100 Chapter 19: ┐(゚д゚┐)

"So this is the strength of a captain?" Harribel questioned, watching Toshiro struggling to get up from the wound on his chest. "Pathetic, I haven't even used my Spirit Weapon yet."

Toshiro gritted his teeth, as he flashed to gain some distance.

Harribel shook her head, "Appaci and the others lost to this? This is incomprehensible. How could you be this weak?"

She appeared in front of Toshiro and thrusts her sword. The captain quickly reacted and deflected the attack.

But it did not end there, Harribel continuously release series of attacks. Slashes, thrusts, and even mixing a couple of punches and kicks.

Toshiro may have been a genius, becoming a captain at the young age of 11, and has been in that position for two or three years now.

But no matter what, the gap of a young genius who trained and fought only for a few years, and a veteran who has been fighting for survival for centuries, is too much to overcome.

Their exchange lasted for a few minutes before Harribel saw an opening and attack. She broke Toshiro's defense and stabbed him in the gut.

"Argh?!" The young captain dropped to his knees as his bankai vanishes.

Harribel glared at him coldly before raising her sword, "Goodbye."

However before she could cut him down, she felt her danger sense tingling as she jumped to side, just in time for a green energy beam to pass through her.

'What?!' Her eyes widened, she didn't even feel someone approaching until the attack was about to reach her.

She turned her head, as her eyes burned in anger from what she saw. It was a pink haired young woman with horn and reddish skin, she was dragging a body of someone familiar to Harribel.

"My~ You really don't go easy even on kids huh?" Nonko smirked before throwing the body to side, as Harribel's spirit power flared up in anger.

Nonko blinks before laughing, "Hahaha! Good power! And impeccable control! Good, good! You might be interesting than these three."

"What did you do to them."

Nonko shrugs, "Oh them? Well, I warned them that fighting me three against one is too much for them, and they didn't even listen. Though they did summon that big fella which is pretty strong. So I beat them up pretty badly, don't know where they are though. But this one tried to stop me from going here, and I beat her up again. Don't worry, they're still alive. I made sure to hold back."

Harribel turned her gaze at the body that Nonko just threw to the side, it was Apacci. She was bloodied, a few dislocated bones, broken ribs, and missing left arm. But still alive.

She glared at Nonko, who just took off her glasses and raised an eyebrow.

Nonko slicked her hair back as she grinned, "My~ Do you really think that you can go to war without casualties? Please, this is war. Death, Loss, Injuries, you better prepare for all of those. Its alright to hate me, that's normal, but never blame me. We were merely on the opposite side after all."

Harribel gripped her sword tightly, "Hunt. Tiburon!"

----------------------------------------

"Is this it? Is this the power of a Captain of Gotei 13?" Barragan looked down, looking at the unconscious Soi Fon, and exhausted Yoruichi.

Yoruichi looked behind her, Soi Fon may be strong now, but she is still quite far from reaching the level of a captain like her.

She took a deep breath and scratched the back of her head, "Man, this is not good. Hey, please tell me you're the Primera?"

Barragan scoffed, "Even though I hate to admit it, but I am not."

"Damn." Yoruichi cursed. "We really are in a rather bad situation huh?"

Barragan shook his head as he stood up from his throne. Suddenly, he tapped it, and the throne began to change into a double bladed axe.

Yoruichi quickly flashed and appeared behind him, sending a kick. Though seeing her kick slowing down, she frowned, 'There it is again! Every time I try and attack him, I seem to slow down!'

"Don't you get it yet." Barragan grabbed her ankles before throwing her down to the ground.

"Gah?!" She coughed up blood as her eyes widened from the force. Slowly, she got up, glaring at the Espada.

'How? Gravity? Can he somehow control my muscles? Just what the hell is going on?'

"So you still don't get it." Barragan spoke, "Listen, each Espada embodies the aspect of death, the ten aspects that causes people to die. Their powers reflect that. Loneliness, Sacrifice, Nihility, Despair, Destruction, Intoxication, Madness, Greed, Rage...and my aspect, is Time."

