CHAPTER 2: 5 SEC MAGICIAN

For a moment i thought to my self 'how could someone be so beautiful.' as if to snap me out my gaze i heard a voice that could put many singers to shame...''are you done staring at me'' she said with a slight smile on her face as she turned to face me, giving me a better view of her face...which made me even more speechless with her red eyes staring at me gently ''ok staring at me more than this is kinda creepy'' she said...i came bback to my senses as i heard those words '' oh..am sorry...i was just lost'' i said awkwardly scraching the back of my head ''if you say so'' she said and then i noticed she wasnt wearing our school uniform ''um excuse me where you from, and whats your name'' i asked while sitting on the chair close to her '' isn't it courtsey to give your name first before asking a pretty lady hers'' she said as she sat close to me... '' oh sorry.. my bad, am Chris '' i said with little or no reaction at all ''well nice to meet you chris...'' she said '' yeah, so your name ''i asked ''my name....you'd find out sooner or later..but for now just call me X... good?'' she said as she placed her right index fingers on her chick..while giggling ''what the hell, and you spoke about courtsey'' i said while looking at her with a suprised expression on my face...''oh did i'' she spoke as if she was oblivious to everything ''you sly girl.'' that was the only thing i could say, she was so cute that i couldnt stay mad at her...''ok at least tell me what you doing here miss X, i can clearly see you not from this school '' i asked '' lets leave that for future discussion..in the mean time shall we talk about you.. i'd love to know more about you... you kinda picked mt interest'' she said '' you wanna know more about me...theres nothing to know about me for now..less save it for the future....'' i said..... ''if u say so..'' she said without prying futher into the matter....

An awkward silence befell the two of us.. i was short of words, i didnt know what to say anymore... but it wasnt the same for her she was staring at me intently...to the extenrt i could feel her gaze all over me.... a slight blush escaped from my face ''what the hell...why you staring'' i asked with a cl voice trying to hide my embarrassment ''quick question, why can i only sense a little mana from you..it almost similar to a human except a little higher than theres..'' she asked with a suspicious look...'' wellllll...i dont really posses magic power... i highest magic i can use is 5sec...thats about it'' i answered as sincerely ''what the, only 5 seconds magic. so bascically you a five seconds magician..''she asked with one eyebrow raised.....''well yeah...i guess''i said....''pfft'... lame''she teased ''yeah laugh all you want...am used to it..,, i said... for some reason if the other kids laughed at me because of my affinity i wouldnt mind but why the hell am i feeling embarrased with her...'ughhhh this sucks'i thought to myself...''one quick question if u lack mana how did you get into the school...'' she asked ''well you could say i got connections..'' i said..'' oh that explains it...now am even more interestred in you'' she said ''um...okay....'' i said in a weird way and got up from my seat it was about time for lunch breaks to end as he thought about it the lunch break eventually came to an end..'' well ill see you again soon.. '' i said as i left for my class.. i could hear mumbling somethinng but i didnt bother looking back.....'miss X is really weird...but dammmn shes cute..totally my type' i was so spaced out as i didnt notice the crowd outside my class room till i bumped into someone..'' what the hell, what is the occasion'' i asked a guy that seemed to know what is going on ''oh Ashley Grayson is here it seemed shes waiting for someone'' he said '' so thats why the crowed is here dammnn'' i said ' i thought she said she didnt want anything to do with me in school so what the hell' as if sensing my presence she stood up from her seat and started walking towards my direction, with each step she took.. the crowd made way for her till she was at my front...i could hear whispers from the corners like 'who the hell is that' or oh i guess shes here for her loser brother', ' oyy its not my fault am like this' i thought to myself.. as i was about to ask whats up she teleported us out of the hallway and into an empty classroom, 'i wish i had teleportation magic' i sighed in my heart ''whats up, why did you suddenly come on announced '' i asked clearly showing my confusion in my face ''cant i see my twin brother again'' she said with a smug face.. ''no you cant, you said its better off we dont interact in school'' i said with a straight face.. '' yeah you right...i have better things to do than to stair at your ugly mug''she said with a sigh.. ''um..dont forget we twins....and we are identical....''i said with a smug look on my face.....''anyways the reason i dragged you all the way out here is that mom and that wants us to come home quickly, like Asap '' she said...'' why would they wants us home, school is not even over yet '' i said.. ''beats me....Anyways lets go...'' preparing to cast the teleportation magic.. ''has she talked to the teacher'' i asked as i stepped into the magical circle '' yeah mom said she took care of everything'' she said as light enveloped us the next thing i knew we where at the front of my house.. my parents where already outside with a slightly old man and a young boy thats about our age that seemed like his son. For some reason the slightly old looking dude seems familliar.. but i just cant figure out where i know him from..'well ill find out soon' i said and let things slide for now...

'' since we all here lets go inside '' my mom said as she gestured us to come inside.. as we entered my dad whispered to me and my sis '' this man is the highest ranking noble that governs the area..'' he said '' yeah i knew he was a big shot.... no wonder he felt familliar '' i said '' and am guessing that his son'' Ashley asked ''Yep'' my dad Answered an went to seat beside my mom as the vistors already took their seat me and ashley just sat at the side of the chair close to my parents.. and thus the meeting began.
