Condolence

"My baby!"

Delilah's parents, Joseph and Eleyria, hugged their daughter as soon as her foot touched the ground.

During the travel, Delilah had slept in the car and Dylan secretly linked told his uncle about what happened. Joseph's wolf, Joel, almost went mad as he listened to his nephew narrate everything that happened to his princess during her engagement with that scrawny bastard while his 'mate' or 'beloved' was ready to leave her house and made those bad people suffer for the rest of their lives.

Alvin and Dynox told their men to locate those who made their sister sad. As a princess, a daughter and the youngest sibling, Delilah was spoiled since she was born. Her people adored her and while growing up, she had never suffered in her whole life. It wasn't until she met the man name Brian who made her element react with his presence.

The kingdom didn't want her to go but they weren't able to change her mind as she was stubborn and was following with her element's reaction.

"Mom, Dad. I'm sorry for disappointing you, my brothers, and the people of our kingdom. As a princess, it's my shame that will embarrass my people."

Immediately, a strong denial around Delilah fought with strong voice. They all could understand that they're beloved princess is half Lycan and half Elf. It wasn't easy to control two different entities within her small body and they definitely didn't blame her for cancelling her engagement.

Instead, they were seething mad at the people who made their princess lower than a bug and made her suffer for 3 years. After hearing Dylan's story as the King and Queen of the Elfen Kingdom distracted the sad princess, every people vowed to make them suffer, more than their princess's suffering.

"Now," Elyria said as she flopped Delilah on the stool "I have prepared for you your favorite. Lasagna with cheese and parsley."

"Thank you mom."

Delilah felt glad to be back home and her heart and wolf agreed.

Dynox, the oldest of the siblings, came and sat down on her left side while Alvin, the 2nd, took her right side. The feeling of her family surrounding her made her safe and comforted.

"Your people are waiting for you. Macy wanted to know when are you going back. Eleanor said you don't have to worry about the finance since its stable now."

"Mhm, I'll call Macy tonight and I'm planning on visiting the company tomorrow before heading to the mall with the girls. I need some clothes in my closet."

Delilah immediately moaned as the lasagna melted in her mouth as the herbs exploded with taste, spreading out like butter.

"What happened with the clothes that you brought with you when you move out for your university?"

Alvin asked as he tried to remember where did the half of her walk-in closet went to.

"That... ummm... they just...I just found them troublesome to wear. That's all."

Delilah stuttered as she quickly filled her mouth with the mouthwatering lasagna. Shivers crawled up on her spine as she felt her family's stern gaze. She tried to not pay attention to it but it was getting harder to ignore their dead stare. Sighing, she gave up and decided to tell the truth.

"Okay, fine. I didn't gave it away. Brian's mother and sister took them away from my luggage and I only came to know about my missing clothes about a week after I moved into Brian's house."

A loud and powerful growl was heard within the table. Her father and her 2nd older rother fought for control as their wolves were about to surface.

"Calm down, you two. There are plenty of ways to make those shameless people suffer instead of tearing them apart. Death would be a simple punishment which I don't want to happen."

Her mother said with command. Glancing at her right side, Dynox seems to be staring in space which she concluded was linking someone.

Dynox was known to be the strongest Elf within the kingdom as his free control of elements were discovered at the age of eight. Alvin was discovered to inherit her father's side and became the Lycan King's beta as soon as Dylan succeeded the throne. While her, inherited both sides of her parents species which made her case special. The council of each race where keeping an eye on Delila's well being and made sure that she was perfectly healthy as her birth happened to be the 3rd case of someone being born containing of both sides from its parents.

And it has been 800 years since the 2nd person to be born that inherited both of the parent's specie.

"I have informed Logan to start investigating their company and make them bankrupt before buying the shares and gifting them to Delly as her birthday gift."

Delilah choke at her older brother's words.

How can you say something those line with so much confidence? Delilah thought.

She looked at her brother as he gave her a harmless smile. At this point, she didn't know if her brother will only bankrupt the Molses's branch company or will he go to the main and start playing with them like a cat does to mouse before fully attacking without giving them time to recover.

Thinking about it, she suddenly remembered what happened to that poor guy's family business when Dynox heard about her nearly experience of sexual assault. Delilah remembered his sly smirk before fully extending his smile paired with his cold blood eyes that had a killing intent to those who thought to harm her.

Looking at her family, she could feel their brains changing gears as they thought of a plan on how to make these people, who made her suffer, feel like death is their only salvation. Remembering her suffering back at the Molses. Delilah felt pity for those people who touched and made her a wreck.

They probably didn't remember that a bigger storm were about to hit them. Not forgetting her cousin and her friends who saw her raw appearance after leaving that trashy household. She can't promise to herself if they're going for something very bold or-- on a second thought, there was never something small that would happen to those people.

I hope you all survive, alive enough to tell tales to your acquaintance on how you met a group of devils. Delilah prayed in her thoughts as she sends a silent condolence to those who were going to suffer.
