herself on Instagram.

" hello Celina" he smiled.

" Uncle Lucas" she rushed to hug him.

" I heard about what Rodrigo did, sorry I didn't see you after that incident. I was really busy in hell" he explained.

" yeah, people are really dying because of this covid 19,and you have to punish the trouble makers " she smiled.

" yeah"

" so I'm still curious on what my punishment is gonna be, when I die"

" oh Celina" he sighed.

" why are you here Lucas? " Devon walked in.

" my lord, the witches wants to make their sacrifices, and want you to listen and answer their prayers " Lucas replied.

" okay" Devon teleport to his room, then they heard a sound. he locked his door.

" they want him to listen? " Celina became confused.

" after the devil, Devon is next. When the devil is out misleading people, his son will take over till his back" Lucas explained.

" so after taking their sacrifices, he will fulfil their wishes "

" yes" Lucas replied.

" anything? even killing? "

"yes" he replied. " killing a human being is like humans killing insects" he said.

" this is awkward " she murmured.
