208 Chapter 137: The Man that I hated the most - Part 2

Axel look at the window and just like any other day he watched how the day turns into night. He doesn't know how long he has been in that place all he remembered is that he woke up in a very strange hospital, greeted by a weird Doctor who claimed that he's the one who saved him when he tried to jumped out of the ship going to that island where he is now. At first it was just that man but strangely another Doctor popped up who seems to know who he is. He even quickly checked his nape and immediately froze and got paled. Then he went hysterically and grabbed him both by his shoulders and asked him about Jeffrey. At that moment Axel knew that the man knows about him and Jeffrey but not about the baby nor Herra. Axel kept his mouth shut and never revealed anything about Jeffrey nor himself. The man was kind to him, he examined him and all but when he tried to do a full body scan Axel immediately refused. He doesn't want his conditioned be revealed and most importantly MRI scans can't be used to people with cases of ballistic embedded to their body.

"Hey how are you Axel?" Axel looked at the handsome face of the man but he remained quiet. "Axel, I don't know what happened to you nor how you became like this. Not even your reason why you never came back but I know that it is you. I can't be mistaken….. I already called your husband's superiors to pass the message. I tried contacting him and it seems he's in a mission right now…."

"My… husband?" For the first time Axel spoke which made Henry stopped talking.

"Wait what? This beauty has a husband?" Said the Doctor who found Axel.

"Yes your husband." Henry ignored Jean and answered Axel. "Jules… the name tattooed on your nape is the name of your husband. That man repeatedly tells me the reason why you had his name tattooed on your nape and that is because that's where the mark of Jules' bite is."

"I have no husband and I'm not marked, t-that's impossible." Axel said firmly. "If I have one then how come he never tried to find me?"

"No one knows that you're alive. No one… We all thought that you were dead." Henry explained.

Axel no longer answered and just look outside the window, away from them. Henry sighed and decided to give the omega the time and space to think.

"Wait Henry… are you sure that pretty omega who I just save is married and to a guy who's name is Jules? It's not the same Jules who we know right?" Jean asked.

"That's the same man." Henry quickly answered while walking the corridor . "I don't know what happened but I think he has selective amnesia. He knows his name and he certainly knows Jeffrey." Henry said, more like talking to himself.

"Who's Jeffrey?" Jean asked.

"My wife." Henry walk and left the shocked friend.

Jean run after him. "Woah! You have a wife? Are you serious when you told me at the bar that you are married? And that womanizer dude, are you saying that Babe is his wife? Does he even know that Omega has signs of getting pregnant?" Jean asked.

"Axel was pregnant before we thought he was dead. He has scar, that can indicate two things. It is either he gave birth or they have to remove the child so he can live." Henry explained. "But the presence of milk to his bosom is a clear indication that he has given birth and that he's continuously lactating the baby who I think will be almost two now."

"Seeing Axel somehow is giving me hope that the familiar pheromones in my room back then was not an illusion." Henry whispered.

"What did you just say?" Jean asked.

"Nothing, Anyways we need to keep an eye to him, he might try to run away again. I'll be leaving for a couple of days and will be back again. I'll try to find where he came from or who's taking care of him."

"Are you sure he's that dude Jules's wife? Cause damn he's hot and pretty and…"

"Jules will literally kill you if he hears you speak that way to his wife." Henry warned. "You don't know Jules and most of all you don't know Axel. Before you can lay a finger on him your whole arms will be broken first then your dick. So do me a favor and don't touch him."

"If he's as dangerous as you say he is then how come he's not charging at you even after everything you told him?" Jean asked.

"Axel is a smart person, for an Omega people like him thinks far and deep. He won't hurt someone who knows anything about him."

Axel walked around the room, it has a window where he can see outside. He is not chained or restricted. If Axel would have wanted to he can escape but he learned that the place where he's currently right now is an island. Plus the fact that the Doctor knows about both him and Jeffrey. While waiting for the next ship to come Axel decided to stay and dig more information about the Doctor, specially now that he mentioned that he is married to the guy who's name is tattooed to his nape and the reason why he has tattoo there was because he has Jules bite mark. Axel patiently wait, he didn't make a scene nor any move. He's cooperative and calm.

"So how are you?" Axel didn't answer. "I bet you have a lot of questions."

Axel looked at the man while he took a vial and put the syringe in it. "I do too, but knowing you. I know you won't spill anything and probably you are full of doubts right now." Henry continued and injected the medicine.

