Chapter 11: I'M ALIVE!

AN; Okay, first of all, before you track me down or send me some knives, I shall give an explanation. I just forgot about this...yeah, for reals. Time pass quickly you know. I was always like "I'll write tomorrow" and then when tomorrow comes "I'll do it tomorrow for sure" and before I know it a lot of time already passed!

Anyway, I just wanted to tell you guys that I'm not planning on dropping this story so don't worry. And if I did do dropped it, I'll give an announcement.

-----

The personification of Yesod was currently levitating above a Pyramid in Egypt. His senses scanned this entire place, and when mortals only saw the Pyramids, what he saw was an entire castle buried under the sand, with the roof being the only thing that was shown in the outside, which became the so-called Pyramids.

He was here when this castle was built, and this place wasn't so dry before. He observed the mortals as they built the most beautiful castle to date, such a shame that it has been buried.

But he digress. He wasn't here to reminiscent, he was here to complete his mission, a mission that he was sure would cause the other Sephira to hunt him down, but something he needed to do.

He scanned the entire "castle", searching for something...no, someone, and when he finally found them, they in turn noticed him.

Yesod no longer finds it necessary to hide his presence so he instantly teleported to the place where he found the person he was searching for.

He appeared inside a wide, and dimly lit throne room. He didn't look around, his gaze was focused on the figure sitting on the throne, looking at him with a frown.

"Tiferet, it has been so long," Yesod greeted the figure. A female humanoid cat with white fur wearing a royal gown and a crown.

She is the Sixth Sephira, Tiferet. She was also known in the supernatural world as the Cat Goddess Shagotte.

And due to her actions against a certain demon king awhile ago, the Da'ath Sephira took it upon herself to punish her before making her guard this place for a few millennia.

"Yesod," Tiferet spat out as she snarled at her fellow Sephira, "What are you doing here? Da'ath sealed this place did she not? How did you get in."

The Yesod smiled and remained silent, though he did took a step forward and tried to approach Tiferet.

"Halt!" The female Sephira ordered, her Latent Force flaring out of her body that even a Beyonder would vanished out of existence if they even as much as try to get near her.

But Yesod merely shrugged it off, though he did stop at her words, as he just stared at her.

"...You really won't change your mind Tiferet? I have told you the reason why I'm doing this...I told you my plans, I to—"

"What you're planning is insane!" She growled, "You will destroy the balance of the world! The Sephirot will cease providing the world with energy necessary to survive causing its destruction!"

"I can provide it! Transcendental Connection also allows me to take power from the Origin Tree itself! As long as I'm Earth's Sephira, this world will survive!"

"'As long' as you are the Earth's Sephira. What if you go rogue, this world will not survive. Everyone will die."

"You know I won't do th—"

"You already left once." She said, cutting his sentence, "And you can do it again. You said you wanted to do this because you cared for this planet, but isn't what you're doing is just replacing the Sephirot with yourself? You just wanted to have all that power for your own. Don't fool yourself into thinking you wanted to play hero."

"...you know I'm not like that." He muttered sadly, "You know me better than anyone else. The only reason why I'm doing this is because I don't have a choice."

"There is always a choice," Tiferet replied as she stood up, "And you have chosen the wrong one."

Yesod closed his eyes and took a deep breath, "...So you're also turning your back on me? Are you going to stop me Tiferet?"

"...Yes." As she said that word, her body began to release a golden glow as she began to change.

She grew taller, the fur on her body vanished and was replaced a smooth and white skin, her cat features also changed to something more human-like.

Instead of looking like a humanoid cat, now she looks like a beautiful woman with an otherworldly beauty, standing at 5'5 in height, she has a rather big chest which is hidded by her white and gold royal gown.

She has a long silver hair that reached her waist with a curl of gold, a clear sky blue eyes and also a white cat ears and tails.

Yesod can only stare at the real form of Tiferet that she hasn't used in several millennia. And to think, that once upon a time, this is the woman he once held in his arms.

"Truly the most beautiful in the world; The Sephira of Beauty, Tiferet." He smiled.

"Spare me the flatteries," Tiferet spoke, her voice ever so beautiful that you could get lost listening to it, "I have thought that you changed Yesod, but it seems like I was wrong."

Yesod sighed in sadness, "I really hoped that it wouldn't have to come to this."

Yesod flicked his wrist, and a plain looking wooden sword appeared on his hands.

"That's—!?" Tiferet's eyes widened in shock and recognition. "The sword that Big sis Da'ath forged using the branch of the Sephirot. How...how did you get it!?"

"The Sword of Separation," said Yesod with a smile, "It is a failed product made by Da'ath to separate herself from the clutches of the Sephirot. Her desire to free herself manifested into a concept capable of separating anything in existence. Of course, the Sephirot is something incomprehensible that a concept made by a mere Sephira is useless against it."

Yesod took a step forward as Tiferet took a step a back, "You are only the first my dear. After I am done with the others, I will use this to myself. Then finally, we'll be free from "it"."

-------------

Alex, who was preparing himself to go to the summit between the Hexagram suddenly narrowed his eyes as he looked up.

Judecca manifested in her human form beside him and also looked at the sky for a few moments before looking at her Alex, "Master..."

"I know," Alex nodded, stretching his hands forward to grabbed some Spirit Particles in the air, "The Spirit Particles in the air felt off...like some parts of it were missing."

"Hm?" Judecca looked up, and noticed that the sun has started to set, startling her a bit. "That's..."

"...not a good sign." Alex took out his phone to see the time, his red eyes narrowed when it showed that it is only nine in the morning.

"Alex!"

Alex turned around and saw Sagiri in her spirit armor, she was sweating and appeared to be nervous.

"The Hexagram said the summit will be held ahead of schedule. The meeting will be in Kyoto at the temple of Lady Amaterasu."

Alex nodded, "Can you tell this to the others?"

"Hm," silently, Sagiri vansihed.

Alex sat down and rubbed his chin, "So the gods finally decided to get involved in this huh? Well, with this weird happening it's only natural for them to do so. I doubt that a god has some answers though, but considering Amaterasu is the goddess of sun, she might know a thing or two. If she doesn't have the answer I can just ask the Sephira."

Alex stood up and looked at Judecca, "Jude, can you stay here and take care of Alice? And if its not too much to ask, can you get in contact with the landlady? She might have some answers."

"As you wish master," Judecca bowed.

Alex smiled and caressed her head, "Thank you. I always knew I could count on you."

"Hmm," Judecca remained in that position. She enjoyed her master's touch, and to hide her blushing face.

"But before we leave, I think it's time to do this." Alex turned serious as he snapped his fingers as space seems to bend at his snap.

Within an instant, Alex and Jude appeared in Alex's workshop as Alex proceed to take off his clothes.

"Are you sure master?" Asked Judecca in worry, "It might cause some complications."

Alex just waved off her worries, "No worries, everything will be fine. I believe in you."

"Master..."

Alex grinned before he lied down on a bed, "Now, time to break the "barrier" that separates my Demon and Human form."

Judecca nodded as her sword form manifested in her hands, and an almost unnoticeable smirk appeared on her face, "Very well. Judecca shall be very gentle with you, my master."

Alex cracked a smile, "Yeah, just do it slowly, it's my first time."

Judecca's eyes dulled as she raised her sword.

"I shall start now master."
