"We meet again little girl" Raymond muttered has he glanced at the girl innocently holding a puppy

"Were you trying to kill yourself just for a puppy?" Raymond asked looking at her in disbelieve

"I....huh....I was just trying to save it sir" Elle replied obviously avoiding his eyes

Raymond sighed before raising his hand to fiddle with her golden locks

"You look interesting little girl"

"My name is Elle"

"Oh really....interesting" Raymond muttered while he continued to play with her hair like he just found a new toy,but he got interrupted by the ringing noise coming from his phone....he declined the call before turning to Elle

"Listen little girl....Keep yourself away from the road"

"Am not little sir....I am 20" Elle muttered looking at him in the eye for the first time....but Raymond didn't show any emotions on his handsome face

"Okay then" he said before turning to his car...he entered his car and cranked the engine then he wind down his car window and said;

"Even though you are twenty...you still need to be treated like a little girl".... Then he drove away with a smirk

Elle gasped has she stared at the car...she looked at the little puppy in her hands before crossing to the other side of the road and began to walk home

" who is this guy" she muttered to herself has she silently walk home

☆At home☆

"Granny am home!" Elle shouted has she opened the door and changed her shoe

"Honey am in the kitchen"

Elle went to the kitchen with the puppy in her hands

"Hey granny"

"oh...hey..and whose puppy is this"Granny asked curiously

"I saw it on the road granny"

"Are u planning to keep it"

"Yes granny...Can I🥺"

"Yes of course Darling"

"Thanks granny" Elle said has she pecked Granny and skipped towards her room

☆In her room☆

She silently put the puppy on the bed before grabbing a clean towel to clean the puppy

"Now what am i going to name you huh?...you cute little thing...hmmmm...how about Max..do u like your new name?...am sure you do...wait here let me go get you some milk"

Elle exit her room and rushed towards the kitchen to grab some milk for Max...she fed the little dog milk before going back to the kitchen to eat dinner with her Granny...after dinner she went back to her room found with a box in her hand she placed the box beside her bed...folded a little blanked inside before placing the little puppy inside then she covered it with another little blanket...she could have loved to cuddle Max to sleep but she was scared about squashing the little dog to death with her sleeping habit🤭.

After making sure that the puppy is okay she went towards her bathroom to take a bath before changing into her pyjamas..she climbed on her bed then laid down...After laying down for about ten minute without sleeping with the thought of that man she has kept seeing.. Later sleep took over her😴😴