"Base from your reaction earlier, you probably have selective amnesia. Jules won't be pleased with that but he will be happy enough to know that you are alive." Henry continued when Axel didn't respond.

" What happened to the baby…."

And with Henry mentioning about the baby Axel snapped. "You're good, did you know that? You are good in. Stitching stories base on your observation. You saw the name tattooed on my nape and assumed that it was my husband. You saw the scar on my belly and assumed I gave birth or anything."

Henry was calmed even after Axel snapped at him with a sarcastic remarks. "I wish I was stitching stories but it was the truth. So is Jeffrey alright?"

"I don't know anyone who named Jeffrey."

" You, Jeffrey and Nelson. You were trained to kill." Henry whispered.

Axel laughed. "If you know, then that also means that…. you know that what you're saying is impossible. I kill people. I have sex with a lot of men. I conned people. So tell me, who do you think in their right mind will marry someone like that?" Axel asked, giving him a smirk.

"Well Jules and me." Henry answered without batting an eye.

"Jules married you and I married Jeffrey. So did that answer your question?" Henry said.

Axel was left speechless. He kept his mouth shut afraid that he might give away informations that shouldn't be.

"Axel, if you escaped from here. Tell Jeffrey to come home. I missed him, he didn't really do a great job concealing his pheromones when he visit."

"Jeffrey won't come home and I won't be able to know if you're indeed his husband…. Because Jeffrey is dead. When I regained consciousness I saw with my own eyes his dead body." Axel lied. He saw how the hope in the Doctor's eyes extinguished in the moment he told him with certainty that Jeffrey died.

"I-I wasn't expecting that." Henry's voice crashed. Henry thought about what his friends told him. Maybe perhaps they are right. He thinks too much of Jeffrey that he already hallucinates smelling, hearing and even seeing him.

"Hey, m-my husband…. What is he like?" Axel asked curiously. "D-does he loves me?"

Henry looked at Axel, Axel's questions only confirmed his suspicion. The omega is suffering from a selective amnesia.

"Do you want to know? If I was telling the truth about that husband?" Henry asked and Axel was caught off guard, he thought that with his fake concerned question he will be able to trick the person into revealing his lies but he was found out. So he just nodded faintly.

Henry took out his phone and called someone. He called more people until he put his phone on speaker.

(My superiors have been nagging me all day to call you? What's this about?!) Hearing the voice for the first time made Axel flinched, his heart start pounding for an unknown reason.

"Why are you so angry? I was about to deliver some good news." Henry said in a calm voice.

(Fuck! Don't joke with me!!! I'm on sanction and they are making me do a special assignment and for crying out loud don't make me piss than I'm already am Henry. I have not been laid for a very long time and I'm not in the mood to joke around with you!) Henry saw how Axel looked at him with hurt in his eyes.

"So the reason why you are so grumpy is because you have not been laid? You better stop doing that or else you might end up fathering an unknown child."

The other line went silent for a moment. Axel got up from bed and signaled Henry to drop the call, he has heard enough and through that he can conclude that the man who he said was his husband didn't love him. It hurts him a bit, for a moment he thought what he and his so called husband had was love but Axel guess that wasn't the case. This only made Axel's stored anger for the father of his child grow even bigger to the point he no longer want to hear anything from him. Truly the man is whom Axel hated the most. Leaving him and his baby by themselves is the worst thing ever, more than what Victor and Vladimir ever did to him. But before Henry could drop the call he heard a deep sigh.

( I will never going to father any child after my baby died. Me and Axel's baby will be the only child that I will ever have. You know that more than anyone else Henry. If it's not Axel's baby then I won't father it. I even agreed to my wife's ridiculous idea in the promise he won't leave me and yet in the end he went to a place I can't even follow. If Axel didn't go I won't be this broken.) Axel can hear the cracking of his voice and the sniping that indicates that the man is crying.

"Stop sleeping around Jules. That's not the way to cope with your lose."

(Even if I want to get laid the situations won't let me.) Jules laugh out loud. (So why did you call me?)

"What if I tell you that I found your wife?" Henry asked.

(Don't joke around. My wife has been long dead together with our baby.) Axel brought a pen and wrote something. He asked Henry not to tell him and to drop the call.

"I was just messing with you…." Without saying anything further the call ended.

"He's really short tempered when it comes to you." Henry commented.

