145 Chapter 7: Why?
"Damn, who would've thought they'd give that story a little twist." Alex smirked, remembering the stage play as they were now eating a burger and potato fries on a certain stall inside the school.
"The prince was kinda forgotten though," said Emi as she munched on her burger, looking at Alice on her lap who was eating some potato fries.
"Its fiiine isn't it~?" Said Nonko, drinking her cola, "The prince wasn't even interesting anyway. Just a side character who was given a rather important role that should've been given to the main character, just so he won't get forgotten."
"The last part seems....odd though," said Suzuno with a confused voice, "Its like they weren't sure of what they were saying and just winging it."
"They were probably really just winging it." Said Sagiri with a nod, "They might have noticed the reaction of the crowds and decided to spice things up."
"I'm just happy that Yuuna-chan did not die." Said Koyuzu with a smile, swinging her legs as she ate her burgers.
"Un," Yaya nodded, her focus were completely on her burger with a tuna flavored patty, "This is good~"
Not as good as the one Alex's made though. She added that sentence in her mind. Though she immediately forget that thought, since if she remembered the taste of fishes from Alex she might find this food tasteless.
Harribel remained silent, content on just eating her own food and listening to them talk.
Alex was humming softly as he finished his burger and was just waiting for his third one to be served.
He looked Alice who was crushing the potato fries with her little hands and stuffing them into her mouth.
"Aah, don't put a death grip on 'em," Alex smiled as he opened Alice's hands and began cleaning it.
Emi smiled as she took out her handkerchief and began wiping the side of Alice's mouth.
"Guys!"
Alex and the others looked up and saw Hibari jogging towards them, with Genshiro just calmly walked behind her with a smile.
"Oh Hibari," Sagiri smiled as she waved at her cousin, "Where have you guys been to? You missed the play with Yuuna and Chisaki."
"Ah, sorry 'bout that," Genshiro caressed the back of his neck, "I'm kinda curious about this festival since there's not even a presence of any divine, so I asked her to show me around."
Hibari nodded, "And did you know, Hibari and Genshiro met a succubus here in school!"
Sagiri frowned, 'A succubus? How come I haven't noticed her before?'
She looked at her cousin, who just smiled and shook her head. And Sagiri nodded, knowing that the succubus wasn't causing any troubles for the nornal humans.
"Anyway, come sit down and eat." Sagiri smiled as she motioned at the two empty chairs on the table next to them.
"Ohh, thanks, I'm still kinda hungry." Genshiro grinned as he sat down.
"Hibari is also hungry," Hibari shyly smiled as she sat down next to Genshiro.
"Guys!" Yuuna's voice was heard as Alex and the others turned their heads and saw the former spirit happily running towards them with Chisaki following her.
"Yuuna-chan~! Chisaki-chan~!" Nonko smiled as she waved at Yuuna and Chisaki.
"You two did a great job at that play, I totally wasn't expecting that last part." Sagiri complimented with a smile.
"Hehe~," Yuuna grinned as she shyly lowered her head as she pressed her index fingers repeatedly.
"It was nothing Sagiri-san," Chisaki smiled wryly, "We were actually just winging it at that point. That wasn't actually part of the script. The "director" got mad, though he didn't really scold us since we did a pretty good job in the end."
"Well, you did a pretty good job alright," Alex nodded, "especially Yuuna, damn who knew you have talent for acting, that part when you're about to kill the prince really seems so real."
"I...Is that so~?" Yuuna smiled sweetly as she looked at him, shyly shaking her body left and right.
"Yeah, and you really stole the limelight at the near the end. You heard the cheers of the audiences? That just how good you are."
"Hehe~" Yuuna's smile couldn't be more wider.
Sagiri blinks as she stared at Yuuna for a few seconds before leaning towards Emi, "Hey, think she fell too?"
Emi nodded, as she silently stared at Yuuna. "....I know that look. I used to have that same look before, you too by the way, whenever I look at Alex. So I know it."
Sagiri nodded, "....though something probably happened. Before she also have that look while staring at Alex but it feels like she's restraining herself or something, but now....hmm, she changed...I can see it."
She observed Yuuna for a bit before whispering to Emi, "What should we do now?"