Yoruichi's eyes widened.

"Time is the most powerful and inevitable aspect of death. Everyone must face it sometime..." Barragan appeared beside Yoruichi, "...Look."

Yoruichi quickly reacted and flashed a few meters away. Her focus completely on the Espada, as she knew that a simple mistake may cost her life.

Barragan just looked at her, "Fast...but, with a mere touch, I can even age your very bones."

He lifted his axe as his spirit power flared up, "Rot. Arrogante."

His spirit power erupted, covering him for a moment. After awhile, the spirit power dissipates, revealing Barragan in a completely new form.

He now turned into a skeleton, wearing a black cloak, with gray furs on the neck, and a golded crown on his head. He resembled a certain overlord that got transported in another world.

Each step he took causes the surrounding to age until it turns to dust. And in an instant, he appeared in front of Yoruichi and stretched his hand.

"Everything in existence will eventually age and disappear."

Yoruichi couldn't even react and could only stare as the skeletal hand was about to reach her.

"Now, now, I don't know about that."

"Eh?"

"Huh?"

A hand suddenly grabbed Barragan's skeletal hand, completely unaffected by the "time" powers of Barragan.

Yoruichi looked at the one who saved her as her eyes widened, "A-Alex!?"

Alex smiled at her before looking at the "shocked" Barragan. Alex guessed that he was shock, because he is a skeleton and all, and couldn't tell what kind of expression he was having.

"H-How?!" Barragan questioned, "How are you not affected by time?! Why aren't turning into dust?!"

Alex tilted his head in confusion, "Time? What's that? Is it tasty?"

In truth, Demons can live forever as long as they have Demonic Force. And as long as they have Demonic Force, and consciousness to use it, they can pretty much heal from anything, even if half of their body was missing.

And, unlike his skill Magic Breeder Reactor, which only gave him infinite magic, this time his Demonic Force itself was given the Concept of Infinity.

And because of that, he already escaped the confines of time. He wouldn't die even if he wanted.

Even if his body was reduced to atoms, he would still revive since his soul will survive, and he can just recreate his body once again.

What? Destroy his soul? His, and Judecca's soul were connected and protected by the concept of "anti-interference" and many other concepts. So even if ROB were to appear, he wouldn't be able to touch their soul.

So he can be consider a true Immortal now.

"Impossible! Impossible!" Barragan roared in denial, "No one can escape time! It's absolute! Every existence will rot and disappear! Even Gods! I don't believe you aren't affected!"

"Man your noisy." He flicked his wrist, and using Spirit Magic, Alex turned Barragan into a blue ball of energy.

Its quite easy since, technically, he's a spirit, an evil and corrupted one, but still a spirit.

Alex observed it for a bit before nodding, "Now, this soul might make a good Sacred Gear."

"W-W-Wait! Alex?! What are you doing here?!" Yoruichi called out.

Alex blinks as he looked at her, "What do you mean what am I doing here? Have you looked at your situation? Damn, you guys are pathetic. I don't know what to do with you all."

"Geh?!" Yoruichi's eyebrow twitched hearing him calling them pathetic. "...I-Its not our fault they were too strong okay? And we're not like you who can go toe-to-toe against 'those' existence."

By "those" existence, she meant Sephira. For Alex, these guys, the Arrancars, might be nothing more than an annoying fly, But for them, they are powerful.

Besides! She wasn't even going all out! Yoruichi was sure she can totally kick the butt of that arrogant old man!

"A-Anyway, what about the pillars?"

He just casually waved his hand, "Don't worry about that for now, how about you go and check up on your lieutenant first."

"S-Soi Fon! Right!" With that, she flashed towards the place where Soi Fon was knocked out.

After she left, Alex immediately frowned. He wouldn't really consider helping, but when he saw "them" he knew that he needed to end this real quick.

He got to say though...

...Aizen sure knows how to take precautions.