"I want to rest for a moment." Axel said.

Henry left the Omega and in the morning before the dawn breaks he went back to the city. Axel then made his move. Discretely during the night he hacks all the information inside the hospital and he learned a lot of things that includes Henry being the owner of the hospital he is in now and second Henry being his doctor before. These informations strengthen all his doubts about all the information that the Doctor knew about him. He needs to know the truth, if the Doctor was telling the truth then why did Jeffrey didn't say anything? These are the questions running inside Axel's head.

Axel bite his fingernails as he walk back and forth. He tried every possible way to escape that island but without a boat that wouldn't be possible. He's still in doubt with what the man had said. For all he knows it might be a set up to lure him in. Without concrete evidence to his claims Axel refused to believe what the man had said. He already got the basic information about the man who's name is Jules Parker. He has to know everything about that man and the only possible way is to get out of the island and find decent source of information which is from the outside. Axel figured the only way to get out is that one ship that passes by that island. Axel waited patiently till the next schedule of the ship arrives.

"You're being good today." Jean complimented when he did the rounds.

"I'm always good." Axel got up and whispered. He circled his arms around Jean and kissed him. The nausea kicked in the moment their lips touched. This only proved what Henry told him that he is indeed marked. Axel hold it in, even though the sensation feels like it's stabbing him. He continued and unzipped the man's pants. He heard him moan to his touch, he move his hand with precision, applied everything he learned in giving a man pleasure with just the use of his hands and when the man is already lost to the pleasure he gripped his thing tight before slamming his head to the man which caused Jean to be unconscious. Axel took Jean's keys and clothes and left the man naked on the floor. Without anyone noticing he managed to sneak out and drive his way to the port, where he left the man's car and sneak in to the ship.

"Hey, you are pretty close to that kid? You missed him?" Richard asked.

"Not really, I just find him cute." Kier simply answered.

"The kid is really handsome, I bet the parents are both beautiful." Richard complimented while helping Kier chop up the vegetables.

"Yeah, the one who gave birth to him is very beautiful." Kier said with no doubt.

"How about you? Do want to have a child as beautiful as he is?" Richard asked.

"Chard, I thought I already made it clear that I can't love you." For the first time Kier raise his voice to him. Richard know from the start that the man holds no love for him but he can't seem to bring himself to give up.

"I'm just simply asking, you seem so fond of that kid. So I wondered if ever you want to have a child. Even just a child." Richard said the last as a whisper.

Kier let go of what he was doing and hold both Richard's hand. "Chard, don't stoop low to giving someone a child just so you can have a piece of him. No, don't. It it will be unfair to you and unfair to your child. Find someone who can give you both his heart and the family that you want. Me, I can't give you that." Kier left him, the day passed and the Alpha all ever did was work. He didn't even realized that he has been staring at him for a very long time. As he stares he remembers what the woman who always brings the toddler said to him.

"He used to be so lively and mischievous, full of tricks and jokes hidden up in his sleeves."

"D-do you know him?" Kier asked the woman.

"Oh did I made you misunderstood?" Rebecca played innocent. "I mean I remembered my playful son to him. I wish to see his mischievous smile." She looked at him with a smile and said. " I like you for him, if you two ended up being together then I'll fully support you."

The memories brought smile to his face, he believes that if the other people can see and appreciate his efforts then maybe one day Kier will appreciate and reach him too. Richard went back to man the reception area of their little resort's inn. For hours he greeted, assist and welcomed every guests that comes in and out but one guest made him smile widely and that is the kid that Kier is most fond of. The toddler visit again he's running excitedly towards the reception area but instead of running to him he run to the other person who's manning the reception area. Richard know in particular that the kid really doesn't like him but he's trying to be patient and understanding towards the kid. Specially when that kid hasn't visited for nearly three weeks.

"Hey young fella, you're here again. So are you with your grannies?" The kid shake his head no in response. Kier walk near to his partner in the reception to talk to the cute little boy.

"So who are you with? Uncles?" Richard asked, the child just ignored him and face the other person again.

"Lext, Lexter…. Oh here you are." Kier saw a handsome man run towards them the moment he spotted the child. He quickly pick it up and carry it to his arm.

"Are you one of Lexter's uncles?" The man took off his sunglasses and from there Richard can see the beautiful eyes to the man. Richard is sure that the man he's facing is an Alphas. His whole presence screams dominance.