"We should..." Emi paused, blinking her eyes a couple of times before she stared at Sagiri with a raised eyebrow, "Why are we acting like we're on the same side? Don't forget, you confessed to my man too."
Sagiri shyly averted her gaze as Emi just deadpanned at her.
Sagiri cursed in her heart, 'Damn! So close!'
"We'll probably head back after eating, I can't just entrust the Inn to Hisui and Hanzo after all." Said Alex, before he grinned, "With that being said, just eat to your hearts content! My treat!"
"Alright!"
"Yeah!"

"Been awhile since we've been to Hell, nothing much have changed huh?" Appaci said as she looked around the endless desert with a large dome-like building with several toweres on sight.
"Argh, I really don't want to return here anymore." Mila Rose groaned, "Why did Lord Starrk even went back to this place? The demon world is several times better than this."
"Shut it you two," said Sung-sun with a stern voice, "Lady Harribel personally instructed us to end this rebellion. Lord Alex wanted this realm."
"Why can't lord Starrk do it though?" Apacci grumbled, "He's like, crazy strong right? Probably the third strongest right after lord Lucifer and Lady Emilia. Why can't he end this little rebellion right away and be done with it?"
"Yeah, and these hollows should count themselves lucky that lord Alex wanted this realm as one of the continents of his world. They won't have to worry about hunger and stuff." Mila Rose added.
Sung-sun remained silent, only to frown when she felt a strong Spirit Power suddenly flaring at the building(Las Noches) where the Espadas and Numeros used to live.
"Hmm, a Vasto Lorde?" Sung-sun muttered, "It's quite strong, perhaps enough to match a lower ranked Espada."
"How come Aizen didn't recruit that guy?" Apacci asked, "Did it just evolved? Or did it went into hiding?"
After that, another Spirit Power flared, probably matching the level of a middle ranked Espada.
"What do you think?" Sung-sun asked, "Counting our Resurreccion, our current strength should be the same as Resurreccion lord Starrk when he was still an Espada."
"Devil Trigger." mumbled Apacci.
Sung-sun raised an eyebrow, "What did you say?"
Apacci blushed and looked away, "T-T-That's what Lord Alex wanted to call our Resurreccion okay? Since we're like, part demon when we used it, he decided to call it Devil Trigger."
Mila Rose looked at her, "Devil Trigger, isn't that the one in—"
"I know! But it also kinda cool okay? So what's the harm in calling it that way?!"
Sung-sun shook her head, "Whatever. Let's hurry to Las Noches, and asked Lord Starrk for help unifying this realm."
Then, a pair of bat-like pitch black wings sprouts out of her back as she slowly levitated and flew towards the dome like building.
Mila Rose and Apacci looked at each other before shrugging as a pair of black bat-like wings emerged on their back as well.
On their, the Vasto Lorde's aura seem to disappear along with the one who is as strong as a middle ranked Espada. They looked at each other and accelerated.
It didn't took them a lot of time to arrive at their destination. They floated in the sky, watching the Las Noches below.
A small part of it was ruined, a hollow with a minotaur-like appearance was lying on the sand, slowly disappearing. And a beautiful woman with long green hair was half kneeling beside it.
The woman has a hollow mask on her head, a red line that runs across her face, and is wearing a white fitting long sleeved shirt with should pads and puffy cuffs. This had a black line starting at the collar and going down to the left side of her chest and to the side and a puffy three lay bottom too.
She also wore white gloves and white pants that are open at the end and standard Arrancar shoes.
The woman suddenly looked up to the Tres Bestias in shocked and bitterness as she slowly stood up and gritted her teeth.
The Tres Bestias looked at each other and nodded as they slowly descended.
"Wh...Who are you?" The woman asked cautiously. She was already exhausted, and she knew that at her current state she don't stand a chance against these three.
When Apacci was about to speak, a figure suddenly appeared behind the woman and put a hand on her shoulder to calm her down.
It was none other than Starrk.
"Lord Starrk, the King has orders for us." Sung-sun quickly spoke as she lowered her head, giving her respects to the General of the King.
Apacci and Mila Rose followed too.
Starrk yawned and nodded, "Very well. Let's talk inside."