"Dadda… Papa…" Lexter keeps on pointing to the direction of the resort.

"No I'm his father. It seems to me that not only my in-laws who are frequently coming here but also my brother in-law and his wife." The alpha whispered in a manner like he's talking to himself than asking affirmation from him.

"You have a very lovely son, our chef really loves him." Richard said. "I'm pretty sure you have a very pretty wife."

The alpha only smiled at him. "We will take one room."

"For how many nights Sir?" Richard asked.

"It depends, if what I'm looking for is here or not." The alpha smile prettily that almost made Richard breathless.

"Ok Sir, just let me know if you need anything more. Here are your keys and the room number."

"He's really handsome." Richard looked at the person who he's working with, clearly the woman is stars struck by the face and physique of the alpha. Who would have thought that the father of the child that Kier fonds of will be this handsome but nothing beats Kier's face. Richard thought.

"If the father of that child is that handsome I'm very much willing to be his step mother and be his second wife." Said the woman.

Richard just laughed at them.

"Any news?" Herra asked.

"No I lost tracked of him." Jeffrey said in frustration.

"How can those sitter be stupid?! I shouldn't have been greedy. I already know that Axel has special needs and yet…" Herra hugged Jeffrey.

"That's enough, it's not your fault…"

"Then who's fault is it then? Those people we left to look after Axel? When in the first place it is our job to do so!!!" Jeffrey shouted. "I'm sorry, I-I I'll just look for Axel outside." Three weeks passed and they still can't find Axel. When they went home three weeks ago, they were greeted with emptiness except for baby who's all by himself. At first they thought that someone broke in and kidnapped the people inside but it turns out that Axel got one of his episodes and run outside. The sitters went out to look for him leaving the baby all by himself.

Herra sighed, she losing more and more hope to the situation. Her brother won't help her and she's sure that her other sister has been long time retired from being a doctor and just sometimes does a voluntary work as a nurse in medical missions. She doesn't want to ask help from her father specially after what she pulled off. Completely cutting of her ties from her father made her father despised her. It only put oil to the fire when her brother and sister stepped up and pursue their passion in the field of medicine. Having completely no heir for their father's business. She feels pity that she can't even help those two omegas and that the help she can offer is very limited.

"Axel where are you?" Jeffrey sighed to himself. He can't even report it to the police or else the case from the incident years ago might resurface again. Jeffrey has been working nonstop, looking for Axel. He barely eats, sleeps and rests. It's like he suddenly forgot that he's pregnant. He checked every possible CCTV but the last one that caught Axel was a dead end.

He tried and tried but it seems to him that Axel just vanished down to the thin air until something caught his eyes. There's this faint footage captured from a far CCTV where Axel for unknown reason went inside the ship. Jeffrey tried to dig more when he felt his tummy cramps, each cramps made things unbearable and painful. He got really scare feeling that familiar pain and the blood that's forming from his pants only made worry even more. He tried to calm himself down. He knows that panicking will only put his baby at risk so he took deep breaths, packed his bag and got up. He pulled up a cab and got in. He told the driver to which hospital to go. The driver who noticed his pain was kind enough to make an emergency signal.

"Are you alright?" The driver asked.

Jeffrey looked at the old man and tried not to show his worries. "Yeah, j-just a little cramps." Jeffrey said.

"That looks more than just little to me." The old man commented. "The father?"

"He doesn't know." Jeffrey answered.

"Alphas are jerks you know. I know that because I'm an alpha too. But to take an Omega and not take responsibility is just too much. Does he have a family?" The driver asked.

"Yeah, me. Don't worry I'm married to him, let's just say. He's far away right now and I don't want to tell him not until I'm home." The driver and Jeffrey shared little talks which made Jeffrey take away his mind from panicking. When he got in the hospital, he was put in an emergency and there he finally lost consciousness from the pain.

When he woke up, Axel was there beside him, peeling fruits. "Axel?" Jeffrey asked in a weak voice.

"Yeah I'm home." The omega smiled.

Jeffrey tried to get up and quickly hugged his tummy when he remembered what happened. "My baby?" Jeffrey asked.

"The baby is fine, your cervix opened up a little. You have overworked and stressed yourself that's why. If you don't stop what you are doing to yourself your baby will end up as a still birth." Herra explained. "You're lucky that you made it in time." George explained.

"You're pregnant, so who's the father?" Axel asked.

Jeffrey looked at the omega who has a serious look to his face.
